Was excited to have a bahn mi spot close to me. I recently moved from Vegas and Boba and Bahn Mi's were my go to there. Paris Bahn Mi is a beautiful spot that is very spacious on the inside and nicely decorated. I ordered the B4. Shredded Chicken Bahn Mi and a Taro w/Boba. The bahn mi was good, but I do wish the chicken had more flavor, and the pickled veggies had a stronger pickled taste. I mainly tasted the chicken and not the veggies. I also didn't taste the jalapeño which usually when combined with the pickled veggies really makes the bahn mi unique in my opinion. The Boba was decent. The Tapioca pearls were a bit old and mushy. Overall I do appreciate the extensive menu they have and would love to go back and try something else! I also appreciated their options of non dairy milks for the boba. read more

Inspired by reviews here in Yelp, stopped in for lunch. Plenty of parking and seating. Order at the counter, and they bring your order to the table. Menu includes pho, noodles, banh mi, and sandwiches. I had the special pho, which was plentiful and tasty. My wife had the special seasoned pork burger with no cilantro. She really enjoyed and not a touch of the herb she finds distasteful. Friendly prompt service, highly recommend! Pastries too! read more

This restaurant was off the highway, near the hospital and dealerships and was a great place to grab some pho while waiting for my car to be serviced at the dealership. I had the Pho special with 3 kinds of meats. Not bad at all. The broth flavor was lighter than I am used to but it was nice and warm on a cool day. They give you an abundance of cilantro, peppers and a good amount of noodles and shaved meats. I also had a boba tea with mango. Yummy! I will definitely be back. I will also recommend eating in, the seating is very coffee house planned, of note they are doing some construction so if you need a quieter work space while you eat, be mindful of that. Let me start by saying... I love this place!! From the moment I park my car because the lot is huge. The building has flashing lights on the outside of the building (super welcoming). Once you walk inside your mouth drop because the inside decoration is stunning! A massive dining area and great for large party of people. I ordered takeout and received my order less than 10 min. Talk about fast service! The rice, sweet sauce and grilled chicken was AMAZING! I got the R3 on the menu if curious. Try it out. Also, I ordered the peach tea! Decided to come for dessert with my mini and she loved it. I love decorations they have up and the set up, it's really cute in there. I got some mochi (purple sweet potato, strawberry and matcha), my mini had a birthday cake macaron and a slice of rainbow cake, and I got the Paris by night boba which is brown sugar milk. The brown sugar milk was good, I should have shaken it first because the brown sugar syrup was all at the bottom and all I could taste was either just syrup or just milk. The mochi was good, the ice cream was super creamy and the mochi was light and chewy. My favorite was the purple sweet potato because it wasn't too sweet. The matcha and strawberry had super strong flavors but really good. The slice of cake we got had a spot of mold on it, not sure how long it was in the case, but when I told the girl working, she was very apologetic and got us a new slice immediately from a new cake. I assume they're premade and frozen , because the slice we got was frozen cold lol, but my daughter liked it anyways. This restaurant is huge and has really cute decor during the holiday season! It's a great spot to hang out with friends and families. The dessert isle looked amazing too even tho I didn't get to try them out. We tried a bowl of pho and a Bánh mi pork sandwich. Both were delicious but the banh mi definitely stole the show! I do wish there was more jalapeño but that's because I love all things spicy. It was strange to have the condiments in a separate table than the table you're sitting on and the condiments were very limited for pho so that was a downside. read more

