I really love Paris Baguette, especially the Saratoga location. I live nearby and used to come here 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately, the quality of the drinks has changed a lot recently. The matcha latte has completely lost the amazing taste it used to have. It is either extremely diluted and watery, or overly concentrated, bitter, and missing the creamy texture and sweetness it had before. Whatever they used to add to make it smooth and balanced seems to be gone. The difference is huge -- it used to be one of my favorite drinks, and now it's honestly disappointing. The cappuccino has also become a problem. It is served so hot that it burns your tongue. A cappuccino should be smooth and enjoyable to drink, not painfully hot. I'm not sure what changed -- maybe new staff or different training -- but after several visits, I can say this is no longer just one bad day. I really hope the team looks into the drink quality because I truly love this place and would love to see it return to the way it was. read more

I recently returned to PB hoping to indulge in some tasty cakes, but it was NOT worth it. The price has jumped to over $9 per slice, which is hard to justify given that the quality has dropped and the slices have become significantly smaller. The strawberries in their strawberry chiffon cakes do not taste fresh. It's like they used reject strawberries for the filling. They also do not put as much frosting on the cakes like in years past. No, just no. Will not be returning. read more

This place is absolutely incredible. If you have little kid toddler baby things it shines. Pick your sugar thing then go hit target and their dreams come true. The food here is so perfect. It's freshly made, portions are pretty in charge and the prices are friendly. It's a little static inside. Could be warmer and family friendlier but it's fine. read more

I swung by this Paris Baguette on my way in to work one morning for a quick coffee and a bite for breakfast. The food and coffee were up to par with other locations I have been to, and the service was solid. The shop wasn't the most glamorous location I've ever been to, but it was well kept and nice. No complaints really! read more

Rating: 1/5 I have visited this specific location over 20 times, but after my experience today, I will be avoiding it moving forward. The service and attitude here are consistently worse than other branches. Two major issues: 1. **The Birthday Disaster:** I ordered and prepaid for a rainbow cake 3 days in advance for my wife's birthday. When I arrived in the morning to pick it up, they casually told me they didn't have it. No advanced warning, no cancellation notice, just "we don't have it." That is completely unacceptable for a prepaid, scheduled order. 2. **Cheap on basic service:** Last time I ordered my own birthday cake here, they refused to provide the complimentary cake knife and candles--something that is standard practice at every other Paris Baguette. Thankfully, the PB on El Camino Real (near Lawrence) came to the rescue. They actually had the cake in stock, so my wife's birthday wasn't ruined. Go to that location instead--the staff at this store desperately need an attitude and management adjustment. read more

Stopped in for a quick snack. Got the sausage croissant and also tried the sugar twist donut, both were good tho not warm which is expected. Service isnt the quickest but they have good attitudes and try their best. Have enough tables to chill and work or study. Fairly clean. Would come back for another bakery item or snack. read more

Lots of bread selections for delicious pastries. The prices are decent. We got 5 items for around $28 after tax. The items included a mochi donut, one of their cake slices that looked unique and several croissant pastries with fruit and custard. Did folks just generally forget how to make a decent latte or cappuccino? Both take chocolate powder on top, mostly the latte, sometimes if requested on a cappuccino. Followed by a latte is steamed frothy milk, not just over heated hot milk that burns your tongue , ouchie. So in short, not impressed with the coffee drinks, right up there with Starbucks lacking in coffee abilities. The pastries were yummy, no complaints there, on point. Service this is get a tray or box or paper bag, depending on how much you're getting & if you're staying or taking to go. Ambiance - meh , a tad cold inside. This place has a wide variety of pastries and savory dishes. I went for the pastries. The croissant donut and chocolate croissant are flakey and delicious. So glad I bought them. This is not your typical bakery. With the exception of cakes, you, the customer, serve yourself the food. You take a tray and tongs, place wax paper on the tray, then walk about the bakery helping yourself to the pastries or savories you want. When you're done, you walk over to the cashier to pay. For cakes, you stand at the counter for service. The place is bright and airy. Prices are reasonable. Quality of the food is great. read more

Needed a place to chat with a friend after lunch and stopped by the Paris Baguette. This parking lot is always busy with Daiso and Mitsuwa in the same location. The inside of this place is quite pleasant, nice and bright with a good amount of seating. My friend had a latte and I had a loose leaf green tea, and we shared a piece of their NY style cheesecake. The selection of pastries and dessert was very good. The cheesecake was very nicely decorated with Christmas theme and tasted great without being overly sweet. The tea quality was pretty decent. Overall it's a pleasant place to enjoy a drink and some dessert. read more

I've been here a few times and every time had a good experience. The pastries are always fresh . The service is prompt and the place is calm and inviting. I've never had a chance to enjoy the seating since I'm always picking up my Oder and rushing off . But if you have the time , it's a really well designed space to sit and relax while you sip your coffee and your pastry. Would definitely recommend. read more

