This place is so delicious! I had the lemongrass beef banh mi with added pate and the half and half Cheetos hotdog. Both were absolutely scrumptious. The extra pate in the banh mi was really light for what the charge was I thought there was none u til I got to the second half of the banh mi later after I left though. The place is very spacious and has a light bright calm feeling to it and there's two pretty big spaces bathrooms in the back. The place is located on the end of a plaza so there's a bunch of parking. Service was pretty nice, I felt bad since it did pick up a little and there was only one girl in front while I think I saw at least three in the back. They should help streamline some things or at least find some kind of system to help foh. Other than that everyone was very kind and apologetic with some peoples frustrations. Was pretty impressed. Walking into the shop I was not sure what to expect. Entering restaurant it is bright, clean and very spacious. They have digital menus above the cashier desk and they also have a kiosk to order from if you do not want to wait in line. Ordered a combo banh mi and also a flaming Cheeto corndog. * Combo banh mi - this thing was huge....about almost twice the size of a lot of other joints and more filling than you would typically receive. This was very satisfying. * Flaming Cheeto corn dog was good. Crispy, hot, not greasy and corn dog covered in a flaming Cheeto crust....what is there not to like? The kids liked this. * Side of fries - this was satisfying. Hot, crispy, soft and not greasy and perfectly salted. This is the way fries should always be served. overall I will be back to try the different sandwich combos. TL;DR: great food but wasteful and non-environmentally friendly. Before reviewing the food, I want to point out that this place is not very environmentally conscious. First, every order comes out tied in a plastic bag whether you dine in or not. Second, I ordered different items at the same time but they were completed at 3 different times and thus came out in 3 different bags. So, I had 3 plastic bags to throw away for 1 order. It would be nice if they ask if you are taking out or dining in upon ordering and if they consolidated the orders into one bag so there is not so much generated plastic bag waste. Parking: shared lot. Atmosphere: Typical cafe-like setting with background music. Menu: posted on the wall behind the register and at the register. There are also Vietnamese snacks/pastries on a table in front of the register. Service: order and pay at the front, seat yourself if dining in, your order will be brought to you in the classic white and red "thank you" bag, condiments are to the right of the front door if you need any. B5 Pate and Pork Roll: Pork roll is my absolute favorite deli cut so I always go for this type of sandwich at any Banh Mi joint. It was very tasty, the veggies were fresh and protein proportion was good. Full disclosure, I ordered off of DoorDash so I don't know what the restaurant looks like. I do know they have a huge menu of some items that are hard to find in my area. I received my food quickly and the bahn mi I ordered was just like it would be had I ordered in the restaurant. I tend to like a crispy crust on my bread and this baguette was softer. Glad we have another banh mi spot in the Everett area. I ordered their banh mi dac biet and it was pretty good. The baguette bread doesn't have your usual toasted/crunchy exterior; Paris Banh mi's bread is softer, chewier, and much easier to eat (you won't get crumbs everywhere). The banh mi was stuffed with deli meat, a good portion of pate, and veggies. Their pickled radish and carrots are cut thicker but I didn't mind it. I also tried their pate so (a decent version but wish there was more filling) and coconut smoothie (no critique...tasted like a coconut smoothie). Delivery review In short They have the rep as the top banh mi spot in Everett, and it seems like they are. There are a couple better places in Lynnwood, but I'd happily hit this place up any time. In long They're a very vertically-integrated operation for a sandwich shop, baking their own baguettes and pastries, and with all kinds of thoughtful touches in their packaging and presentation. People have been raving about them for a while and we finally gave them a shot. Prices were more than fair, and everything showed up in absolutely perfect shape--carefully wrapped and sealed and labeled. Pateso "Pork Pie" This is maybe the sleeper of the whole order. It would be even better hot from the kitchen, but it was fantastic. Ultra light and flaky crust with just enough tasty filling. It's easy to imagine ordering way too many of these and still eating every bite. Grilled Pork / Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng Nice chewy soft bread, but not as crackly and crumbly as you might expect, especially from banh mi makers who bake their own. Pork was tasty and had the grilled flavor, but was likely pre-cooked. (There's tons of good pre-cooked stuff out there if they want to spend the money). It didn't have that house-marinaded cookout-grilled flavor that a couple other places get. The pickled veg were exceptionally good--crunchy, tart, sweet. You