Was returning from the gym on a rainy afternoon and decided to stop in, finally, for a bite. Upon entering there's a standing digital kiosk to order, and also a menu over the counter area in front of the kitchen. It was pretty crowded, and confusing, but as a vegetarian there was only 1 thing I could really order anyway. I tried looking at the desserts but they didn't have any prices on it so I just went back to the kiosk since so many people were in front of the counter area. The kiosk is slightly cumbersome to navigate, but the great thing is you can add and subtract, and limit, certain menu items. Thumbs up for that. Anyway, after I ordered the man at the counter (it was less crowded now) called me over to confirm my order. Come to find people where actually ordering up there - I really couldn't tell that before. They need a better system (maybe some ropes) to control this as people are also waiting for food in same area. Another positive, my order came out pretty quickly. I don't even think it took a full 5 minutes. I got take out, and upon getting home early enjoyed by banh mi. Its not the best I've ever had, but the carrots, diakon, and cucumber were cut well, and fresh, and the tofu strips were tasty. I kind of wish though that it had more distinct flavors - it need something to make the sandwich stand out. That all said, I would return. Delicious banh mi with the right ratio of pickled daikon/carrots, jalapeño, cilantro, meat, and french baguette. The Taro milk tea was right on point, delicious flavor without being too sweet and the cashier was beyond patient with our long order. So humble and eager to assist us with everything we wanted to get. I feel like the service alone speaks volumes. Excited for their Korean corn dogs to come out too. Cute spot that is able to combine Viet cuisine with pop culture boba. They have a whole variety of items and none of them seem to be off. The wings were crispy and fresh (along with a good garlic flavor). The boba was pretty balanced too (sweet enough). And all of this was served with care and in a fast pace by a fruendly staff. We were very excited that this place was going to open! I went there twice since they have opened. The barbecue pork banh mi with pate was super delicious and flavorful & the special Pho was very good too it had medium rare steak, sausage and beef. Overall I would give the food a 5 star. Make sure to try their milk teas! Loved them a lot. The staff were very nice and kind but the wait for the banh mi the most recent time I went was over 30 mins... not sure what was going on. Also we were all not a fan of the loud speaker calling out the numbers for orders every minute. It would be very nice if they used beepers or flash the number on the TVS there's gotta be another way. Arrived here after daughter begged to go check it out based off her friend So first impression walked in and was amazed at what they did with the place, so spacious. This place gave off restaurant/ coffee shop vibe, a place u can go if u want to eat in or just sit around with ur friends to catch up. Being that I love Banh Mi sandwiches when I visit New York I had to try this spot out. Dope vibe with light fixtures that were eye catching and very bright... we were greeted soon as we got to the counter and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I ordered the pulled chicken Banh Mi the bread was very soft ... the amount of chicken was also good .. you know how you have all the excess bread and not meat left (pause). I visited twice over opening weekend, and the wait was about 20min the first day and 45min the second day. It was very busy! The cafe is spacious, and there's plenty of parking. Well-lit and very family-friendly. They're not yet serving the full menu, so I only tried the sandwiches. I can say it's the closest to traditional banh mis in town, and I'm so happy about it, I could cry. I ordered take-out both visits, and my sandwiches were stuffed with meat both instances. I had the fruit tea and shredded chicken banh mi - ~ $17. Fruit tea was tasty, with fresh fruits, and solid tea flavor. Not too sweet at all, I wonder if I could have made it sweeter. The tapioca boba were fresh and chewy. I did not see milk alternatives but that doesn't mean they don't have them. About half of the folks coming in were just getting drinks, so that says alot. The chicken banh Mi was tasty. The chicken is seasoned and the pickled veggie toppings were plentiful,unlike that other bun place in West Cola. I did not see the Mayo on my sandwich though, so the first bite was ok . They have a corner of the pick up counter dedicated to all sorts of sauces. My wife and I ordered the roast pork banh mi. several pork eggrolls and milk tea bobas. The sandwiches were excellent, very flavorful fillings with exquisite bread. I also bought a cheese & egg crossiant which was also excellent. The ambiance was sadly lacking. Next time we will not eat in and instead take out. The restaurant is very loud with blaring dance-like music. Unbecoming and inappropriate in my opinion. It also interferes with the staff calling out the order numbers. They may need to invest with a different system that visually displays the order numbers on monitors above the cash registers. read more

I had an amazing experience when it comes to the taste of food and drink. I Came on a Friday afternoon and the place was mostly empty. The restaurant is decorated nicely. I ordered the shrimp pho and strawberry lychee drink. Total came up to around $25.00 the shrimp pho was around 15/16 dollars and the drink was around 6/7. They charge a few cents more when using your credit card, weird behavior to me, but if you want to save a few Pennie's, bring cash. I enjoy the broth of the pho. It was good enough to drink from a straw lol! Feeding a family, including drinks can be very costly, but it's a great solo treat. read more

