To say I was disappointed would be an understatement of the year. I went in last night to scope the bakery offerings. I saw empty trays of butter croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. The prices compared to what is being offered in Boise was less expensive so it seemed like Paris Banh Mi sold out of these items. I gathered my daughter and my French mom the next morning to get to Paris Banh Mi at their opening to only find that those empty trays from the night before were still empty. I walked up to the young man at the cashier and asked where were all the croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. He tells me, matter of factly, that what they have is out on display. To be clear, what was out on display was two or three offerings of bakery goods that didn't look fresh or even appetizing. If you're going to be a French bakery and have trays with the words of Croissants, Palmiers, and others then stock it OR Remove them as it is false advertising. Matter of fact, take out the Eiffel Tower by the front door while you're at it. There's NOTHING FRENCH or PARIS related here. I will never come back. It was embarrassing experience. read more

Been here a couple of times and always loved their Buon Bo (spicy beef noodle soup). They give you extra chili on the side if you want it more spicy. Their broth accommodates those that has a mild spicy level. Beef is tender and the pho is amazing as well. I still think they could still switch the plastic bowls and spoons to reusable and sustainable bowls is all. We did get their spring rolls but it was 2.5/5 for us. Noticed they used iceberg lettuce and could use more traditional herbs such as mint and a different type of lettuce. Felt like there was more iceberg lettuce than the actual protein and noodles. I was thrilled to find another pho option. The restaurant itself was beautiful. Pretty baked goods displayed. Tables were not wiped down and napkin dispenser was empty. Friendly enough young men working counter. I ordered combo pho. Broth and meats ok. I dined in. The fact that everything I ordered was served in plastic to go containers just ruined it. Hot soup in plastic is nasty. $24! The young men forgot my chili oil request, didn't care either. Vietnamese coffee was good. Dang- I really wanted this to be better. I didn't even have time for a second visit and to post a review for this locally franchised location of a FL ( think) based chain located in one of Meridian's new but awkward strip malls. Not a bad location and pretty good food as some items go for chain eats. Sort of the Panera bread of Bahn Mi and Vietnamese bakery places. I don't know why it didn't make it. It had a 4.4 rating here. Maybe it was the plastic bowls for pho. Maybe it was they tried to do too much with burgers and Korean corn dogs on the menu too. But that is a chain menu decision and not he owner's design. I hear another locally owned Vietnamese pho and bubble tea biz is moving in. I feel bad for the franchisee here. read more

this post is just based on the desserts we had. I thought they would have more options for pastries. When we arrived, there were a few options for pastries but a ton of cheese cakes. I was a bit disappointed since i love pastries...the ones left were in individual bags and didn't look appealing, so we went with the cheesecakes. I got a key lime and my daughter got the mango guava. They did taste good however neither of us could finish ours since they were soooooo sweet. We could have spit ours with two or three other people because of the sweetness. mine had a layer of white cake in it. i'm not in love with cake. I suggest getting a black coffee to break up the sweetness. This isn't a bad place I just want to share my experience.. I will be happy to come back and try their meals next time read more

I was looking for some decent pho and bubble tea around the area and stumbled upon this place. I was pleased to find that they also served various other things like cakes and bread! So the pho was actually not bad. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the price. Who charges almost $18 for pho in a plastic container? I would have thought maybe they would give you a large bowl but that wasn't the case. Most everything else here is also overpriced and very pricey! The bubble tea was okay. A bit too sugary for my tastes but not bad. The waitor also misunderstood my friend's order and charged her for a drink she didn't order lol... but she didn't fight it. One thing I did enjoy was the ube cheesecake. It was pretty delicious! Next time, I'll maybe come to try the sandwiches or corn dogs. Maybe it will be more worth the price. read more

I was looking for a place close by and noticed that this restaurant had high ratings. I really liked the decor and how modern it is. Although, the name of the restaurant and decor is pretty confusing...is it French or Vietnamese? It is really expensive especially since everything is served on plastic and there's no service beyond the counter. They give you a mouthwash size cup for water. Everything I've tried from Paris Banh Mi has been delicious! It has been hard to find a place that does boba well, but this place had me pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend customizing your drink sweetness to your preference, and adding your favorite toppings! I also enjoyed the Korean corn dog, which was super crispy, and I'm excited to try the other types like the ramen one. The staff is always so friendly and patient, especially when I can't decide what to order haha. I usually take my order to go, but the inside is beautifully decorated and has a lot of nice tables and booths if you are dining in. You really can't go wrong here. read more

