I love Paris Baguette! So Glad there's one near me now!! I always wanted a bakery/Cafe in the area and I'm happy this opened. First of all, the outside seating area is so cute. Very ideal for a chill relaxing day with a book or to get some work done. I love the croissants and it's hard to find decent ones in this area. All the pastries looked fresh and beautiful. I'm definitely coming back to try them all out. I was excited to see they have ready made french baguettes and sandwiches. The ones I wanted ran out but I would come back again at earlier time to buy it. I ordered the iced vanilla latte and it was really good. The espresso wasnt bitter. The bakery has a wonderful assortment of rolls and sandwiches. The prices are fair and the coffee is excellent. Unfortunately, there are too many people who want to eat at the bakery, it only holds about 8 people. While sitting at the restaurant having a coffee, you can see a lovely patio adjacent that has no tables and chairs. In my mind this is a problem. It's great for picking things up but it's lousy to be able to find a seat. read more

Great selection of pastries, desserts, and drinks! I'm so happy there's a Paris Baguette near me. Their cakes and pastries are not super sweet so some might not be accustomed to that. The crab croquettes are my absolute fave and taste amazing if I'm able to score them when they come out fresh. My toddler loves the strawberry soft cake in the cold section. I don't have as much guilt letting her tuck into that like I do when I give her donuts since it's not too sweet. We've been to this Paris Baguette a couple of times now. The first time my wife bought a variety of pastries and after leaving she found that she was charged twice for one of the items. They couldn't refund her over the phone so she had to go back to get the adjustment. Today we picked up a Christmas themed cake which was pre-ordered. After getting home, we took the cake out of the box and found that it was missing a key decoration. There was no Santa despite this being "Santa's Strawberry Soft Cream Cake." read more

It was my first time coming here on last Wednesday around 5pm. This is a very small place. When I came in, I was the only customer in the store. Two employees saw me, but they were just doing their things nobody said a word to me. I waited a while by the front register and then I went to the girl who doing something else to tell her I want to get some pastries. I spent $60 on a tuna sandwich and few slices of pastries. The pastries were pretty fresh but I will try another place next time near Rowland Height area. The funny thing is I went to San Gabriel location this morning and the same thing happened to me nobody said a word to greet customer walking in. I often go to Oh My Pan and often they would say "Welcome" to customer walking in and they are just a small bakery with one location owned by a Taiwanese couple. read more

I have been to several Paris Baguette location, including two by my house and another by work. This Brea store is by far the best. They seem to have more variety on pasties, individual cake slices, and sandwiches thank the other locations. This has become my go-to store even though there are closer options to my home and work. Cute location with a good variety. Unfortunately, the past few evenings I've visited, there's always just 1 or 2 workers running the whole store, it seems like. These poor college kids run around and try to keep up with the demand but it's not enough support for the WEEKEND!! You would think it would make sense to staff them better to help the service and customer satisfaction run smoother. Cashier instead of making my order helped the 6 customers behind me heating their sandwiches, wrapping their pastries up which led to me waiting about 15-20 min I understand you are helping each customer but at least make the orders first of the customers who ordered first... very unsatisfied with my service today and will think twice about coming next time here. read more

The store manager (Korean lady who is aged around 50 with short hair) is very rude to the customers. She refused to honor our earned Paris Baguette rewards. The rewards don't have any statements saying I could only use 1 reward per day, but she told me I could only use 1 reward per day. She wanted to make me to drive 40 mins round trip each day to redeem our rewards! Is she going to pay me for the gas and time for doing so? She set her own rules for the Paris Baguette rewards which is ridiculous! When I asked her for her name, she refused to tell me and walked away! Stay away from this store as they don't respect their loyal customers and don't want to honor the Paris Baguette we have earned. read more

