Been back here a couple times now to get matcha and I think I will stick to their regular matcha lattes. The matcha spanner and banana cream matcha were too milky/lacked the matcha flavor I'm looking for. I wish they were more consistent. Great location, stays busy, lots of foot traffic. We waited 20 mins for 2 drinks: Saigon special and campfire latte. Latte was lukewarm. For waiting that long, my latte should have been hot. Every time I've come in, the place gets another facelift. The remodel is more functional yet the customer service was lacking. Nobody looked happy working for the holiday season. It seems the workers are doing everything instead of assigned to individual tasks of focusing on food/drinks and/or serving. I tried the iced pistachio latte and my friend got the pandan matcha! The iced pistachio latte was pretty good! I enjoyed it a lot, flavor was present and it was really sweet but I didn't mind. My friend enjoyed her drink, although I personally think when mixed the flavor became light and could have been stronger. The price for the matcha is more expensive than other places. Honestly, the only reason this isn't a full 5 stars is because the Berry Chantilly Matcha still isn't on the DoorDash menu even though it's available in-store. I've tried requesting it through the app and even called before. One employee mentioned the manager was going to add it, but it never showed up. For a while I could call and swap one of my lattes for the matcha, but the last time I tried I was told they couldn't do that anymore. At this point I'm begging a little on behalf of all the matcha people: please just add the full menu to DoorDash. My interactions with the employees has always been pleasant and they are helpful with navigating the menu. The menu offers coffee, matcha and tea options to drink. On my latest visit I tried their seasonal Campfire Latte which was delicious without being too sweet. It came with a delicious torched marshmallow ring on top. I've also enjoyed their matcha in the past. To eat I got an Ultimate Breakfast Banh Mi. They don't skimp on their banh mi's! It has a generous amount of egg, cheese, bacon and turkey. I've been coming to springly every other week since they opened. I don't know what happened recently, but their food quality went down so much. I know pho is not their strong suit but I always order knowing what to expect. I always got it as a "side" to the spring rolls because I want soup and noodles. Today, pho was just brown water. It had no taste. It wasn't seasoned enough and frankly it just tasted really bad. I also got the signature rice plate and that one was hard to eat. I guess I should really only get spring rolls here. It was a good try however I probably would not order it again. This drink was $7 for a 16 oz cup. My friend also ordered the same drink and she loved it so it's definitely personal preference! The popcorn chicken was just okay. Nothing special or anything you couldn't make at home. The popcorn chicken does not look like the picture that is advertised on the menu. It was $9.50 and it was just okay. It wasn't that crunchy and the pieces of meat were very small. So far, the food and the drinks seem to be a little too expensive for the quality I am getting. Even less matcha flavor than the other 2 and slight banana after taste. The midnight matcha was my favorite. Not too sweet but I could taste the matcha more in this drink more than the other 2. Only complaint is, the black sesame milk was super duper gritty. I was ok with finishing this drink but my husband was bothered by chewing on the sesame seeds? I absolutely love this place. The flavors are incredible, the people are friendly, and this place is absolutely clean. I've had a number of things from this place and everything is delicious. I absolutely love their roasted Matcha green tea. It just has a richer more, earthy tone. Super good, especially less sweet. However, there is this incredible s'more Matcha latte. With espresso, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallow cream on top. I mean, quite honestly it doesn't get much better than this.
