We did wait a little bit in line because there were many people but the food came out SUPER fast. Worth the wait ! We stopped here once on the way to Key West and again on the way back because we loved it so much the first time. The juices are unique, fresh, and flavorful. We tried the watermelon, soursop, and sugar cane. I especially loved the soursop, and was not a fan of the sugar cane (I think it was a personal taste preference more than any fault of theirs). We also tried the midnight sandwich, which was very, very good. It was packed with flavorful, juicy meat. Finally, the cafe con leche here is unbelievable. We drank a decent amount of Cuban coffee in our time in the Keys, and this was our favorite. Juice paradise is definitely worth a stop if you are in Marathon or heading through it! read more

Our family loved our breakfast this morning at the Juice Paradise Cuban Cafe. Three of us enjoyed various egg dishes - they were all delicious and the hash browns were also great. My wife and I had the Cuban coffee which was a nice treat. The juice was also super fresh. It was a late breakfast so our one son had a pork sandwich which he also enjoyed. The people working there were all pleasant and helpful. The customers were all a nice blend of locals and tourists. The decor isn't particularly notable, but don't let that stop you from sitting down and enjoying a great breakfast! read more

Ordered cuban sandwich with fries, steak sandwich with fries, and a side of cassava. Received cassava first (cold), then sat waiting for rest of our food. Chef hits bell for employees that it's ready...I watch it sit there while none of the six employees who are standing around bother to get it. I go over to the counter and ask the chef, "¿es mio?" he looks at me confused, I asked again in Spanish is it steak and cuban sandwiches.."Si, dos." Great...out the door and home we go, to keep our food from continuing to be cold. I don't know why this place gets a $$ rating for its prices. I had a pork + rice + beans dish for around $7 or 8 and the portion was very generous. It was also very, very delicious. Pork was moist and had a lovely lemon or lime zest to it. They said it came with your choice of 3 small sides but I just asked for rice and beans and the sides were definitely NOT small. I'm a pig and found the serving size to be very satisfying. The guava juice was also good, as was the guava pastry (kinda like a Danish). My wife also ordered one of the breakfasts and she also enjoyed it very much. Her breakfast, my meal, 3 fresh guava juices, 1 guava "Danish" and a coffee came to $25 which, IMO, rates a single $. BTW, contrary to an older review here, my wife's breakfast came with hash browns, not fries. Perhaps they've changed the breakfasts? Or maybe some come with fries? I dunno, I can only comment on our experience. If I lived in that area, this place would be a regular go-to place. But, alas, we fly back to Canada in a few more days. read more

If your looking for an authentic cafe cubano while heading to Key West the Juice Paradise Cuban Cafe is a great place to stop. This little Cuban/Juice shop has a great menu of Cuban Coffee related drinks to meet anyone's taste. They also offer an amazing selection of fruit juices, sandwiches, seafood, and meals. The staff at this little cafe could not be nicer and are very kind and willing to assist. On our visit my daughter spotted a small pastry in a cooler that was not even for sale being it was held for a private family baby shower. Rather than just telling us this they gave us one for free. This was very nice of them and showed the kind hearts of the family running this cafe. Overall I will be stopping at this cafe anytime i'm passing through the Florida Keys. read more

As with 90% of travelers, we were heading down the highway and wanted to eat something for breakfast, and this goot pretty good ratings, so what the hey, let's pull over and try it out. The section of road in Marathon where this business is located is pretty junky, and there are a bunch of small shops clustered chock-a-block. Juice Paradise is an old single-business building with a small counter/food prep area in the front, about 5 tables inside, and another enclosed food prep area in the back. There are also another several tables in a patio area outside. The two Hispanic (likely Cuban) ladies running the front of the place are wonderful, a bit sassy yet patient, and it's great to watch them work. You better have your act together and order, they are super busy and no time to wait around while you dither. And beverages come in small-medium-large, you had better know which size asap. Time is ticking. I asked which Smoothie they liked best, and they told me they don't like Smoothies. Fair enough. They recommended mango juice, which I ordered, they poured, and I downed in about 10 seconds. Delicious. Spouse wanted coffee. Lots of choices. Hesitation. Dithering. What size. Not pleasant. Then she picked something, and when it came she asked for sugar to be added, and a heaping big spoon of sugar went in. So spouse wasn't thrilled with her coffee. One person in our group asked if there was mayo on it and was told no. Pancakes weren't bad but the scrambled eggs were pretty lame and overcooked and the opposite of fluffy (unfluffy? defluffed? fluffless?). Evidently, great Cuban food (and juice!) does not stop at the Miami-Dade county line. I don't know this place gets this quality of ingredients and can still stuff for dirt cheap, but they do. All the juices, and anything that can be made from them like the smoothies, are slam dunks. I am particularly impartial to the pineapple juice. The breakfast food is also awesome, and the portions are ridiculous. Those looking for authentic Cuban food, as well as those who don't want anything too adventurous, will be pleased with their options. We went here to get better option of our Hilton hotel breakfast and it was a big mistake, they forgot one omelet and a juice, the omelet they brought, the vegetables where rotten (pasados)and the coffee had excessive sugar in it, pancakes where undercooked and the toast was old and hard & service was slacking. I really feel bad giving this a one star, I wish I had something good to say other than stay away :( they need to organise them self a lot. read more

This became our morning spot during our stay in Marathon. Cafe con leches and tortillas every morning. The tortillas (omelettes) are freshly cooked with crunchy veggies and flavorful cheese. The Cuban bread is well toasted and the coffee is hot and made with care. Love the staff too. I think it is run by a mother and daughter. Both are friendly and brighten your morning (even at 7:00am). My wife is lactose intolerant, so she got a fresh juice instead of coffee and loved it as well. I believe it was mango. I snagged a couple of sesame candies on day one ;-) read more

Living off their former glory. We saw the excellent reviews and went twice as were living across the street and at both times had poor service and below average food. We had their chicken and pork Chicken - it looks like Indian chicken curry you would get in any food court - yellow color curry. It had no taste however - neither cuban nor indian. Pork - was as bland as it can get and felt like just stuffing meat into mouth. Friend plantain was rubbery. Their smoothie was like ice-cream slushed through mixer. Only saving grace was their guava pastry. Service is poor - three members of their staff were just chatting over the payment counter when queues had built up. Couldnt just one sort out the billing while others deal with customers? If you didnt speak spanish you were in for some unpleasantness on their staff to explain anything to you. We saw lots of Tripadvisor excellent certificates but they were from 2013 to 2017. and their current food and service wasnt commensurate with their past reviews. read more

Some of the food was tasty (strip steak for example)- yet- there was an extreme language barrier which led to multiple order mistakes. For example, the "salad" was shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions- that's it- no dressing/anything else. Imagine scraping the toppings off a hamburger and this is what you have. Although food was pretty good. the Cuban sandwich was somewhat tasty, but was lacking mojo taste in the pork and suffers from a major shortage in it's ingredients. The bread was a bit dry. should of brushed bread with little butter or some mojo and they shouldn't skimp on the meat as they did. Plantains were delicious and so was mango smoothie. This is a one of a kind there food was a 3/10 and there service was a 1/10 almost like we where not treated like customers. They forgot to give us our food and we sat there for about 10 min then someone come over and gave it to us then they forgot to give us juice with our order and give us some food that came with our order as well. There system of operations need help there 10 people in the kitchen and one out front witch made service very slow. Never will go here again and don't recommend this place to anyone read more
