So so so so so bad. We ordered via Uber eats and they listened to none of our instructions even though they were printed on the receipt... sauce on the side, nope. Salsa with the quesadilla... nope. Also the crepes were so awful. Every part of it was just gross! I'd never try this place again.

It has been over a year since I visited the Creperie Cafe. We liked it even better than before because we ordered the seasonal Pumpkin Pie crepe for dessert -- it looked and tasted great! I got the Ma Provence and my wife had the Porky Pig (with both meats). Both were delicious!

this place was sooo good. lady who helped me and my friends was so nice. the food was amazing like 10/10. it's so clean and cozy love it. absolutely amazing great with friends!

Crepe was undercooked tasted like crap when asked about the cooking on it they argue with me and did not fix will not be back

Never going back save your money undercooked crepe I've had better at farmers market when I mention it they said that's how they come I've made & have many crepes and these are the worst

Ok the food is BAD, and I mean it is not good at all! The service was prompt which is they get 2 stars. I will NOT be coming back again based on this visit, yikes! I ordered the Artichoke Crepe and it looked like dog food, the crepe tasted like raw dough, just not good over all. I hope they improve things in the future. Just because your next to a very busy movie theatre doesn't mean you shouldn't care about quality.

Service is great always friendly and fast. Crepes are delicious so over all not a bad spot. Small so not good for large groups.

The reason we went back the second time was because we remembered how good the food was and how nearby it was too. The second time the food was still really good, but the service was HORRENDOUS. Brittney was such a ***** to me and my parents, my mom especially. My mom was complimenting her and something about the food, and she straight up just walked away in the middle of my mom still talking. And no it wasn't busy. It was towards the end of the night, there was maybe 2-3 other customers there. She acted like we were bothering her the whole time. Then once she'd leave us would just stand up at the bar flirting with the other guy working there and just ignore anyone else. Then on top of all of that, my dad tells me she added $10 onto her tip! FRAUD!!! I've attached photos as evidence. My dad still tipped her even though she was so rude and disrespectful. But apparently that wasn't enough for her and added $10 onto the total. I cannot believe that. And my dad tells me it was difficult to get his $10 back after calling and talking to the manager. He didn't get the name of the manager but he said that they were just making excuses and saying oh but she's our best server. Obviously not! Saying things like oh she must've just been really busy. Again, we were there when it was dead and about to close soon, no it was not busy. It's almost as if this business does this type of thing often because there was no alarm from the manager, then finally after much deliberation decided to send back the $10. Absolutely ridiculous. No : "I'm so sorry here's a free meal on us", or atleast a "here's a coupon or gift card for next time you come in", nothing. This is the type of thing that gets people closed down. Headed to gym event, but needed doughnuts haha! Did they have them? Nnnnnnope! Made me very sad. This place sells their cookies in WinCo and I think Whole Foods. Their cookies are RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING! I could easily eat a bag of 8 in probably half a day lol. Then I'd get all depressed because my bikini wouldn't fit right :( So when I asked about the doughnuts she said they haven't been making them and I think she said it was because of staffing issues. Thanks to the virus and people now refusing to work because the government is giving them too much in unemployment, this is the case with way too many restaurants, bakeries, etc. That's my subtle jab at the current government and what they're doing to the country lol! So I left without doughnuts BUUUUT I did buy a bag of cookies. The same bag I could have bought at WinCo or Whole Foods. She said basically everything they did that morning was make the cookies for the stores and she watched them leave to take them to the stores. Exciting! I felt all guilty as soon as I bit into one of the cookies but OMFG THEY ARE SO GOOD! Have y'all ever been to a crumbl? If you have one where you live GOOOOO! This places cookies are basically they lower calorie version of Crumbl because some Crumbl cookies have 850 calories in ONE cookie hahahaha! Is it worth it tho? Absolutely lol So are these cookies, but if you are trying to watch your calorie intake then maybe stay away because you can tear through a bag of these with ease. Chocolate crinkle and snickerdoodles are my go-to's! Ooooooh! Ok, y'all, WTF is with the twist ties you used to tie up the bags of cookies? STOP using those! They are literally THE WORST! I'm sure they're cost effective but stop! I'm also sure with selling to those two major grocery stores plus selling them in your bakery that you can absolutely afford to use better ties, ones that we can actually open and reuse vs these where you can't just open them, you have to cut the top of the bag and then basically...the bag is useless after that. I know this sounds petty, but ugh they're they worst! Aside from that, this place is super nice. It's in a very weird location tho, I was surprised by that. It's like the only sit down place on this street. Across from them is a warehouse of some sort, half a block up are homes, it's just seems like it would be better on the north end, or NW Boise, basically anywhere other than where it is lol. The staff is super sweet, the ones that were there lol. I'll definitely be going back. Glad my first experience there was a decent one even if they didn't have doughnuts for my heffa ass hahahaha! We were craving gyros and drove over to what used to be Gyro Shack on Emerald. I had almost suggested going to a different location because I didn't want to deal with the traffic, but we ended up on Emerald anyway. Lo and behold... Gyro Shack was gone. So there we are, hungry, staring at the building. "Well... should we try Kabob House?" Eh, what the heck. OMG. BEST. HAPPY. ACCIDENT. We went in around 1:00 on a Saturday, and I'll be honest... it was empty, which made me a little nervous. But everyone was so welcoming, and it smelled AMAZING in there, so we figured we'd give it a shot. Best decision. We started with the lentil soup, and I am not exaggerating when I say I would come back just for the soup. It's that good. Warm, comforting, healthy, full of flavor... just soul food. Do not skip it. We also ordered the salad, which was super fresh with an amazing dressing on the side, and shared the lamb kabobs. The portion was huge, the lamb was delicious, and can we talk about the rice for a second? I don't know what they put in it, but I could have eaten a bowl of just the rice. They also brought us a complimentary homemade cucumber yogurt dish (I can't remember what it's called), and it was so good. This was honestly one of the best meals I've had in a long time. When we got home, I looked them up on Yelp because I couldn't believe a place this good had been sitting there for eight years without me knowing about it. Sure enough, the reviews were fantastic. So if you happen to stop by and it looks quiet like it did when we were there, don't let that scare you off. Clearly lots of people have already figured out what we just discovered. In fact, we loved it so much that we brought friends back the very next day. Sunday lunch was definitely busier than Saturday, which honestly made me happy because this place deserves to be busy. The owner, Shams, actually remembered us from the day before and even gave my husband a hug. That kind of hospitality is so genuine and just made us love the place even more. This time we ordered the lentil soup (again... because obviously), butter chicken with rice, and a giant naan with hummus for the table. There was so much food we barely had room for it on the table. Kabob House is one of those places you almost don't want to tell people about because it feels like you've discovered a secret... but it's way too good not to share. Amazing food, generous portions, warm hospitality, and a really nice atmosphere. We'll absolutely be back. (And yes... I'll be ordering the lentil soup again.)
