Incredible selection of port and Madeira. Prices are fair for the quality. Staff is friendly.

Absolutely gem for gourmet and foodies! I found all my favorite things here and much better than Italian grocery store deLaurenti at Pike market. They also have my favorite foie gras, jamon, truffle chips, dijon french mustard, Italian lemonade and a lot of things for paella and tapas!

Scant supply unless you're looking for wines. High prices. Kinda disappointing.

The panini did take some time (~20 minutes) to pick up but the mac and cheese was scooped right away. I tried both world's best Mac and cheese and the Smoked salmon one. The smoked salmon was an easy 5/5. I love the dill, green onions, and smoked salmon mixed in with their iconic flagship cheese. I'm still thinking about it as we speak! The world's best mac and cheese was also super good, but I'm always seeking more adventurous flavors. Lastly, the panini was perfectly toasted and crispy with a nice cheese pull! It was really good, but the smoked salmon mac and cheese was magical to eat! The store is average sized and they have a standing area near the factory for you to eat and see the cheese making. No seats inside, so many were just eating the food outside on the sidewalk.

I wanted to try a grilled cheese but there's so many spots around Pike Market I didn't wanna fill up on one place. They use penne noodles with I find unique for a Mac but was a good choice for holding as much of that cheese sauce as possible. It was a little starchy for my preference but still very good. There's little red flakes in the sauce that give it a good flavor profile and little kick. There's a stand up bar after you order where you can eat your food but no formal seating.

We ordered the Meatball Sub and Eggplant Sub with marinara sauce. Both sandwiches were flavorful and satisfying. The meatball sub was hearty and comforting, while the eggplant sub had a rich marinara sauce that worked well with the sandwich. We were especially disappointed that the Cubano was sold out, as it was one of the main reasons we stopped by. The only drawback was the price--at around $20 per sandwich, it felt a bit expensive for what you get, especially considering it was just a 6-inch sub, even though the quality was good. We visited during a FIFA World Cup match, so the line was quite long, but it moved steadily and efficiently. No complaints there. The atmosphere is casual and straightforward, with indoor seating only. Its downtown location near the stadiums makes it a convenient spot for a quick meal before or after an event. Overall, a good sandwich shop with quality food, though the pricing keeps it from being a must-visit. I'd still come back to finally try that Cubano.

The food fell short across the board: Tomato Soup: It was way too sour, lacking any of the rich, balanced flavor you want in a classic tomato soup. Mac & Cheese: While they call it the "World's Best," it was just way too cheesy to the point of being overwhelming. Instead of being creamy and balanced, it felt heavy. To make matters worse, the guy serving us really wasn't very friendly, which only added to the subpar experience. Between the letdown dishes and the service, it's definitely not worth the airport premium. And it's the airport and the tables were filthy.

Food: (4/5) I'm not the biggest fan of mac and cheese in general because it gives me flavor fatigue sooo fast, but this one was really good! I've had Beechers at the famous Pike location many years ago and don't remember it being so delicious. I have no idea what exactly my partner ordered, but it was soo creamy and just the right amount of cheesy. It was so steamy that it stayed hot for a good amount of our flight as well. This is definitely something I would like to start getting more often, especially as a comfort food before something that can be physically taxing like a long flight.

I'm here to review the food, which is great and unlike other menus in the neighborhood. Here, you will find "bar food" elevated so high it could hold its own among fine dining. My mom and shared a few plates: the Vinbero club, the spring pea risotto, and the kale Caesar salad. Everything was delicious. The club is packed with thinly sliced chicken breast, crunchy bacon, and fresh tomatoes, greens, and avocado. The contrast between the bite from the aioli on the inside of the sandwich and the sweet tartness of the balsamic drizzle on the outside was fun and unexpected. The kale caesar was very fresh with a great dressing. But for me the star was hands down the pea risotto. Perfectly creamy, vibrant green, and packed with fresh spring flavor. It appears they change up their risotto offering every so often, and it's gone now, but I will dream of that one until it appears again. Our server (maybe the owner?) thoughtfully split our sandwich onto two plates (hence why the photo only shows one half) and added the side of popcorn to both plates. A nice touch. The inside is a little small and dark though well-appointed. Their mini patio outside is crowded and uncomfortable. But they're doing their best with what the space they have. And truly the food is a standout in the area.

While Post Alley sits adjacent to Pike's Place, it's finding the elusive door to The Pink Door on Post Alley that had Google Maps routing in circles. But, once you find this elusive door; the food and ambience is worth the rounded turns. A friend and local Seattle-ian had recommended Italian at The Pink Door. At First Glance: we've walked by the door to the restaurant multiple times without even knowing. From the inside and down a wooden staircase, is a rustic dining room and a lively atmosphere. Service: we had arrived just past 1PM, and while it seemed busy, we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and routinely checked on our table for anything we may need. Libations: what's a meal without a cocktail or two? - Salute: no, that's the name of this citrusy drink in a coupe champagne glass. Refreshing and sweet. - Watermelon Margarita: classic and well shaken. I licked everything down to the salt rim. Shared at the table: - Mama's Meatballs: these aren't your basic beef meat balls - they're better. Tender and seasoned perfectly. - Bruschetta: heirloom tomato's, fresh mozzarella, balsamic, olive oil and basil is the quintessential Italian one bite. - Lasagna: I'm used to the heavy and multi layered baked Italian pasta dish, and this was absolutely not that. Instead, a minimally layered pasta dish where the cheese and tomato sauce are the stars. Light and delicious. - Tiramisu: the best espresso, lady fingers, and creamed dessert I've ever had at any Italian restaurant. This is a must try for dessert. We came hungrily and left happily.

I'd been looking for them everywhere, and I was so glad when I spotted them at Beecher's a few years ago. Whenever I have a craving, I can just stop by the mall and pick up a bag! Regarding their food, I wish they listed all ingredients on the menu. I love their lasagna, but it has spinach in it, which I'm intolerant to, so the first and last time I ordered lasagna at Beecher's was a pretty painful experience. During my most recent Beecher's trip a few weeks ago, my boyfriend ordered a grilled cheese and their salmon mac and cheese. I had a few bites of both, and they were delicious. The grilled cheese was perfectly crispy, and I loved the crunch it made when I first bit into it. The gooey-ness of the cheese in the macaroni was also incredible, and I loved the texture. I'm sure I'll come back soon! I would probably be more inclined to drop by during every mall trip if they had better coffee. Every time I order an iced mocha, it's overpriced and absolutely disgusting. The flavours are never incorporated, and every time I think it will be different, it's the same.
