How it works: You pull up in front of the storefront and within 5 seconds an employee will come out to greet and hand you a laminated menu, and you order/pay from your car. Their menu changes seasonally and you can view their latest flavors on their website. My husband and I tried the pumpkin donut and cookie dough flavors and were very impressed - we will be back soon! It's only $5/pint for classic flavors, $6/pint for premium flavors, and $7/pint for super premium flavors - very affordable for the quality! Customer service was very friendly and safe (they wore masks when greeting you, processing your order, and handing you the ice cream). We ordered the ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip cookie and vanilla flavored as shown in the photo. I did not like it at all. The cookie has this strange smell which seems to be coming from the oil that they used. The ice cream was just okay. Personally I'm not a fan of sprinkles on ice cream so I didn't like it that much either. We also ordered two pints of ice cream, one was cookies and cream and the other one was chocolate cake. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with this business yesterday, but I would like to provide a picture and describe the building. First let me tell you that I enjoyed my cookie ice cream sandwich(lots of ice cream with rainbow sprinkles) and my husband loved his bourbon pecan pie(believe was the name) pint of ice cream. Now, back to its location. It is located in a strip mall building sort-of-place off of Backlick. Last summer we drove by it and concluded that it was only a party carry out place. We pulled up to this place for the first time today and a gentleman came running out ready to take our order. We had no idea what we wanted so he ran back in to grab us a menu. This was our second time here - we were here last year with friends getting ice cream and neither time was a disappointment! We'd ordered the ice cream sandwiches in a variety of flavors both times. The ice cream was delicious and super flavorful - though eating these on hot summer days, you'd better be quick as the ice cream is soft and creamy. Unlike some places with pre-frozen ice cream sandwiches where the ice cream can be hard as a rock, these appear to be scooped/made to order and are a generous portion. My favorite was the Oreo cookie sandwich with cappuccino toffee ice cream - extremely flavorful and satisfying cookie crunch. The service is top notch. The employees come out right away to your car and orders are brought out quickly. This time around, we'd pre-ordered and pre-paid so our order was ready as soon as we'd arrived late on a Friday night, as we didn't want to linger around so late at night. They'd made a mistake with one ice cream sandwich for my daughter and immediately rectified the situation with the correct one plus an extra to make up for it. We didn't ask nor expected this but that's what amazing customer service is like and that's what will keep people coming back. We'll DEFINITELY be back to try out some other ice cream flavors, especially the seasonal ones, though it's tough to catch them when they're only open Friday-Sunday. I almost drove past it the first time. It's tucked away in a very industrial looking complex. Look carefully for the Paradise sign above a door and then park in one of the spots in front of it. An employee dressed in tropical themed clothing will come out to your car to take your order. We've gotten very friendly service every time. I've gotten an ice cream cake from them once that was great. Easy to order, easy pickup, and the cake looked exactly like the picture on the website. The texture was a little hard coming right out of the freezer but held up well after sitting out during other festivities. Also, my work gets catering from them once a year for a waffle and sundae bar event. It's always a huge hit! Everyone loves the ice cream, all the different toppings, and the waffles. This is a really cool little ice cream place tucked away where you'd never see it. I had been in this area many times but never knew this was here! Its definitely worth a visit. I really loved their cookie sandwich. There was a lot of ice cream in the middle and the cookies were just right! I also thought the jimmies on the outside were a great touch. I also got the cake splatter ice cream, which is kind of like vanilla with rainbow jimmies in it. I barely got to eat any because my partner finished it so fast. I was hoping it would have cake pieces in it, but I wasn't too disappointed as it was still good. I also got the chocolate brownie ice cream which I also enjoy.