get a whole baggie of extras if you ask. The jalapenos were especially on point the other night. Fresh Rolls Pork Roll & Shrimp / Gỏi Cuốn Chả Lụa Tôm Perfectly tightly rolled, with nice fresh shrimp. Not much pork. We took advantage of the soft opening special - buy 5 banh mi and get 1 free, so we could try a variety. Of those we ordered, the Grilled Sausage Patties and Pate Jambon were the favorites. We were disappointed that the grilled pork was bland tasting, it wasn't flavorful, charred or grisly. And We ordered 2 of those. Some of the plusses are the baguettes are fresh and have a nice crispy exterior, the banh mi's are generously filled and are a foot long. Compared to Seattle prices, you're getting a steal here for $8.25. I also ordered the shrimp & pork egg rolls, which were delish! They were well staffed on a Saturday night and our order came out quickly. It took a little longer to get the egg rolls. There's plenty of seating for dining in. Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #59 I was getting lunch in the plaza, saw the soft opening sign for Paris Banh Mi outside and decided to stop in. This was around noon over the weekend and there was a small paper sign taped to the front door stating how they were out of banh mi. The interior looked pretty desolate, at least in terms of food - the various trays of croissants and baked treats were completely empty, leaving only the fried and refrigerated items left. While the selection seemed to be grim, there were multiple patrons sitting at tables, sipping on drinks and eating Vietnamese-fusion burgers, not to mention a continuous stream of customers walking in. Since I had already eaten lunch, I only ordered a drink for dessert. Milk Tea, 50% Sugar, Less Ice w/ Boba ($7.49) - The milk tea is a bit on the thin side, bordering on watery in both mouthfeel and taste. There's not much body at all for a milk tea, and while there's a bit of earthy spiced tea taste to the drink, the flavor is pretty weak. Half sweet is good, but I feel like perhaps the issues with the drink might stem from not getting it at full sweetness. I also got the drink with less ice, which is still a ton, watering down the drink even further. I've gotten this drink with the exact same modifications at another Paris Banh Mi location, and that one I found to be cloyingly sweet with way too much cream added. The weaker taste of this drink is preferable vs. a drink that's way too sweet and milky. The boba is pretty good: smooth, round pearls, with just enough sweetness, and a good chew and bounce. Not much else to say about it. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 4/5 Interestingly enough, Paris Banh Mi also serves artichoke tea, which I was not brave enough to try on this visit. We found this place only because it was down the way from one of our favorite eating spots, Hawaiian Sun BBQ. But rather than stop at our trusted go to, we decided to give Paris Banh Mi a try. We were glad we did because we were not disappointed. Everyone behind the counter was very attentive and answered any questions completely and readily. And we because this place was relatively new to us and the area we had a couple. The place was nice and clean, spread out with ample, nicely spaced seating. The menu, while kinda big at first glance, had basically 5 mains. Sammy's: Banh mi's, burgers and croissants, Korean corn dogs, appetizers, drinks and desserts. The most extensive are the drinks which are basically, teas, coffees, bubble teas and slushies. Then there are the customizations where you can add, choose, etc. So if you are bubble tea fan like I am, that's cool. We ordered a couple of Banh Mi's (chicken and a special combo) and made them combo's so we also got chips and a drink w/them, the little one got fries, a choco bubble waffle, slushy and a Potato Mozzarella corn dog. We also got 5 pate chauds, and a couple slices of cheese cake (one caramel, one chocolate) for the road. I would highly recommend everything, especially the pate' chaud. My child really loved his corn dog and the cheese cakes were just good. They offer other dessert items as well. I love a good banh mi, so I can say in good conscience, this was a good banh mi! My only criticism would be the lack of egg in the banh mi. Other than that, text book banh mi. A fresh foot long perfect French baguette with a nice crusty exterior and nice soft interior, pork pate. Fillings, depending on what you order are, were a prefect ratio to the sammy, the pickled veggies were spot on. Other than the missing egg, everything that makes a banh mi, a banh mi. I wanted to love it because I love bahn mi sandwiches but this place isn't for me. They use pate on all sandwiches which isn't ideal because not everyone likes pate, including me, it's a very distinct flavour. Their saving grace is their drinks and desserts, they're delicious, a bit pricey though ($7.50 for a slice of cheesecake) so take that as you will. That is all I will eat at this establishment. I'm not blaming the entire staff just the Big Guy with the tattoos that is making the sandwich today which is Super Bowl day! He seemed really arrogant and didn't have any good work ethic and definitely didn't care about making mistakes. