For years, I have been sending my rugs to Elegant Rugs, also known as Martinous Rug Cleaning. Peter and the company staff are responsive and courteous. At the cleaning site, they use large concrete slabs to clean the rugs using a wet-cleaning method. In the past, I had delivered and picked up my rugs, and they were always ready when the staff said they would be. This time, Elegant Rug picked up the rug and delivered it when it was finished. The delivery service was welcomed. Since the rug took longer to dry than Peter thought, it wasn't delivered when he said it would be. On the delivery day, he was late delivering the rug within the window he had quoted. Their cleaning quality is excellent. We took our Kilim rugs there for an evalution. We drove and took them in for Peter to take a look. We offered to pay him for his time and he refused. The entire time he spent was about 20 minutes which included taking photos. This location is on a very busy street with difficult parking.
