This is the cutest little bakery in Troy! I came around 1:15pm on a Saturday and it wasn't crazy busy but there weren't many baked goods left, which was surprising since they close at 5pm. So I'm thinking maybe they close when they sell out? Whatever it is, I got super lucky because when I arrived they only had 3 cookie dough croissants left, which is what I was looking forward to the most! I ordered a cookie dough croissant and chocolate donut. The cookie dough croissant was $6.50 and the chocolate donut was $2.50. They heated up my cookie dough croissant and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the most amazing thing I've ever eaten. It was the perfect amount of buttery, but sweet. It was soft and doughy, literal perfection. 10/10 would recommend and come back. I would definitely recommend coming earlier than I did though in case you're looking for something specific!

I tried to come here in June when I was in town and the hours were weird. So, I made sure to come during my December visit. I spent most of the day at my mom's assisted living place 10 miles away, but I am staying at my friend's place literally across the street. I was here about an hour before closing, so my choices were limited, but I got my favorites: almond and chocolate croissants. The almond croissant was delicious heated up. I took a pick of the inside to show the generous frangipane, a French almond cream. The chocolate croissant was ok, but the layers inside weren't very crisp. It could have used more time in the oven, maybe. When I called my friend and told her what I bought, she asked if I got it filled with ice cream. What?! Apparently they have Ray's ice cream. I will have to buy a plain croissant and try that next time. Also, I missed the cookies the size of your head. I came back the next day for the cinnamon bun with a mountain of frosting that everyone posted here. The layers of cinnamon within were fantastic. When I am back in June I will walk over early and get first choice of everything.

OMG PLEASE GO HERE! Literally such an amazing experience. We tried a variety of items and nothing disappointed. We got coffees which were great they had nice seasonal flavors, a pizza croissant, which my sister said to quote "she wish she could inject it into her body" and then of course we had to get the cookie dough croissant, which was so rich and amazing. We finished everything and left no crumbs. The inside couldn't be cuter loved the colors and everything, so nice for pictures. There was only one woman working but she asked us many questions about how we wanted our food and drinks and she was just so sweet . I will be back!!!

The chocolate cookie croissant is death by chocolate in the best way: Super GOOD! The Almond is so classic and so tastey that I smashed that one first before diving into the chocolate one. The pistachio cinnamon combo is incredible and very rich and cozy vibes. Yum. Wifey brought these home for me and totally made my day! This place looks like a lot of fun - and I look forward to trying more of their menu! Super flavorful and fresh. The waffle and ice cream looks soo gooood!

Love this new shop! My husband and I stopped in after seeing a post on Facebook. We tried the pastry cream and strawberry croissant and the turkey and Swiss croissant but got one of the viral chocolate cookie croissant for later. We also got a Carmel latte and an iced caramel latte. Not badly priced at all. The baked goods were so tasty and fresh. She was telling us that they also have all sorts of milk alternatives for the coffees. Excited to come back for lunch, they have empanadas and other lunch items and ice cream at night! They have nice seating options and some cute flower decorations outside as well.

The ube is my favorite and the flavor blows me away every time. The cotton cakes are so light and fluffy. We got a cotton candy frappe and a cookies and cream frappe to go with the cotton cakes and those were a bit disappointing. They weren't really blended well and tasted like a melted vanilla ice cream with a hint of the flavor. Not frozen at all. They looked pretty though. Side note to mention that the bathroom door button lock had fallen off and the employee helped me find it and put it back on but they are aware it needs to be fixed. I plan on continuing to come back to this place as the cotton cakes never disappoint

The to go cups are gold as well. Ordered a cookie butter latte, a build my own small cotton cheesecake with half Nutella and half caramel and some Biscoff topping. $22.25 The small cheesecake looks so fluffy. The decorated cake is $9.50 The cookie butter was $8 It's light and airy. Don't eat the wax paper at the bottom of the cake. The Biscoff gives it a nice bite of crunch. Mixing the Nutella and the Biscoff sauce (didn't end up getting the ordered caramel sauce once it was packed. I actually prefer the toppings more than the cake itself. The cheesecake tastes eggy. Service is good. Glad we tried the fluffy cheesecake. Not sure would be back for the cake. My husband said the butter coffee is average. The green tea is the Rishi, which isn't string at all.

The most popular menu item is the CB; a warm cookie skillet loaded with ice cream and toppings. I've tried several cookies, the Reese's milkshake, and the C-T-C CB. All of the cookies are made in-house. I've had red velvet, chocolate chip, cookie monster (M&M), and s'mores. Of those, I preferred the red velvet. The Reese's milkshake was incredibly rich, but delicious. The C-T-C CB was my favorite dessert overall. This features a sugar cookie, cinnamon ice cream, and cinnamon toast crunch cereal. I highly recommend the C-T-C, or a CB in general. Cookieee Boys may be trendy, but the quality of its desserts does not take a backseat. It is on the pricier side, but I'd much rather support a family-owned establishment over a rival chain.

The cookies are clearly frozen. No question. They taste like bulk frozen cookies you'd get from somewhere like GFS, then reheated and dressed up with store-bought toppings (cereal, marshmallow, etc.) to try to mask the lack of quality--but it doesn't work. At the end of the day, you're paying $5 per cookie for what is basically a dressed-up frozen cookie. If that's what you want, just go to Costco and save yourself the drive and the wait. At least Crumbl--while not amazing--makes their dough fresh daily, and you can respect the effort. This just feels lazy and overpriced. Really disappointing that the owners seem to think customers won't notice the difference and created a flashy concept built on laziness.

A bit of background on my obsession on coffee, I am not an individual that drinks a cup of joe with 500 syrups and 80 cups of milk and say "this is the best coffee EVER!" If it's my first time getting coffee from a coffee shop, I will get a plain black coffee. Therefore, I ordered black iced coffee, which had a good balance in flavors. As for a second coffee, I ordered the Iced Cafe Miel Latte with oat milk. This drink was very good and there was an even ratio between coffee and milk, not too sweet too. Originally, I wanted to grab my coffee and sit inside the coffee shop (from the view outside, the shop looked pretty and modern) but there was no parking spots and the parking lot is beyond small but I did see folks park in the establishment next door and walk over. The drive thru is narrow but the wait time was a bit long and the person at the drive thru didn't seem enthusiastic. Overall, I did enjoy the coffee but I do not see the hype. It basic coffee, nothing that stands out from the rest. I must say the coffee was a bit overpriced, it did not match the quantity. Would I recommend this place to others? I would, only if you're in the area. I wouldn't drive out of my way (20 min) to grab a coffee from this spot.