Stopped in with my wife while visiting family in the Bay Area and decided to grab a few pastries. Our favorites were the fruit danish and the apple turnover, and both were light, crisp, and made just right. The place was clean, and the staff was polite and took the time to answer our questions. I love this place, I usually order their drip coffee with is very good. The bastries are always good. The only problem is you don't know what to choose. My only disappointment is that their savory pastries contain pork, almost all of them, since I don't eat pork, I feel left out. The cakes are delicious and so fresh, prices for pastries are very reasonable and the staff is always nice. read more

My wife bought me a birthday cake; soft cream. The cake cost $50 and literally had only 7 strawberries on top with 3 puffs of whipped cream. It looked so bare on a totally white cake. Very disappointing for the price. We went out to dinner and saw cakes at another bakery that were $10 less with much better decorations on the top. Smaller PB. Selection is slim to none mid afternoon. This store feels cramped. Not as good as the one in westborough. However I do have to say this store has a real espresso machine, not the 7/11 machine that Westborough has. The coffee was really good. Rating more like 3.5 read more

We ordered several varieties of croissants to go as well as a slice of soufflé cheesecake. I also ordered a latte lavender and came away with a lavender matcha tea! I repeated the order twice but it was still wrong. Only to drive off with the wrong drink. The worse thing was the barista was coughing and covering his mouth ( no mask) and continued to touch the product. Yuck! This is a busy location with high traffic and very packed parking lot. The seating is sparce within the cafe so you might want to find a nearby park to eat the pastries. Just be sure to check you get the beverage you ordered. This location is further away from where I live, but I always prefer coming here if I have extra time. I think this location has the best customer service out of all the ones I have been to. All the staffs are friendly and welcoming. But most of the other locations, their workers always seemed unhappy to work there, even the owner/manager always gave me unhappy facial expressions like they didn't want to be there. This branch operates in a way that feels misleading and unprofessional. At this branch in particular, the bread prices keep going up while the portion sizes keep getting smaller. Prices increase, sizes decrease, and the posted prices do not match what is charged. What's worse, the price posted on the shelf does not match the price charged at checkout. Staff acknowledge the issue but take no action. This is unacceptable. When I pointed this out, the cashier said they already knew about it but did nothing. If you are aware of the issue, you should either update the price label or honor the posted price. Instead, they charged whatever price they wanted and simply said, "I know," and that was it. This feels dishonest and purely profit-driven. I won't never return. read more

The donut we tried was a sugar twist and it was a little greasy. The plain croissant was awesome. Partner's egg and cucumber was messy to eat, but tasty. And he also tried the hot dog croissant, he said it was not bad, but they don't assume you want it warmed, you have to tell them. Coffee was very good, but there were some grounds at the bottom of both cups. The restaurant was clean and easy to navigate, the baked goods were all beautiful to look at, too. When checking the order at home, I found one item was missing - 1 x Raspberry Jam Tart topped with Nutella(R) (1 x $9.49) = $9.49. I called the store, and they confirmed the item was missing from the package but available if I drove back to the store. I could not drive back, so I asked for a refund to the original card, and they said okay, but that it would take 10 business days. I mistakenly agreed. More than 20 calendar days passed, and of course there was no refund. Beware: I was charged for an item I did not receive, and the refund they promised was not processed. There weren't many people outside in the patio areas which is perfect for morning sunlight, but the place is always packed inside with busy parking lot/Strawberry Plaza/Mitsuwa Marketplace. Excellent customer service. Positive and clean vibes. Typical Paris Baguette standard. Pastries, cakes, tarts, breads, and everything else looks fully stocked inside. Got my hot mocha and delicious piece of matcha cream strawberry cake in no time. Daiso is next door. Customers look happy. There's always a group or Korean or Japanese women inside. It's the perfect chatter spot, but it can easily get crowded and narrow in space through the aisles. Good break time feeling. After going to Mitsuwa grocery store, I enjoy relaxing at Paris Baguette. Note, no trash bins outside in patio areas, so you will have to toss your trash inside or take them with you. I haven't been here in over 10 years. Looks the same. It's a happy place for matcha items, especially if you want to enjoy delicious and beautiful cakes here. read more

Bunch of little flies in all the containers. Not sanitary. There is a gap on top of all the cabinets allowing them to fly in. I wouldn't be surprised if there are maggots. Told workers and they said they have been telling the owner for a while now. read more

Love this location. Super busy parking lot, since it's right by Mitsuwa, so if you are meeting up with someone, make sure you get there with 10-15 minutes to spare for parking. Lots of pastry variety! This place also has more cake selections too and they have the mango coconut cake which is amazing! The cake is light but also flavorful and reminds me of a cake I would get from Chinatown when I was little. Love the ample seating both indoors and outdoors! Lots of light in the bakery as well. If you have little ones, you'll have to train them to touch either their eyes and not their hands until after purchasing the desserts :) The coffee isn't my favorite, but will definitely be back for the pastries and cakes! Almond croissant is much better than the almond triangle btw, and ham and cheese croissant is pretty good (4 year old approved, too haha)! read more

We purchased like $30 of pastries and when I asked for a paper bag the guy (possibly the owner) refused because they dont give bags with cake boxes.