Cute atmosphere and great food! Food: 5/5. We had the grilled pork, iced sea salt coffee, an original Korean corn dog, and a potato corn dog. The food was delicious and tasted fresh. Best Korean hot dogs I've had! The coffee was absolutely amazing as well. My only complaint is that when I went to put the coffee in my car cupholder, the cup cracked all the way down the side and completely drenched me and my seat. Atmosphere: 4/5. The decor inside is beautiful and it is a cute and relaxing atmosphere. The location is a little out of the way for us, but there are a lot of other stores around to make a trip of it. Service: 4/5. The service was good. The workers seemed friendly, although the person at the front counter seemed bored. The food came out fairly quick. Kid friendly: 3/5. We didn't bring our kids, so I didn't notice highchairs, but we did see some older kids that seemed to enjoy themselves. It was a great first experience! This is a fairly new restaurant. It is a mixture of Vietnamese and some Korean. Mainly Korean corn dogs. I had the croissant shredded chicken. Online it says it has pork pate, but in the restaurant it says it doesn't have any on it. I don't know which is true. They serve the sandwich in a small container. It was really hard to pick it up. I hard a hard time getting my fingers underneath it. The sandwich itself was loaded with chicken. The chicken was flavored really well. Dark and white meat. Had one sliver of a cucumber. I ended up just eating the sandwich with a fork. I had also gotten a mozzarella ramen corn dog. It was really great. The Paris by night bubble tea didn't have much flavor. The ice was small so when you were drinking you would also suck up the ice in your straw. That was annoying. Now the really annoying part of this restaurant. The seating. It was very aesthetically pleasing. And that isn't good. Because they want it to look cute, there is less seating for people. They need to take out the benches that just take up space and use the area properly so more people can actually sit down and eat. read more

A hidden Authentic gem to the Treasure Valley. Great banh mi sandwiches, and while the bakery pickings were low when I went, they have all the classics you'd expect from an Asian bakery. Coffee also good and as strong as it's supposed to be. This is real enough to make people happy that expect authenticity but not so authentic as to scare off the less brave people in the valley. We really loved this food. I think the burger is a little easier for kids (or even for me) to eat because the bun is softer than the bread on the sandwich. Some of the items on their menu weren't quite available yet such as Korean corn dogs and pho but nonetheless the sandwiches were delicious. Let me preface and say that I am comparing this place with places in California (LA/San Diego) so it may be tough. This place is super nice! All the chairs, the furniture, the lights: ALL NEW AND CLEAN!! Super welcoming staff! BUT... if you're looking for a place that is both clean/nice & good food, it'll be tough. I've tried the Pho and Bahn Mi... both were okay tasting (not even mad about taste). It's the portion size for the price.... If I'm paying upwards of $16 for a bowl of Pho or ~$10 for a Bahn mi I expect some bite to it. In California where everything is expensive... you're paying the same price for DOUBLE of the food. Just be cautious, great to try new places, especially Vietnamese food. Management just needs to throw in a little more food for each item because the cost to food ratio does not make sense. read more

This is a great new spot offering Banh mi, Boba, pho, some pastries and coffee. Service was adequate on a busy lunch break. It seems like it's a family ran business with some additional staff. The space is open and has a small section for dinning and a little pastry shop. Seating is limited though. Ordering is easy at the counter. They have a number system and a loud speaker notifying you whose order number is ready. It's a bit loud and annoying but it works. I am still in search for the best pho in the TV so I had to try theirs on this visit. I would give it 3 stars based on that. They have a one size pho which I don't mind. It was reasonably priced around $15 with credit card vs cash price. They have the price option clear and up front which is nice. The broth was on the sweet and oily side. The broth had good initial taste but it did not have the depth to sustain the taste throughout the bite. There was a lady in the kitchen and a lady off in the corner, neither of them looked at us or greeted us when we came in. Okay Idaho, I see you! This place is soooo delicious and definitely hits the spot for authentic Vietnamese food! The B2 Banh Mi sandwich was so fresh, so flavorful, and so yummy. The bread was perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. The meat was well marinated and cooked perfectly. The fresh pickled radish/carrots, cilantro and cucumbers is the perfect balance from the Mayo and pork. I also got a Milk Tea boba and a Pork Bun (in the hot plate section near the register) and I devoured it in 3 bites. I can't wait to go back for more. They have Pho as well that I also want to try! Here in the valley every time a new Vietnamese restaurant opens I get super excited. I grew up in a Vietnamese household so I know good Vietnamese food. They have an excellent assortment of Banh mi. The B2 thit nuong is excellent and is a 5 spice based seasoning not the lemongrass kind. I love both and this one is amazing. The nem nuong is good as well. Not as heavily seasoned as others I've had but still good. I had the chocolate avalanche croissant and the cream cheese danish and they were some of the best I've had. I really wanted to like this place.... Fried egg rolls - flavor was there, HOWEVER, one of the egg rolls had a large plastic piece in it. Foreign objects in foods is a huge strike out and a major health concern. Spring rolls - their spring rolls were good but it is also hard to mess up on spring rolls. Banh mi sandwiches - just as other reviewers mention, it was bland. I also ordered extra meat and it looked like a regular serving of meat.
