Cute new place and delicious banh mi! I'm sure the place is still working out it's kinks, but because people were making large to-go orders it made our dine-in wait time take longer than the 15-20 minutes they said our food would be ready. This is a hidden gem! Café with amazing sandwiches. I had the grilled pork croissant and it is so flavorful and delicious that I'll have a hard time ordering anything else. They have all kinds of flavored teas as well. They have a large soup selection and a nice bakery and dessert selection that looks amazing. I didn't try those but will next time. After my husband and I visited Vietnam we have been on the search for the perfect bahn mi here in the United States. We decided to give Paris banh mi a try. This place is super cute, clean, and bright on the inside. We decided to order the special combination, and the shredded chicken. We also got 2 iced milk coffees that were so delicious!!! The shredded chicken bahn mi was just ok. The special combination one was super good! That was the one my husband got and I will be getting that one next time. I got the pate and pork banh mi and something on there tasted funny, I think it might have been the pate or mayonnaise. I also got a potato mozzarella dog and it was standard. My boyfriend got the meatball banh mi and croissant nem nướng. He thought the banh mi was okay, but the croissant had too much mayonnaise. We got pate chaud and it was the best item we got there. The bread was flaky and the meatball was flavorful. The workers were friendly, but the store itself was actually pretty dirty. Loved Paris Bahn Mi! It's located in the old Panera Bread building in the strip mall across the street from Oakland Mall. They updated the decor, and it's very cool looking. Very bright and airy lots of fun places to sit and enjoy your meal. The cashier was very nice and helpful with good suggestions. The bread was incredibly fresh and delicious. We really like the banh mi here! We have tried the dac biet, grilled pork, and shredded chicken. It is hard for me to pick my favorite because they were all delicious. I have only tried a few of their drinks and thought they were just okay. My favorite of the drinks was probably the Paris by Night. We have also bought plain baguettes from here to make our own banh mi at home and i highly recommend it! The shop is also very large and clean with plenty of parking. read more

Interesting mix of Vietnamese and Parisian food that I loved! I tried two sandwiches one in a croissant and one in a baguette and both made me really happy. I also tried their lychee tea and the Korean corn dogs which were also really good. It it's a very casual place to grab a bite and they have plenty seating space. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the dining area wasn't the cleanest and the service felt a bit unprofessional. The business is definitely run by family which is great but having kids playing behind the counter was not what I wanted to see. I will definitely be making this spot a regular place for dates with friends and family read more

I wanted to like it but I was underwhelmed. I ordered a Special Combination which included ham, pork, bologna, pate, mayonnaise, jalapeño pepper, cucumber, pickled daikon, carrots, and cilantro. The baguette was great, and the pickled toppings were very flavorful, but the meat had almost no taste at all. I will try it again and give them another chance. I found this little hidden gem tucked away in a shopping center parking lot. I had the grilled pork bahn mi sandwich and it was filled with pickled dicon radish, cilantro and and fresh jalapeño. Tasty banh mi sandwiches! The grilled pork was delish with a nice balance of pickled veggies. The vegetarian one looked really good too. The lychee iced tea was really refreshing, but unfortunately all of the milk teas are made with dairy instead of alt milk like coconut milk (my fav boba place has alt milk) so I could not sample the boba teas. read more

The few times ive been there is only for the chicken sandwich that tastes very fresh and light. Definitely better than your fast food joints. I cannot give this place a 5 only bc they cater alot of their sandwiches to pork which is understandable . However the remodel of taking over the old panera was a great idea. The ambiance is much much better and i loooove the couch area almost feels like im in someones fancy living area. Ordering and wait time is all normal pace and nothing more that needs to change. read more
