    I've been car shopping for my son's first car and have not had much success. I landed on the Mazda cx5 and went in to see..I was immediately impressed with the whole staff and my salesperson Keenan was amazing!! From each test drive to keys in hand!! We had fun and he got me a great deal - with the Paretti Pledge!!

    This is a really nice Mazda dealership with helpful and attentive staff. In my experience it is one of the nicest car dealerships in the area. They have an extremely clean interior space with very nice spaces for customers to view vehicles and to just sit down and enjoy a wonderful selection of coffee. They have an excellent coffee machine here that lets you select a nice range of different caffeinated beverages. They even have a gift shop with a good selection of Mazda clothing and other Mazda gear for the true Mazda fans. I'm rarely impressed by car dealerships these days but Paretti Mazda does demonstrate they operate at a higher level than much of the other competition in the area.

    I am absolutely appalled by what occurred…read more My father recently received a call regarding a vehicle that was allegedly purchased in his name, a vehicle he has never seen, never authorized, and knew nothing about. To make matters even more concerning, he does not even live near this dealership. He was informed that a woman purchased the vehicle on his behalf, despite the fact that he never gave anyone permission to do so. This situation raises serious questions about the dealership's verification procedures and how a vehicle could be sold using someone else's information without proper authorization and documentation. Whether this was negligence, a failure of internal controls, or something more serious, the result is the same: an individual was associated with a vehicle purchase he did not make. Consumers place trust in dealerships to protect their personal information and ensure transactions are legitimate. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to proceed carefully and ask questions about their verification practices. What happened is unacceptable, and accountability is warranted.

The dealership we took it to said it wasn't a problem that would have showed up on inspection, but without blinking Royal offered to pay for the repair, considering it a pre-existing problem even though we signed all the usual papers to buy a used car as is. That's great customer care. I brought my car in for an issue that was first diagnosed at a different place as my camshaft. They could not diagnose that code, their computers gave the code for injectors. I paid them $2500 to fix this. Got my car back and within a few days and driving it twice the issues CAME BACK. SAME EXACT ISSUES. They proceeded to say it was unfortunate but now their computers are "giving the code for a failed turbo". HOW?? Now they expect me to pay ANOTHER 2500 to get that fixed. These people are out their box! Just doing whatever to get money and not help fix actual issues! Misdiagnosed my car 100% but would not own up to it or offer to even cancel the ongoing payments to have what they "fixed" initially done. How can a car give 3 separate codes and all three codes are making my car have the same symptoms??? I'm not a mechanic but I know for a fact it doesn't make sense. They even made sure to assure me that because they are Honda that they knew what they were doing and that the issue would be fixed. It was not! Anybody could work for Honda. Ain't nothing special but money hungry people.

I contacted the dealer, they were quick to respond and begin working with Nate. Nate provided all the details of the vehicles including maintenance records and previous owner maintenance records. Nate provided videos of the car and upfront out the door price. I took a flight from Virginia down to New Orleans. Nate arranged for a car to pick me up from the airport. Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was ready for delivery. The car was advertised and it was in excellent condition, well above my expectation. I took it for a test drive and within 30 minutes of returning, I had completed the no-hassle paperwork and proceeded to drive the car back to Virginia. After a 1400 miles drive the car performed like new and was a great experience with Nate and NOLA. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this team.

    This was a terrible experience at Lakeside Toyota…read more I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic, and it sat there all day without anyone even looking at it. I was promised a call after lunch with an update--no one ever reached out. I had to chase them down myself, only to be told they "couldn't recreate the issue," so they didn't even run a diagnostic. After I pushed back, I was suddenly told the issue had actually been reproduced earlier that morning--yet no one bothered to communicate that or explain what was wrong. When I picked up my vehicle, multiple warning lights immediately came on. Then I was told it needed to stay overnight, which made no sense considering they had already wasted an entire day doing nothing. I purchased this vehicle from them in cash and also bought a warranty, which has been completely useless. I ended up diagnosing the problem myself and paying to have it fixed elsewhere--something they should have been able to handle. They had multiple chances to make this right and failed. Poor communication, no accountability, and a complete disregard for the customer's time. Avoid this place.
