I cannot say enough to share how impressed and PLEASED I am with Paradise Painting. I have a large house and a lot of yard art, wall art etc. Paint crew took pictures of everything, carefully moved out of way while repairing stucco, resealing windows and painting exterior of my house, art studio and iron gates. When finished, EVERYTHING was very carefully reset/replaced by crew. On first day, Charles (company owner) arrived on time with 6 man crew, walked entire job with crew and explained what I wanted done. Crew started right away, Charles came back a couple times to see how things were progressing. The crew was VERY POLITE, clean, quiet, and very professional. I could not believe how quickly they got so much done. Each day crew arrived at time stated, worked quietly and were very clean. Great job on my house. The outside of the house had paint peeling under the patio cover and areas of stucco that had been broken away. I had not thought of having the outside of my house painted until 3 other neighbors painted their houses. One neighbor did it themselves, another used out of work casino painters and the last one used Paradise Painting. Charles (Charlie) contacted me while his crew was doing my next door neighbors house and I figured it would not hurt to at least get an idea of the cost. The quote was reasonable and fair. He gave me some paint brochures and I told him to contact me in about 2 weeks since I did have other prior obligations. Charlie was here yesterday and took his time to listen to my questions and get the paint color information that I had chosen. He also had Hector (one of his great workers) come by in the afternoon to power wash the house. The crew was right on time this morning at 7 am and by 11 am they were finished. The entire process was so easy and exceeded all of my expectations. The only way I could be any happier would be if I did not have to pay for it! I smile every time I see the outside of my house. Saw their sign on a house that was done and called Charlie to get a quote. This was my 4th quote and I decided to go with him. The team of 5 showed up yesterday at 6:30am and they started the prep work pressure washing, filling the cracks, taped the entire house even moved a shed for me. They are an organized crew and what ever I asked to get done they said no problem. It was amazing that they could do the entire job by 5:30pm. Charlie even did an inspection and started to mark up stuff that he noticed which was a nice touch. Now one of my neighbors is getting a quote. It has been a few years and I am ashamed it took me so long. Charlie was wonderful, his crew did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home. All the stucco was cleaned, repaired where needed and windows and plants were well covered. It has been about eight years now and looks as good as the day it was done. Yay Charlie. Our neighborhood HOA mentioned in the monthly newsletter that it was getting to be time to "freshen up" the homes in our little 18-year old community and fix the cracks in the neighboring stuccoed block walls. In March of 2014 I had the privilege of meeting Charles Stewart owner of Paradise Painting. He had painted a house near my daughter's house on Wapiti Point and it looked very nice. As our house was at that point I called for an estimate and Charlie was prompt and courteous. We arrived at a price, paint choice and date for the work to be done. On the scheduled date a crew of three men showed up and began the power wash prior to painting. A few places needed some attention to cracks in the stucco and that was also taken care of. Next day the crew was back and taped up windows etc. and did the paint job. It has been 2.5 years now and the paint looks as fresh as the day it was done. The price was reasonable; the quality of materials and work was excellent. I would recommend Paradise Painting to anyone. As a matter of fact, my daughter then a co-worker also hired Charlie and both were as pleased as I was. read more