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half as usual but the guy cut the entire thing in half including the wrapping paper and seal which kept it in place. I came home and opened up the bag with all the meat and vegetables falling out and everywhere in the bag.... I wanted to ask for a replacement but it'll be a waste of time. This place is alright. I went on opening day and have been going since. Customer service is stellar. They are always attentive and extremely nice but in a homely manner. Food is superb but I do wish they had a beef option. Pork and chicken are their only meat options. I believe the pate is pork as well. I've only had one time where I was asked if I wanted my sandwich cut but if you ask they'll oblige. They also will ask if you want the veggies together or separate which is something I've not considered but it's an option. Their boba or milk teas are decent. And they have a small but good soda selection for your taste as well. They do pastries, Korean corn dogs, French fries and egg rolls. My favorite are the egg rolls. They have pork and shrimp with pork. The shrimp with pork is goodness. One thing that I recommend taking advantage of is their burger or croissant option. It's great if you want to try a banh mi but are afraid you'll not like it and don't want to waste it. They have plenty of different dipping sauces to select for your side options or a couple for purchase. The place is somewhat big but only seating on the half side but can accommodate families, friends, couples or solo guests. You can use the kiosk or order from the lovely staff. The short answer: I didn't like it. Bread was very dense, lacked airy-ness, sandwiches lacked mayo, lacked soy sauce, and had way too much pickled daikon. The long answer: The Banh mi: the bread is interesting. It is not your traditional Banh mi with the crispy shell and airy insides. It didn't come warm or toasted at all and was almost like a par-baked loaf. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. The bread was much denser and as you can see from the pictures, it had little to no color -it was pale. It felt like the bread was undercooked. But I love bread too much to critique it harshly. All 3 of the flavors I got had way too much daikon and hardly any pickled carrots. The cha lua (commonly known as cold cuts), hardly had any meat as you can see from the picture. The pate was a perfect amount, but the mayo and soy sauce were severely lacking. The balance of flavors were out of proportion. The combo had an appropriate amount of meat, but again, lacked the mayo and too much daikon. The nem noung (pork patty), traditionally a banh mi served warm, was room temp. As you can see from the picture, I tried the pork patty one as soon as I got in the car as to not miss the freshness. However, the sandwich was quite cold, but the meat was generous. Overall, the Banh mi's just lacked balance in flavors. I also got a Thai tea with no toppings. It was decent but the tea was weak. It tasted like cheap tea leaves or a second wash and it was a bit sweeter than normal. It wasn't terrible, just not amazing. The place has medium level music playing which is nice on a normal occasion. However, the cashier who took my order must be newer to customer service because I couldn't hardly hear anything she was saying. She seemed shy and perhaps still working on her courage, which is fine but I'd really like to be able to hear. 35$ for 3 Banh mis and a Thai tea isn't cheap and unfortunately it isn't worth it. I live in the area and had been anticipating this place. I know it's just a soft opening and they're still figuring out the details so there's room to improve. I've stopped by this spot three times now, usually after running errands & needing a quick lunch. the menu is all over the place in the best way: baked goods, french-style pastries, specialty drinks, bubble waffles, takis korean corn dogs ??!, sweet potato fries, you name it. not everything makes perfect sense together, but there's definitely something for everyone, whether you're craving sweet or savory. I've tried the banh mi a couple of times. not the best I've had, but I do appreciate the fresh bread. it's soft enough that it doesn't wreck the roof of your mouth, and the ratio of bread to meat feels right. my one gripe is with the pickled carrot and daikon is that they're cut too thick and kind of overwhelm the richness of the pâté and meat instead of balancing it out, and the meat can sometimes be dried out. that said, the little pâté chaud/ so near the register? highly recommend. overall, it's not a place I go out of my way for, but when I'm indecisive and don't know what i'm in the mood for I will be back. read more

OK, this is my new favorite spot in Everett great location on Everett Mall Way, this is a family run business according to Steven Who was doing a great job behind the counter. My Banh Mi..... excellent! they have Thai iced teas, other great drinks and desserts. The place is clean nicely appointed, and spacious. I came with a group of Pickleball friends and we were making a lot of noise so sorry for that but it was so fun and we had a great time thank you Steven and crew for a wonderful time.
