Pardis is one of the most wholesome and inviting restaurants in Glendale. I took my dad there for his birthday just last week! We were greeted by the host and immediately sat down at a table. Manuel was our waiter for the night and he helped make my dad's birthday special and memorable. Overall, the staff is so warm and kind, they make you feel like family. Beyond that, the food is impeccable. Both my parents and I ordered the beef barg kabob plate and it went beyond our expectations. It was also a lot of food! You will feel incredibly full after the main course, but save room for dessert! Manuel even brought out a little ice cream cake in honor of my dad's birthday. Some nice changes to the interior decor from years past. The menu is elegant with a large variety of middle eastern dishes. Included proteins include fish, salmon, and lamb. The worst experience dining here. The food was super cold--either it came cold or got cold by the time it reached the table because where I was sitting was freezing. I couldn't sit there comfortably as my hair was blowing from the cold. I couldn't enjoy the meal due to such a bad experience. Was in the area and decided to give this new restaurant a shot with takeout. Ordered the beef koobideh, the chicken kabob and a soup. Overall very impressed with the quality of the food. The koobideh was the winner and was tasty and tender. Chicken kabob was nicely seasoned. They also provide freshly baked lavash which is awesome. Service was friendly, prompt and professional. I've heard of a few popular persian restaurants in the area and you were the one that was most accommodating! Let me tell you, the food at this beautiful restaurant was LIKE NO OTHER, I or any of my family members have had, and we know persian since my uncle is persian! From the ambience of the modernly decorated restaurant, the very very nice staff and food, the family still says to this day, "oh my, the food was bomb!" We had a party of about 25 people and chose to sit outside on the patio in the back. We chose a set menu and chose a platter, consisting of lamb chops, chicken and beef koobideh and beef barg! It was so soft, moist and tender, nothing like I've ever had before! Even the non eating lamb guests loved lamb for the first time!Ohhh and they make their own bread! To start with I barely leave bad reviews but this place really made me to. We recently ordered delivery from this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing on multiple levels--both in terms of service and food quality. To start, while the food quality was acceptable, it didn't meet our expectations. Additionally, two items--a drink and a side salad--were missing from our order. We immediately called the restaurant to report the oversight, and the person who answered offered to include the missing drink in our next order. We explained that we would not be ordering from the restaurant again due to the food quality, but the response we received was dismissive. The individual simply reiterated that the drink would be available in a future order and then abruptly hung up on us. Unsatisfied, we called back to speak with the manager. After holding for nearly 10 minutes, the manager reiterated the same offer--to include the missing items in our next order. We were surprised by the unwillingness to resolve the issue through a simple refund, which would have been a more appropriate response given the circumstances. This experience has left us with no intention of ordering from this restaurant again. A quick glance at the reviews shows numerous similar complaints, suggesting that service and quality issues are not isolated incidents. It's clear that improvements are needed. read more

Celebrated many of birthdays and gatherings there till recently figured out what a ripoff it is ... They offerd us to do 50$ per person deal or 55$ with adding lamb chops, which we chose that one . Not only got charged 13x 5$ for lamb chops and got only 8 pieces At the end we didnt get enough food for everyone ,and paid 1100$ for 14 people which they could be honest and let us order individually and atleast everyone eat more and would lay less also. After days trying to get hold of the manager What he offered me on the ohone was come in ill buy u lamb chop on me, treating me the way he is talking to someone who calls and begs for chops. Point is to get enough food for price we paid . Whats the point of charging 55$ per person and not serving a full meal per person.