smaller than some of the other Paris Baguettes in the cicinity and they didnt offer some of our usuals but they still have my chocolate crossiants and the ham and cheese. Like i said the inside is small and there are a few tables outside. parking is easy and coffee was old and cold. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. Their prices are incredibly high but their pastry is pretty good. Their cakes are not that good. I used to think Paris baguette cakes were so fresh and light - just unbeatable but in the past few years something changed in the chain and their cakes taste not so fresh- I ask them all the time and every time they claim their cakes were baked that day but if this is true then the quality of ingredients must have gone down- that is the only explanation possible. However, other items are tasty and do taste fresh. There are no other Korean bakeries in the brea, yorba, placentia area so I very much appreciate that they opened this location and when I'm in a pinch for time I will come here. My kids favorite are the cheesecake castellas. And I love their croquettes. This location does not have the exquisite evaporated milk buns found at other locations. I saw a version of it once here but it didn't taste the same! Their cream sliced bread is great for sandwiches. This one is def one of their smaller stores so expect much less in variety. read more

So here's my experience at this particular location. I ordered a tiramisu online for a birthday. The birthday girl had specifically requested a tiramisu. So I ordered one online in the morning and showed up at 7:00 pm expecting my cake to be ready. When I get to Paris Baguette, I was told they didn't have any tiramisu because by the time I ordered around 10 or 11 am the bakers had already gone home. Let's forget for a moment that I ordered relatively early, if the bakers had gone home by that time, they had 8 hours to give me a call so I could make other arrangements...did they do that? No. I was told basically last minute sorry we don't have what you paid for. Instead I was offered a refund or a choice of a different cake. At 0 zero hour when I have no choice, that's not an acceptable option. At that point, I just need a cake. Furious, I had to go outside and make a couple calls at different places to see if I could get something elsewhere. Since this was very last minute, I had no such luck. So I took what left over cake they had. If the birthday girl enjoyed the cake, I probably would have just stayed quite. But she basically took two bites and let it go. If they had given me call before I showed up to say, hey sorry we can't get this for you, that would have been fine. I'm not upset that they were out...I'm more upset at the fact that they had 8 hours to tell me after taking my money so I could figure something out else out. I sent them email explaining what happened and didn't get a reply. It's been about 3 days since I sent the email. I find this to be completely unacceptable and thus the reason for me writing this review. Absolutely will not be back. read more

I was so excited when I saw we were getting a Paris Baguette in Brea! Their cream puffs are SO GOOD! I honestly haven't tried a whole lot of their other foods because I have to get the cream puffs every time I go. I did recently have the crab coquette and that was quite tasty. Jan/11/2022 ... today around 2pm... was my second time on this location, I was so excited, I was the only costumer at the store, after I grabbed my cheesecake donut I went to the counter to choose a few things, after a couple minutes I ask for help because no one ask to help me, there were a girl and a boy and after I ask for help they whispering and laugh, I just ignored that detail, the girl came to the counter asking me what I want, I said to her "I want 2 cheesecakes please", she start to pick the boxes and I said to her to add a tiramisu and she spoke to me back "can you gave me a minute please" opened her eyes and rude.... Obviously I react and I said to her, "I don't want nothing else only 2 cheesecake and 1 tiramisu I don't think it's hard to remember" .... Came here excited to try their little individual slice of cake during my in laws anniversary dinner down the street. The kids went to Yogurt-land to celebrate after dinner. Wish I would have stuck to Yogurtland! I bought a tiramisu mascarpone slice and it was terrible. I took one bite and it was So sweet and not at all appealing at all. I felt sad so went inside to see if they d exchange for a real tiramisu slice. The lady said no. I was confused since I legitimately was unsatisfied with the baked good. I wasn't trying to be a pain or get anything free I just wanted my money's worth. I asked her why she wouldn't exchange she said because they baked it? What does that mean? I mentioned "yes but I don't like it." She said well it keeps people from trying things and I guess exchanging. I guess she was implying I was trying to do that or it's just their policy. Either way disappointed with their lack of customer service. Again I wasn't trying to get anything free, I paid for my cake but honestly didn't like it and wanted something I liked. I took one bite. I have never been disappointed in anything I've bought from them. They're bread is different from ours, it's a lighter and nicer texture. And their pastries are so yummy, not cloyingly sweet. I have bought a few cakes from them at Christmas time and they're delicious! You can't go wrong with Paris Baguette. read more
