Got two Too Good to Gos here and they were both very similar. Nice tasting rice. This place was not on the store directory in the outlet and some directions being put in the app of other stores and which plaza type they are located in would be very helpful for new people. Salad bar and decor give me a buffet feel but it seems they have menu items. They have a bar. Seems like a nice place to hang and probably at least somewhat newer since not on the Premium Philadelphia outlet directory. Hear me out! This restaurant was in the process of opening officially the next day so maybe this review is mute. That being said service was great and our server was very friendly and efficient. The food was just ok and not memorable. A Jamaican customer is probably harder to please but the rice and peas was dry and both the jerk chicken wings and jerk pork had very dry pieces. I'm of the opinion that the meats were done in the oven. Gravy was loose more like meat juices instead of rich gravy. The plantains were ripe and very sweet overall the temperature of the food could be hotter. That being said, I will return in a few months after they have worked out the kinks. Meh. If you need a break from walking and don't mind overpriced diner food-then this is your place. The service was slow & our waiter disappeared after taking our drink order. The wait for food was a bit longer than normal and when we finally did get our food-it was on the downside of warm. The food itself was average-nothing special. We only ordered a couple of burgers and a chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were big on filling-lettuce, tomato etc and light on protein. Also, when we did get our food, we didn't have the basic things like silverware, napkins etc. Finally, the ambiance. Well...if you like island music, this is your place. The music was loud and distracting. Overall the whole experience felt like a fever dream with so-so food. In the future, I'll take May chances o. Very nice oasis is the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, bigger inside then you would think. They have outside seating but we didn't indulge. The curry chicken (mild) had some kick, which is great. My wife is a big spicy sissy but really enjoyed the jerked pork, just the right amount of heat. The waitress was lovely and helpful. Had a warm atmosphere for a commercial space. Been here once before and had slow service but food was good (jerk chicken tacos) so decided to stop in again on Black Friday. We were seated immediately but not given any menus. After more than 5 minutes we finally received menus but then no one ever came over after that. There were only 2-3 other tables occupied in the whole restaurant and each were only parties of 2...so, FAR from busy. We looked around and, aside from a guy in the kitchen cooking, there was only 1 woman seemingly doing the rest. At one point, we saw her just standing between the kitchen window and the bar doing nothing. A guy who appeared to be a bus boy walked past our booth and then went over to the woman & alerted her that we were waiting for service. She looked over at us, turned back around, and continued talking to the cook. She then went to the bar, leaned against it while casually drinking her beverage and checking her cell phone. She even saw us looking for service a second time and made no move to come over to our table. After more than 10-15 minutes of no one coming over to even get a drink order we got up and walked out. The worker at the bar even watched us get up and walk out and made no attempt to keep our business. We chose to battle the crowd in the food court instead, and it was still faster! On the busiest shopping day of the year, they had hardly any customers and we had to leave-this place will not survive. read more

It was cold inside and paper towels in bathroom...I was sticking to the floor in the bathroom...I got jerk chicken and Mac n cheese.... jerk chicken had good flavor but not for the price....Mac n cheese wasn't mixed up all cheese was on the top...
