"Farm to Fork" is just a misleading name not an actual practice…read more I've been buying from Farm To Fork meals in Miami, and while the food is convenient, I'm starting to wonder: how much of this is actually coming from a farm vs. a standard wholesaler? The name "Farm to Fork" implies a direct link to local agriculture, but I haven't seen any specific local farms named on their menus or website lately. When I asked in the store whether the ingredients are organic, they said that they're not. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. I pushed harder and also tried to get the phone number of the actual farms or facilities that produce or provide the ingredients. They couldn't tell me that either. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms. It is not a heavy meal but nutritionally well balanced. They offer three microwave ovens to heat up the food and sit at a table to eat or a grab n' go concept. It was very busy tonight in the small store. There are several dessert options including protein cookies and full meal replacement flavored bars.

I also purchased a bottle of sweet red wine after tasting a sample. Check out was quick and the cashier was pleasant. Everyone is really nice, the food is absolutely amazing and the prices are unheard of, especially in Broward.
