If orders are repeatedly being stolen, require customers to show a receipt or order confirmation before handing over food. This is such a simple solution, yet the same excuse keeps being used. Every time, all I hear is "We're sorry," but nothing changes. An apology doesn't mean much when the exact same problem keeps happening. I used to recommend this place to everyone because the wings are incredible. Unfortunately, I can't do that anymore. I won't be dining here for the foreseeable future, and I hope the owners see this review because this is a management problem, not a food problem. The quality of the food is still outstanding, but if the customer experience continues to decline like this, they're going to lose loyal customers.
