A friend of mine recommended this restaurant, so I was excited to check it out. I walked in at 7:15pm on a Tuesday evening. They were open until 10pm, so I wasn't expecting how SPARSE the selection was. I had viewed the menu online, and had decided on a pizza, but the one I wanted (veggie with goat cheese) was all sold out. I perused the other options, but nothing jumped out at me. It was a pretty sorry state of affairs, to be honest. So, I approached one of the women behind the counter, and asked her if more items would be put out soon, but she said, "no". Evidently everything that was available was already out. Very disappointing to come to a restaurant at 7:15pm, that indicates it's open until 10pm, only to find that they have a fraction of their menu available. Please fix this!! read more

The inside of the cafe is cute. The pastries were pretty picked over so there wasn't a lot of selection left. I ordered an iced matcha latte, and received this drink. It tastes and looks like an iced coffee. read more

I have been to the Easton Paris Baguette location a few times already. The options and tastes are consistent with the other locations. However, in my last visit, I asked my Patel de Nata to be warmed up, but she refused. When I asked for the same in the White Plains NY location, they were able to do it. Finally, I'd ask the staff to be professionally dressed and wear hairnets as the work in the bakery or at the register. read more

However the staff was super rude I stood at the registered to check out for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me and then they finally proceeded to ask me what I needed. I was so excited to have a Parisian style bakery open up near me. I went during the week in mid afternoon. They still had a large selection of pastries and cakes available. It is a self serve place. We got a twisted donut and pain au chocolate. I also ordered a hot coconut caramel latte from their seasonal menu. There's one long line to purchase your items where you also order the coffee. After I paid I stood in a line where people were waiting for their coffees. This line had few people in it and it was taking an extremely long time to receive coffee. The woman in front of me received her coffee wrong twice and she ended up going back to the register and getting refunded. As I stood there waiting for mine, an employee rudely said to me "I'm not a register". I was so taken aback as this was obviously the line where people waited for their paid for and already ordered coffees. I replied that I knew she wasn't a register and I had already ordered. This is not a good look for your establishment and your employees need better training when interacting with customers. My coffee took a very long time and I was handed a cold latte when I ordered a hot one! The barista was obviously in need of some assistance from another employee but I never saw her get any. The good news is the food and hot latte I eventually got was delicious. The pastries were still fresh even though it was mid afternoon. The latte could have been hotter but it was tasty. The bad news is my son saw flies on the donuts in the case. Your abruptly rude employee turned me off to this place and I would rather drive across town to another French inspired bakery where I have been countless times and never once had a rude interaction. You also need to train the baristas better and have more than one person in that area when a lot of coffee drinks are in the queue. If I hadn't had that interaction with your employee I would have rated this much higher. read more

Went for the first time today. The selection was huge and what we had was very good However, for the price point i think real silver ware would work much better. There were no condiments for the sandwiches and tables were dirty and trash overflowing I am hoping that in time things will improve since they had opened only a week or so ago. I stopped in around 9:30 on a weekend morning. It was busy but not overly crowded. I will say the pastries I tried were delicious. I had the broccoli cheddar and cream cheese pastries. However my intent was to pick up pastries and coffee to go. They have wax paper and trays as you enter but no bags or boxes. You wait in line to pay for your selection and order coffee. There were 3-4 registers open so the wait was reasonable. Here's where the problems begin: I ordered and paid for a SF Vanilla Latte. Found out no SF syrup so said ok; next after paying was told 10-12 minutes for a latte. Another woman had waited 20 minutes. They had 3 people were appeared to be focused on making the drinks; I surmise that they aren't experienced baristas and are struggling. Maybe this will improve over time but for now I say but the pastries but get your coffee elsewhere unless you have 30 minutes to spare. read more

We just went today and all the sliding glass doors were open. So every single bakery items had fruit flies on them. So we decided to go look at the cakes since they were in enclosed behind the glass, and OMG there were fruit flies on there too!! This is unacceptable!! The owner should be ashamed! We went on a Friday about 6:00. It wasn't very busy and there was a decent selection. I'll start with the positive. I got an almond pastry. It was delicious and the filling was just a spread of filling and that's all it needed. It had a delicate just right Marzipan flavor. The location at Easton next to the swings and open patio made it very cute! I was about to get the pastry with fruit on top but there were fruit fly's on it because this is self serve and someone left the door open to the case after they helped themselves. I personally do not like self serve cases because I feel like germs will get spread with this type of service. The place did not feel clean either. There were some papers on the floor and crumbs on tables. Overall, delicious pastry, good location but not crazy about the self service and it didn't feel dirty but didn't feel the cleanest. read more

Terrible experience yesterday the manager refused to service me, when I was next in line. He pretend to be on a call when I was next in line, he started saying something to an employee in Indian dilect. Then turned around to service the 4 girls behind me. I Said "am next, am next in line" he pointed to the employee he was speaking to to help me while he serviced customers behind me. It was upsetting I had my little girls with me, we were completely humiliated, I have been waiting for the shop to open as I like it from NJ only to be dismissed. the WORST experience at the Columbus, Ohio Easton. my first time and last time was 12/7/24. the food was not that good. I was not offered for my hotdog croissant to be heated up. Maybe bc I didn't tip them since I picked my own food and sat myself. however, my friend ordered a coffee, she waited for 15 mins and they never called her name. so, she sat down to eat her food still listening for her name to be called to pick up the coffee. she went up there again waiting for another 10 mins and still nobody called her name for the coffee. as we both finished eating, we both go up there and she gets a employee attention saying that her name was never called and that she had not received her coffee. while I was standing right next to my friend there was another employee standing looking at me Rudley. the employee came up to the counter where we were standing and pointed her finger at my multiple times saying I came up there and took the coffee. My friend and I told her that I never go up out of my seat and that I did not take her coffee. She continued to point her finger and accuse me of coming up to counter and taking this coffee. she was very argumentative so I become very defensive. bc I was being accused of stealing a $7 coffee. I told them to go check the cameras. She would not tell me her name bc I told them I was calling cooperate on them. she was rude and disrespectful. read more