Ordered to go. We had the crab Rangoon, rare steak pho, and shrimp spring rolls. The Rangoon was a bit dry; however, the pho and spring rolls were wonderful. The presentation and packaging was also very thoughtful. I also ordered a glass bottle coke and was alerted they did not have it, so I cancelled that from our order. ROMEO lunch group went here for lunch today. Had seven of us and first time visiting. Soothing music, nice place. Ordered at the counter and they brought our food to the table. Quite a choice of sandwiches and Pho. Two of us ordered the Pho with Brisket, Meatballs and one other meat. It's served with bean sprouts, noodles, basil along with two packets of sauce (Hoisin and Sriachi sauce). The Pho was good and in a large bowl. Nice flavor. The other five of us ordered a variety of sandwiches..chicken, pork with lots of veggies on them. Sandwiches are quite large. The food was great. One thought the chicken sandwich was sort of bland, the other three liked theirs. They have cokes, teas and assorted drinks. Nice place but nothing that really wowed us. An odd experience. Went in around 7pm. Ordered: The milk taro with boba on ice. The fresh made spring rolls appetizer The pulled chicken croissant sandwich And a pastry they put in a box. Place is kind of confusing, it used to be a large buffet and they kept the one way doors which is and was dumb. Upon entry there is ONE touchscreen ordering system, and a QUE of people waiting in line. I stood there for about 5 minutes before I decided it was wiser to order from the counter. Counter had a line, but they took orders relatively quickly. Was given a receipt and told they would call my number when the order was ready. They gave me the pastry with my reciept. The restaurant is spacious, vacantly so.. lots of loungey chairs and then tables far away from the ordering area. Some strange sit facing a windy seats that were kind of janky. I found a small table with a view of the counter and sat eating the pastry ( only thing I had). The guy who called order numbers called about 4 numbers in sequence before me, but I could barely hear him. When he finally called my number it didn't sound like my number, and I waited to hear it more clearly. He mumbled it a few more times but all there was was a drink... finally I assumed maybe it was my number and went to go get the milk tea. As food was not there, I returned to my table and sipped tea, finishing off my pastry. They called me up again, and I went up to get my food, which ended up being only the pulled chicken sandwich. I inquired about the spring rolls and was told he would bring them to me. Went back to my table, and had about three bites of my cold chicken pulled pork croissant before once again they called my number, for the appetizer... As for the food: The pulled chicken croissant was ok. I was expecting hot pulled chicken but it was cold, even though the sandwich was toasted... it was topped with thick shredded carrots and onions and the largest and stalkiest cilantro I have ever seen. And I do mean stocks.. The pastry was actually pretty good, sweet with some filling and a nice glazed topping. The fresh made spring rolls came wrapped in white parchment style paper, but the spring roll was so stuck to the paper it tore trying to get it out... it at that moment I looked at the split in half shrimp that was dangling out and realized it had not been deveined. Yes, someone took time to peel it, split it in two halves, and left the dark matter that everyone knows what it is still in there.... I picked the shrimp out and well over 3/4 of them were the same.. shrimpal scatter in its full glory, only facing in so your didn't see it... I'm ok with veins on cooked hot peel and eat (not ideal, but I will get over it..) but I'm not as ok with cold shrimp that hasn't been deveined... Now onto the tea.. The Taro milk tea with boba was amazing... Why I didn't just order that and a pastry is a question I will wonder for a while.... They need more tables. They need a speaker, or someone with a stronger voice if they want people to sit and hear their order number called. They lack organization.. I started eating the dessert, got my drink, got my entree, and finished with an app that was disappointing... But the taro tea was good... On the fence if I will give it another go... The place itself is nice and clean. I ordered three egg rolls that came out cold. They must have been sitting for a while or something. The young lady at the register was not nice and acted like she hated her job. I also got a croissant sandwich with pork. I'd give it a four out of 10. I ate pieces of it and threw the rest away. The pork in the sandwich was cold as well. It looks like a lot of money was spent on making this place look great, but less money is being spent on the quality of product being put out. I was the first customer of the opening and it wasn't a disappointment. Staff were friendly and accommodating to their new customers. Owner and manager made their round to talk with their customers to gather their feedback. I ordered the Rare steak Pho and the flavor was on point and plentiful.
