Took my 7 year old daughter here for her first pedicure today, we have passed by when getting Boba next door or shopping at Sprouts. When I told her we were going to the nail salon with the Eiffel Tower at the entrance her face lit up. Sara was so sweet and made sure both of us were happy when we left. She even went out of her way to do a flower on my daughters toes for free, after the man who was doing them forgot (it was honestly my fault). She gave my daughter snacks and made sure we were both comfortable during the whole process. We both got spa pedicures and I felt like they were fairly priced. They have so many options to choose from for polish, and instead of having a wall full of colors they allow you to look through samples while they're working on you, which was great! I don't get pedicures often, but I wanted to treat myself and my daughter and we will definitely be back and asking for Sara again next time. I recommend making an appointment if possible, although we showed up 30 minutes early and were taken back to a spa chair within 5 minutes of entering. I came to this place a few days ago and I was debating whether to post a review or not. I am only giving it two stars because it's a nice, clean salon and they were nice if not it would of been a 1. Anyhow, I decided to give this salon a try since the one I go to was already over booked and I wanted a new set for New Years! Something I should never do! Wait till last minute. #ilearnedmylesson I booked and appointment for 12 and the lady was nice enough to call me to postpone it till 2 and I was okay with it because she called ahead of time. As I arrived I didn't get attended till probably 2:30 or on so I even waited longer. I strongly believe acrylics is not their best intake. Also I took my sister in law and I must say her set were hideous, to top it they took almost 2 hrs or so to get it done. I wish I could of taken a picture of it so y'all can be the judge of it but i didn't. By the time we got home she removed them. Sucks that she didn't speak out on it but if I was there to see it I would of said something. My nail set were okay not the best either. I loved the color I chose but as In now I'm on the point of biting it off because it's bugging me on how crooked some nails looks (I have never gotten crooked nails done ),: ) As matter of fact I know which finger nail is crooked and still other nail technicians manage to make it look like I have straight fingers/nails! Decent pedicure and ok prices but I would steer clear of here unless you're a big tipper. The girl changed her entire attitude after I didn't tip her at least $10. Pretty pathetic. They will leave you just sitting there to put your own shoes back on. Everything was great until her ungrateful attitude changed with the tip. I didn't undertip because of the service either. Really disappointed with my pedicure. My first time here. I got there an hour before closing , so maybe that had something to do with it. But three other people came in after me and they seemed satisfied. So idk. The man who did mine was nice but by the time came for my polish it was 7:07pm and they close at 7 so maybe he just wanted to be done for the day. However, they still had four customers in chairs being done for pedicure and manicure both.. So? ... I and my husband saw that he messed up my toes when he applied the top coat. Plus my big toes didn't match in thickness or shape. He didn't wait long enough for the white to dry. AND got clear coat all over my toes. He kept looking up to me to see if I was going to say anything. I was a first time customer so I just wanted to get out of there so that I didn't have to start anything and end up getting the same thing over again to fix the mess already on my toes. I'm just going to paint them with clear coat myself. Sadly I doubt I'll return. Beautiful decor but poor results. For $52 I can get better elsewhere. I usually never try the nail salons around the area, because they always tend to mess up the shape. I drive 1hr, and 30 minutes to my usual nail lady. I decided to try this new location, and I must say I was very impressed. I needed to get short nails, because of my new job. I usually get them very long. I went for this short set w/ U smile lines. I LOVED them so much I forgot who did my nails :(((( but she's so amazing. She sealed my cuticle after, which I barely see anyone do.. I only give a 4 because I DID notice she used a nail grit which was previously used on someone else :(. That could be extremely dangerous if she were to cut me. They could be more clean with their tools, but my nails came out super super pretty. read more

For a bran new place I was highly disappointed. $15 extra for gel, the girl who did my pedicure did A horrible job. Somehow I have 2 different colors that created a raised bubble. I didn't receive a massage instead they just put oil on my legs and I was over charged $15 and had to go back and get a refund. I will not be going there again. Weekends are the worst to come here! They get busy so they have other family members help out. I have seen this multiple times and it finally happened to me. I had a scheduled appointment and I was assigned this older man. He didn't know what he was doing and I had to tell him what to do. He also didn't use a NEW pack when he started to clip my toes and I told him to open a new disinfected mail clipper pack! The painting job was terrible on my toes and he didn't file or buff out my toes. Every little thing I had to tell him what to do. I don't think he had any experience. I felt bad because he was older, but at the same time I spent over $80 and felt like this was a waste of my money and stress. When you get your feet done it should be pleasant and and relaxing. Instead of cramming people in, it should be by appointment with licensed technicians knowing what to do. This time it wasn't. Do NOT GO HERE! Waste of money. read more

Hurts to give a business 1 star when they're polite and clean, but my recent visit was awful. I had a mani & pedi and left with cuts on my hands and feet. The lady tried to send me home with huge untrimmed chunks of my toenails on each side of every toe because she didn't want to cut the entire nail - first time anyone tried this on me. The gel manicure was a complete disaster. She lady damaged 3 of the nails and kept reapplying more layers creating uneven, bubbly surfaces. 2 hours in, this was obviously a disappointment and I asked her to take the gel off. My cuticles are still red and shredded days later. They charged me full price for the pedi and 60% of the price for the mani. Won't be going back. read more

I brought my granddaughter in to enjoy a pedicure together. I have to say I have gotten much much better pedicures in Mexico many times for $12.00. My heels were not smooth and my 15 year old granddaughter still had skin hanging which is totally unacceptable when you pay $64.00 each. Would definitely not recommend them. read more

My husband and I have been going to Moreno Valley for 13 yrs. The gas prices going as well as the cost for everything. We wanted to find a new closer place. We didn't have an appointment and I called to see if they could get us in at 6pm. She said yes come in we will take care of you. When I got here right away they took my husband to get our pedicures started. My husbands gets really bad in grown toe nails and Annette took care of them. My husband was very happy. I got the basic mani and pedi with gel and I am very happy with it. There was no hidden cost. When we were handed the binder...it clearly states there gel is an additional 15.00. I've been here three or four times. In my opinion it's the best Nail Shop in the area. Period Full STOP! The owner is very friendly and down to earth, although she is always busy she takes the time to stop and say hello. They offer a collagen foot wrap, which I have not seen anywhere else. What I like most about the collagen is that it leaves my feet soft for days rather than a couple of hours. Don't take my word for it, go and give it a try. Today I decided to go and try them out. I was very impressed. Sara did my pedicure and it was nice that she listened to my concerns before she started. I have an ingrown toe nail, so Tuesday my Dr. will be removing it. She unpolished my nails, trimmed them, filed them and gave me a nice massage. I did not want polish. She then move me to the table and Kat Nguyen did my dip. She did a wonderful job. I received a pedicure here this week in the afternoon. It was an OK experience, the ladies doing my nails did a good job, but I was not pleased with the sanitation. Every time a customer leaves, the staff should wipe down the seats for cleanliness. I saw many customers come in to the place and take the seats of other customers, but the employees did not wipe down the seats before starting. In front of me, I saw many customers coming and going but the seats were not being sanitized at all after customers were leaving. read more

Worst experience ever. I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never was treated with such disrespect by a company. They were rude to my children and were mad that I didn't immediately know what color I wanted. I first chose the almond shape but after seeing the shape I changed my mind before she glued it on to stiletto. This put the whole staff in a frenzy and I just decided to save my sanity and go elsewhere. Disgusted by the unprofessionalism and I'm shocked they're still in business.
