We were excited to come across this new location of Si Senor at Easton. They have a great selection of delicious sandwiches, and the Easton menu does not disappoint! We opted for the Chicarron, which features fried pork, pickled red onions, and a sweet potato mayo. Delicious, filling, messy, very good! Service is friendly, the dining room is spacious and comfortable, and there is plenty of parking available in the shopping center lot.

I've been craving Peruvian cause aji verde is life. Anyway, this is a little unassuming restaurant in a strip mall. Wasn't too hard to find and plenty of parking. I got the half chicken with 2 sides cause i was HUNGRY. Def could have just gotten a quarter chicken and been fine. For sides I got the sweet plantains and green rice. The sides are what won the show for me. Those plantains were amazing. Crispy, gooey, and not too sweet, just a great dish all on its own. The rice was also flavorful without being too strong. The chicken was good but a little dry. It was great with the aji verde though and I wish I had asked for more sauce haha live and learn! For the amount of food, price, and taste, I thought this was an excellent meal. I'd definitely come back, even if just for some plantains!

I asked why still on the menu and was told "Our regular customers know we don't have this available" I guess this restaurant is only for regular customers???? Ceviche was actually REALLY good; fish was fresh and really seasoned well. Last time I came here the ceviche tasted like the rind of lemons. Service actually has improved; if you've come to this restaurant before you know that every plate is made fresh and that the dishes come out one at a time and not all at once. While my dishes came out separate as usual, the timing between dishes to table has drastically improved! When looking up this restaurant on line the cost for meals is listed as $ out of $$$$, however IMO it should be $$ or $$$. These two dishes and one drink (Chicha Morada) cost me $39.59 (3% charge for using credit card) Restrooms are...well they need improvement to say the least. Broken toilet in men's restroom and women's restroom needs cleaning. Overall it was an "ok" experience...I've been here before and because I HAVE SEEN improvement in food quality and service I'll give it 4 stars...otherwise it would be 2 stars if it was my first experience.

It's a sandwich for god's sake. I ordered the chicharron sandwich which was delightful. Crispy edges on the bread, the juice from the pork and the pickled onion was a perfect marriage. The chunkiness of the pork was a bit dry and I desperately wanted more onions but it was all so good. The hot sauce was mild and added an elevated layer of heat but again, still very mild hot sauce. (Next to a waxing place and in an upscale feeling outdoor shopping plaza - Easton 2.0?) They don't offer much more than sandwiches (despite the name) and sadly no homemade chips or plantains at this location- BUT - the sandwiches alone are WORTH IT. I'm 42 and have had the same list of top five sandwiches for the past twenty years until today. The chicharrón sandwich was *empingao* and is now solidly in my top five!!!!

Not bad but nothing special. We also shared the shrimp ceviche. Good flavor but strange texture with the toasted nuts. The food seems like it's fusion as my friend and I both got chilaquiles but the chips were already broken apart and mixed with the meat. Still tasty but not what we expected. My other friend got the patacon, which basically looked like a salad. Far from the usual plantain fritters with toppings. Only one of my table mates ordered something that sounded like what was expected, the Ecuadorian churrasco: sirloin, eggs, fries, rice, and salad. For dessert, we got the flan and tres leches cake. There was a hair on the cake and they quickly gave us a new slice. Good but the flan could've been better. The cake was good though. Nothing was too sweet which was perfect. Overall the food was good but not as authentic as we had hoped. The service was also a bit slow. It was a slower evening but it took a while to get our drinks. Our server was really nice though. We ordered his recommendations. I'm not too familiar with parking around here but there were parallel spots in front. I parked in the garage at the back. Around $6 for two hours.

We did have to wait a bit to be seated but were thankfully at a nice table in the corner so our large party could be comfortable and private. I do recall the table or a chair being rickety and a waiter immediately assisting to make sure it would stop shifting which was amazing. We ordered a ton of tapas to share (6-7) to share amongst 6 people - all the dishes I tried were fantastic. My favorite was surprisingly the patatas - they were nice and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and were very flavorful. I also enjoy meat quite a bit so the braised short rib and steak were great too. Highly recommend also getting the pan - the sauce was addicting! Overall, I would love to come back if I'm in the area again. The atmosphere, service, food - everything suited me and my party perfectly.

Unfortunately, the service didn't quite match the setting. Our waiter seemed like being there was a chore, which made the experience feel less welcoming. We ordered several tapas to share, and one of our dishes was accidentally forgotten. When we asked about it, it felt like the mistake was being blamed on us rather than acknowledged. That said, the food was excellent and definitely the highlight of the evening. We shared the house-made sourdough bread with Spanish olive oil, tomato vinaigrette, and Maldon salt, Marcona almonds, Patatas Bravas, empanadas, burrata with compressed watermelon and Jamón Serrano, the flat iron steak, and the garlic shrimp. The standout dishes for me were the Camarones al Ajillo (garlic shrimp) that is perfectly cooked with Basque pepper, chile, and olive oil and the flat iron steak, which was incredibly flavorful. The burrata was also a refreshing summer dish, and the Patatas Bravas were a great classic tapa. Overall, I'd absolutely return for the food because it was delicious, but I hope the service is warmer next time since it didn't quite live up to the quality of the meal.

The main dining space there has five tables in the main area plus three booths. We chose one of the booths which just gave us tiny bit of privacy and additional comfort. Eli brought us waters and complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa was excellent and chips were fresh. The menu has both Peruvian items and Mexican items. They are known for their chicken so I ordered two chicken tacos and one shrimp. My husband ordered el pastor and the carne asada. We also ordered a causa de pollo to share. Not knowing what the causa de pollo was (Peruvian dish) we were quite happy when it arrived. Turns out it is pureed yellow potato and yellow chili paste formed into two round circles. Then with their broiled chicken shredded, raw carrot, green onion and a tiny bit of sweet mayonnaise (similar to Japanese mayo) It was the shining star of this meal. Perfect. We shamelessly mmmmmm'd and ooooooooh'd while eating it. (True) Soon our tacos came out. They were well presented and came on taco stands. They looked much better than the last two taco places we went to. We bit into them and they tasted amazing. Our favorite was the chicken with a house green mystery sauce. We left full and happy. 4 star rating only for restaurant not having enough cash to give us exact change and also for charging customers 3% more if they used credit. Service and food were both was excellent, otherwise.
