I stopped by yesterday morning for just bread but left with a box full of pastries! It was packed inside and there was only one employee behind the counter so there was a bit of a wait, but it wasn't a big deal. While I was waiting in line, another customer began to yell at the employee because their cake was not ready despite the employee clearly seeming stressed and even remaining calm. The employee continued to help the long line and was never rude or disrespectful despite the previous encounter. Aside from the prices being more expensive than other Paris Baguettes and being located in a dead shopping plaza, I have no real complaints. The pastries are no different than any other Paris Baguette bakery, just as good, and the drinks are really delicious! read more

Stop by Paris Baguette on Monday after my dentist appointment around 6pm, nobody was inside, walked in , there was barely any pastries so grabbed light cream bread (half loaf) and one more Item. Anyway had to wait for a guy to come out and ring me up. after paid, stand there for him to put the bakery items inside of bag. Nope!!! item was seating on the counter and he said you are good to go! What the heck!!! ( if there is bag fee? I don't mine paying for it) I didn't not say a word and walked out! Next morning, find out there was no cream between breads it was plain total 8pieces of airy plain bread. I can even use for the sandwich that paid $8 for it (basically a dollar for one piece of airy bread) I live more than hour away from the location so couldn't go back to complain! I used to be a regular customer at this Paris Baguette location and genuinely enjoyed coming here, which makes writing this review very disappointing. Unfortunately, after constantly experiencing Nathan's attitude and rude behavior as the manager, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this location. This has not been a one-time incident , it has been a repeated pattern over time. Nathan rarely says hi to customers, doesn't respond when you greet him, and never seems to apologize when mistakes are made with orders. The overall experience has consistently felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. One incident that really stood out was when he slammed my coffee down so hard that the coffee splashed out of the cup topper. Another time, I politely asked if there was any fresh bread available, and instead of a simple response, he seemed visibly agitated and handed me bread without even acknowledging me. As a paying customer, especially someone who used to come here regularly , these interactions have been incredibly disappointing. What's most unfortunate is that this behavior appears to be constant and unchecked. It's genuinely disappointing to see someone with this attitude representing the store. I truly don't understand how the owner, Selina, is comfortable having someone present the business this way. Sadly, I will no longer be coming to this location and will instead continue going to the El Camino location in Sunnyvale, where the staff is noticeably kinder, friendlier, and actually welcoming. read more

Lovely and large place for a famous bakery that i am in love with for the past decade! Lots of parking right outside the store and decent seating area and clean restrooms!! PB has a large variety of pastries, breakfast items, sandwiches, cakes, breads, macarons and all the fun stuff that u can think of. In $10, we got: - chocolate chiffon cake slice - 5/5 - it was delicious, moist and creamy. Very good texture and lots of chocolate indeed! Paris Baguette is a chain bakery store which is great when you want some yummy baked goods or cakes. My personal favorite is the blueberry chiffon cake as well as the fruit cake. Honestly any of the chiffon cakes are awesome. The service here is pretty fast as you take your food on what you want in a tray and then buy in front of the counter. Ambiance is casual but relaxing. Stopped in about 2pm, not that busy. Been here before so knew the drill about picking up a tray (and paper on it) and tongs as you come in and then pick and place items you want on your tray. Also ordered a cake to pickup another day. Pretty bright, low volume pop music playing. Items we picked: crookie (3 small croissants under a cookie), a pastel DeNata, a fruit pastry, a large mango smoothie and a large hot matcha latte. Also splurged by buying the last baguette left. Register help was friendly and helpful. Totally enjoyed everything we got. Nit picking... matcha latte was a tad sweet. Matcha flavor was decently strong. Mango tasted like real mango. Only item I wouldn't order again was the DeNata. It wasn't bad, just that it wasn't that great. It was so-so flavor, and the inner blob was a little tough but not really flavorful. I love Paris baguette. Generally they have a better and more very variety of pastries than 85°. However, this location seemed a little neglected in terms of its upkeep. The quality was there and the coffee was excellent, and the pastries were great, but the coffee bar behind the counter just seemed cluttered and unkempt. We went there on a Wednesday night at 5 o'clock and almost all the pastries were sold out and even though posted hours were I think till seven. If I'm remembering correctly, they looked like they were already cleaning up to close up early. read more

