She sent a picture to verify what it looked like. When delivered the top was yellow greenish and certainly not matching the cabinet that they made. She refused to replace it or the shower bench or offer compensation in any way. She was extremely rude and aggressive. She said if I did not pay in full they would put a lien on my property. Avoid her and this company at all costs. I sent multiple pictures that clearly indicated what it looked like to no avail. Even the drawer to the cabinet was a piece from another project as it had hinge holes drilled out. She refused to replace the door as well. Just a terrible experience from someone who just doesn't care.

He understood that we already had the tile and were only trying to determine the correct grout -- not exactly a big sale. Even so, he went above and beyond to help us. He could have easily handed us a few color charts and sent us on our way, but instead he took the time to carefully assist, answer questions, and make sure we felt confident in our decision. Many companies are attentive during the initial sale, but it's the customer service after the sale that really makes an impression. That afternoon Underwood called and said they were not going to be able to install and had no idea when they could install. They eventually supplied a second date which is now not happening. We have no idea when we will have a kitchen again and our primary point of contact has quit the company to work elsewhere. Learn from our poor investment and save yourself some serious stress.
