Recently visited this place during my work week and wow I was impressed! I absolutely love bakeries and this place is on my must go back list. Both the chocolate croissant and the almond one were amazing. But the star of the show was this orange spice muffin I got. It was so flavorful and fresh! The service was quick and the bakery it self was quaint and clean. I highly recommend visiting My only disappointment is this hours of operations. I work 8-5 so I cannot stop in on working days unless I'm working from home. read more

This is the cutest little bakery in Troy! I came around 1:15pm on a Saturday and it wasn't crazy busy but there weren't many baked goods left, which was surprising since they close at 5pm. So I'm thinking maybe they close when they sell out? Whatever it is, I got super lucky because when I arrived they only had 3 cookie dough croissants left, which is what I was looking forward to the most! I ordered a cookie dough croissant and chocolate donut. The cookie dough croissant was $6.50 and the chocolate donut was $2.50. They heated up my cookie dough croissant and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the most amazing thing I've ever eaten. It was the perfect amount of buttery, but sweet. It was soft and doughy, literal perfection. 10/10 would recommend and come back. I would definitely recommend coming earlier than I did though in case you're looking for something specific! read more

I tried to come here in June when I was in town and the hours were weird. So, I made sure to come during my December visit. I spent most of the day at my mom's assisted living place 10 miles away, but I am staying at my friend's place literally across the street. I was here about an hour before closing, so my choices were limited, but I got my favorites: almond and chocolate croissants. The almond croissant was delicious heated up. I took a pick of the inside to show the generous frangipane, a French almond cream. The chocolate croissant was ok, but the layers inside weren't very crisp. It could have used more time in the oven, maybe. When I called my friend and told her what I bought, she asked if I got it filled with ice cream. What?! Apparently they have Ray's ice cream. I will have to buy a plain croissant and try that next time. Also, I missed the cookies the size of your head. I came back the next day for the cinnamon bun with a mountain of frosting that everyone posted here. The layers of cinnamon within were fantastic. When I am back in June I will walk over early and get first choice of everything. read more

Wowwwwww! I have officially found my new favorite bakery! I tried several things, from muffins (blueberry and lemon poppyseed) to almond croissants, to donuts, to cherry danishes and cinnamon rolls and every single thing has been outstanding! Can't wait to try more and some of their breakfast options! The one thing I can say I don't like though is their packaging. It reminds me of the bags you get a rotisserie chicken in from the grocery store. While it does keep things fresh because there's a zipper the presentation isn't cute to take to an event or gathering so I just go here when I want a little treat. Please get cute boxes so I can share your delicious treats at gatherings! read more

OMG PLEASE GO HERE! Literally such an amazing experience. We tried a variety of items and nothing disappointed. We got coffees which were great they had nice seasonal flavors, a pizza croissant, which my sister said to quote "she wish she could inject it into her body" and then of course we had to get the cookie dough croissant, which was so rich and amazing. We finished everything and left no crumbs. The inside couldn't be cuter loved the colors and everything, so nice for pictures. There was only one woman working but she asked us many questions about how we wanted our food and drinks and she was just so sweet . I will be back!!! read more

Stopped at Wildflour recently after dinner. Were served by 2 women who seemed to be management. They were very friendly and efficient. This is a small place, offering breakfast as well as desserts. The breakfast menu was enticing enough that we made a mental note to come back and try it at some point. As we were here near the end of the day, the available items were quite limited. We tried 2 different kinds of brownies, both of which were very good. Ambiance was pleasant - bright and clean. Will definitely need to return at peak time, to get a better sampling of available offerings. Based on what we tried so far, we expect good things. read more

The chocolate cookie croissant is death by chocolate in the best way: Super GOOD! The Almond is so classic and so tastey that I smashed that one first before diving into the chocolate one. The pistachio cinnamon combo is incredible and very rich and cozy vibes. Yum. Wifey brought these home for me and totally made my day! Love this new shop! My husband and I stopped in after seeing a post on Facebook. We tried the pastry cream and strawberry croissant and the turkey and Swiss croissant but got one of the viral chocolate cookie croissant for later. We also got a Carmel latte and an iced caramel latte. Not badly priced at all. The baked goods were so tasty and fresh. She was telling us that they also have all sorts of milk alternatives for the coffees. Excited to come back for lunch, they have empanadas and other lunch items and ice cream at night! This place is AMAZING! The owners and staff are bubbly and friendly. The food is fantastic. The atmosphere is unlike any bakery I've been to. My favorite is the cardamom roll and I also love the muffins and donuts. They also have really fresh and interesting coffee/latte options. My husband and I were very excited to try this new bakery but unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. The ambiance was lousy, cramped and poorly lit. Nothing was priced, the girl working there was so green she clearly had no idea what she was doing, the choices of baked goods were sparse and once we were FINALLY told the prices were very expensive. Eight dollars for a loaf of bread?? Even worse we were sold a terrible slice of cake with jam in it that tasted so foul it made my husband vomit. It's obvious the jam went bad and probably had mold in it. This place does not deserve to last a week! read more

This is a must-try bakery with wonderful, friendly staff and top notch baked goods and coffee. I stopped by here on a Sunday morning to grab a croissant and a latte. The croissant was warm, crispy, crunchy, flaky and crumbly. The latte was really good and unique--it was a banana flavor. One of the partners told me that she made the flavoring herself using real bananas so that it wouldn't have the fake "laffy taffy" banana flavor. A lot of thought went into this whole operation including the food and the ambiance. I also found out that they are experimenting with different ice creams, so I look forward to coming back on an afternoon and evening to try those. Stopped here mid-morning today. Staff were super helpful, attentive and friendly. The baked goods were beyond phenomenal as were the lattes. Unique flavors for everything with lots of love and thought put into them. The space itself is decorated beautifully and exudes warmth and fun. We will for sure be repeat customers. I have been several times to Wildflour Bakery and every time im by the area my muffin radar turns on. I enjoy having their muffins, almond croissants and cookies. This absolutely darling bakery is one of a kind. the staff is inviting, attentive and so very patient (my little kids will change their minds 5 times before they order!). The ambience is simply delightful! The oatmilk latte is remarkable and my husband tells me his signature drink -a cortado with vanilla is the best he's had. Be sure to grab a seat at one of their built in tables because you might need to go grab a birthday cake cookie on your way out. The menu is large- including bread, icecream, baked goods and beverages. Wildflour also offers seasonal/flavor of the week beverages, the most recent was Banana Bread Latte!!!