I stopped by this Paris Baguette location this morning to grab a few croissants for my coworkers. Unfortunately, the pastry selection was very limited; not sure if it's always like this or if it was just because it was still early (around 10 a.m.). I picked up three croissants and was about to hang the tongs back (like I've done at other locations), when the cashier suddenly shouted at me from across the counter and gestured for me to bring the tongs over. I get that each store might have different rules, but there was no need to be so rude or loud about it. Then, when I asked if she could place the third croissant in a separate box, she gave me an annoyed look and closed the box so carelessly that she crushed part of the pastry. I initially left a one-star review based on my experience. However, the company reached out to me directly, took the time to understand what happened, and provided a $100 electronic gift card as compensation. I appreciate their effort to address the issue and make things right, so I am updating my review to three stars. Thank you for following up and attempting to resolve the situation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I placed a catering order almost two days in advance, totaling close to $400 including tax and prepaid tip. This order was meant to thank my coworkers, who had generously gathered funds for my father's funeral. It was a heartfelt gesture, and the importance of this order could not have been higher. Unfortunately, the store completely failed at every step. On the day of delivery, I was first contacted by the delivery driver, who told me the store did not even have my order. If he hadn't reached out, I would have had nothing delivered at all. When I called the store, they admitted they had missed the order and said they would "improvise." The way the situation was handled was beyond unprofessional. The store manager refused to speak with me directly and instead put a cashier on the phone who clearly had no idea what was going on. I could hear the manager in the background telling him what to say, while the cashier awkwardly repeated phrases like, "She says that's all we have," "She says she understands," and "She says we did what we needed to do." There were no real apologies, no remorse, and no accountability--just excuses and deflection. The order arrived late and was completely wrong. I ordered 72 pastries and received only 36, with the explanation that the "price was equivalent." That is unacceptable when ordering by quantity for a group. Because of this, we had to cut each item in half so everyone could get something, which was extremely embarrassing. I am a classroom teacher and should not have had to spend my workday making multiple stressful phone calls to fix a mistake that was not mine--especially after prepaying tips in good faith. Despite all of this, there was no compensation, no formal apology, and no effort to make things right. Just the attitude of "this is what we can do, so that's what you get." This experience wasted my time and money and completely ruined what was meant to be a meaningful thank-you. I have never had such a poorly handled catering experience. 3.5 stars. Went in at around 6.30pm, it's a shopping strip so there's ample parking and the store itself is quite big with lots of seating options. Most of the pastries were sold out. The options I saw on their app were not available in the store, so that was a bummer! Staff greeted us well. I decided to get a chocolate croissant and coffee danish. A few bites into the croissant i couldn't get the chocolate inside which was a little disappointing (i eventually did but was very little amount). Pastry was flaky and buttery! Our go-to bakeries for cake and desserts. I'm usually into pie than cakes, but I absolutely love their Blueberry Yogurt Cake. That's our celebration cake for most occasions lol. Been meaning to try some of their other cakes, e.g. Mango Coconut cake and Green Tea Strawberry Cake, but sadly not all cakes are sold in slices. Recently tried their Holiday Raspberry & Cream Mini French Roll Cake - OMG that is just the cutest little cake ever. Sure it's a little pricey for that tiny little cake, but the taste is perfect, might even be my new favorite over the Blueberry Yogurt Cake. Some other must order for us are the Berry Tart, Strawberry Croissant, Very Berry Pastry, King Cream Donut and the Mini Garlic Croissant that comes in pack of 6. We love their pastries so much that we actually wanted them to cater for our wedding dessert bar 2 years ago at Central California. Sadly after a few emails with their catering team, which they said was doable, we stopped getting replies when we tried to proceed with the booking. This is the saddest Paris Baguette I've ever been to. It's in the strip mall which is half empty but used to be more lively. The coffee and matcha latte felt watered down. The pastries were slightly worse for the wear than at other locations. Only bonus is that there is a lot of seating and plenty of parking. Got some off the worst customer service and workers working there. Honestly just a bunch of high schoolers and a manager who lets their staff do what they want. Giving me grief and laughing at me because they forgot part of my order. Which I had to drive home. Find out I didn't have it and drive back. And when I called them all they say is oh we can refund you. Not the point. I have no problems at any other locations but this one. They were NOT. Sweet Rice Donut was hard, day old hard @ $4.39...And the egg salad sandwich tasted horrible. I only took 2 bites & threw the rest away...The iced SCP Matcha Latte was a sugar bomb...worst part was the server Selina Shao, no greeting & not even a thank you. Totally suboptimal experience. The pastries, croissants a wide variety of options. It is all self serve and the food is not covered. People can stand really close to the food and talk over it, discuss what they want/don't want...didn't like that at all. Also some of it is right next to the entrance which opens/closes so frequently - again don't like the food being exposed like this especially when we have still not fully recovered from the pandemic. I did see a small fly hovering around :( . Also there was a homeless guy right outside, he then came in and was talking with the clerk at checkout for quite a while- you can see it in one of my pics. I didn't mind the homeless guy coming in, but wish they had cleaned up a bit after him...but nothing. Despite the overall look and feel, we still ended up buying a croissant and pastry...Not sure why. The taste was totally below average. This morning I have my own cup for coffee and they charged $3.29 They put 1/4 coffee only. I asked them to fill a bit more they said NO. Then I asked to put some whole milk they said EXTEA charge! Love this location very much, but the food court in the plaza and the Korean grocery store to the far right have closed/shutdown. Many Korean owned retail businesses and food stalls are gone. Entrance door to the mini mall has been sealed. It really kills the previous surrounding vibes. On the bright side, there's plenty of parking spaces in the lot now. Not much foot traffic here nowadays. You'll feel how dead the plaza has become during lunch hours on weekdays these days. Not the retailers or restaurants fault. Not many Koreans walking around either. Jang Su Jang Restaurant attracts the bulk of working class customers in the plaza these days. Even the noodle place to the far left is dead. Not as exciting as it used to be. I still came in for a good summer cucumber fresh drink, fruity mini croissant, blueberry cream pastry, and a pistachio donut. Delicious. Missed these days of just relaxing or having a cup of coffee/mocha/latte. Best items are still the rainbow cakes and chiffon cakes. I still enjoy their mini sandwiches. It's as fresh as their first day of opening. Working class customers are still at tables during break time chatting & working together. Not many locals visiting though. Things do grow even more expensive by the day. Cashiers always provided excellent customer service and keeps the place well maintained/clean and organized. They were still very motivated and inviting here. I really wish the grocery store down a few doors was still around. It was a great place to walk around before and after meals here. Food court always attracted my previous visits over five years ago. I used to bring international colleagues and friends here. Is the place still worth visiting? Absolutely. They still have a great selection of pastries, tarts, macarons, cakes, breads, sandwiches, beverages, etc. Everything looks beautiful. No lines on a Tuesday afternoon. Must love. Fill up your own water and grab your own napkins from their back counter area. It's still a great place to catch up with people for a good break or relaxing downtime. Maybe I will come back for those egg tarts and other donuts next time. I was always a fan of all beautiful Paris Baguette cakes. Cakes aren't cheap these days. Disappointing Experience at Paris Baguette!! I had a really bad experience at this Paris Baguette. We went in to buy some pastries and asked one of the employees for help. Honestly, he acted like he was doing us a huge favor just by talking to us. His attitude was rude and dismissive, almost like he thought he was running the place. Seems like PB uses lower grade muddy color matcha and overly sweet that I couldn't finish rest of the half since I didn't feel good about it. Made my own with quality matcha to compare, it's vibrant green and tastier with no added sugars. I rather choose healthier ingredients. I even tried to add some of PB's matcha into mine to see if taste will balance out but it was like I was drinking sugar drink. I also tried to add some of PB's into my homemade espresso shot, and that still was SWEET. I was getting upset with the sugar high day. read more

This is probably the worst location I've been to. We went here after going to Chili's on Wednesday night and two teenagers were working at the time. They were too busy giggling and carrying on to acknowledge us. I mentioned that there was a puddle on the ground twice (because I slipped in it) and one of the girls (who was working the floor next to me) was too busy wiping down an empty shelf to mop up the puddle. I ordered the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake and it was actually one of the best cakes I've ever tasted! It was a vanilla cake with whipped cream filling and strawberry. I love how light it was, how there was fruit on top, and how well the flavors blended together. Not to mention how beautiful it was! In addition, the service here is excellent. For cakes, I order online and pick it up in the store, and it's always ready, plus they give me materials like a cake cutter and candles!
