As a former salon owner and operator for over 30 years, I understand the importance of the little details that make a shop shine above the rest. First of all, the place is CLEAN, spotless, with no nail dust to be seen on the floors. The staff is made of the nicest family who aim to please every client that walks through their door. I can be extremely picky about what I expect from my manicures and pedicures. I need my cuticles on both my fingers and toes to be trimmed and removed meticulously. I regularly bring my aging mother with me, and I expect the same for her. The crew here at Paris Nails all go out of their way to please us and are very kind to my mom. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and considerate. Miu, is the sweetest nail tech I've come across and swiftly became a dear friend and confidant. Her sister, Sue, amazes me with her FABULOUS nail art. She is definitely the best I have EVER seen, and after over 30 years in the business, I have seen many! I tried this spot out this past weekend and prices weren't horrible. They do not have much of a nail color selection. It was really difficult for me to pick a color because they only carry few OPI colors. After getting my nails done it started chipping after a day. I went back to get it fixed, which was nice of them to do. But my nails started chipping again 3 hours later. That never happens to me with OPI. I'm not too sure what's going on, but I think I'm going to go somewhere else next time where they spend more time and I pay a little more. read more

This is the worst manicure and pedicure I have had my entire life. I got the standard pedicure and the gel manicure. My cuticles barely got cut and where they did my skin was also cut and made my toes really red for the few days. The nail coating was very uneven on the toes and the hands. She also got nail polish all over my skin. I had to ask her three times to fix different nails because there were bubbles or fuss or sharp pieces coming out. I had 5 events to go to in a week and wish I had had time to go somewhere else to get it done because it was honestly embarrassing how bad it looked. My pedicure started chipping the next day when I hadn't really done anything excessive. My manicure is already chipping and it hasn't even been a week. I had an older woman with short dark hair and I believe tattooed eyeliner. She should honestly be fired with how bad of quality this was. I didn't even want to pay for the services and probably shouldn't have. read more

I went in for a gel mani and regular pedi with French polish. The pedicure was fine, but the gel manicure was a butcher job. The filing is uneven, the are shorter than I told her, the polish is lumpy and has loads of bubbles in it, and parts are entirely transparent. I've had this color before elsewhere and it isn't a see through polish. Only went here because my normal place closed for an emergency. Won't be back. read more

$22 for a very well-done pedicure. I'm very happy with the results. The young lady who did my pedicure was pleasant, although very soft-spoken and hard for my old ears to hear. When I first went in, they were quite busy and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. That was okay, as I had another errand in the area and was able to get it taken care of before returning. I walked in with my mom and they said it would be 10 minutes, so of course we wait, 10 minutes wait for a pedicure isn't bad. It ended up being an hour. Whatever, no huge deal on my day off. Then one of the gals turns on my water (I soaked too long, btw) and it's excruciatingly hot. She then returns 10 minutes later to add cold water making it luke warm. The whole pedicure was uncomfortable and she really didn't seem to actually try to make it enjoyable at all (she does the bare minimum exfoliation, massage, etc.) The paint on my toes didn't cover all way, and my pinky toe has barely any color on it, which is annoying when I am paying extra for gel. Also, my mom got a nasty fungal rash on her feet a couple days later. She noticed her tech getting tools from a drawer then returning them when finished. This is a HUGE red flag and if you're reading this, avoid the hell out of this place. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. I wanted a pedicure with gel polish before going on vacation. Ordered the deluxe pedicure with gel polish and paid $40 for nothing. The water is cold, not even warm. The guy that was doing my nails was rough, didn't let my nails soak long enough and then butchered my toe nails super short. Did a horrible job on the polish itself, had to ask him to add more polish because he didn't even put paint over my entire nail, then gave me attitude when I said something. The whole thing felt rushed and we were the only ones in there to begin with. When I left I was super unhappy and there were literally blobs of polish on my toes. Polished came off within minutes of being on my toes! Do NOT go here for a pedicure. Crappy service and the polish is not great either! read more

Have been here a total of two times. The first time I went I was very pleased and they were very friendly. This second time which was today is what has me leaving a review. Called ahead to see if they had availability for a pedicure and was told yes to come in. Arrived and they sat me down in chair after being checked in, they left me soaking my feet in the "hot" water for 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Didn't even offer me a book of nail color to look at. Realized that the person who was going to be doing my pedicure was still working on a client. As soon as she was done with her she came over to me, I'm not even sure if they switched out the cart. She scrubbed my at the time DRY feet with the bar. Normally when I get a pedicure my feet feel soft the next couple days. It's been two hours and my feet feel so dry and rough. Would not recommend anymore. Went in to pamper myself. Started with what I thought was touch up waxing. I closed my eyes to relax and heard her make a sound similar to "uh-oh" and felt wax where it shouldn't have been. To cover, she started telling me "for only $6 dollars more..." I clearly said NO. She finished, I paid the original price and left with wax in my hair, on my shirt and eyebrows that don't look great. Yesterday was my first time going to this Salon. When I walked in and stated what I wanted, the two employees sitting with their feet up on their phones began arguing about ABOUT NOT doing my nails!!! I instantly felt disrespected and had a bad feeling from that point on. After the older woman filed my gel off to prepare to fill my nails, she said, "okay, I just fixed your nails"!!! Huh?!?!?! I've gotten gel polish fills for over 5 years now. Filing gel off is the first step in the process. I knew she was trying to con me at this point. Than, I noticed she was only putting acrylic on a 1/4th of the nail, when I asked her why she was missing part of the nail she began arguing with me about "fixing" the nail! Which made NO sense. When I got home I realized all of my toe nails were different shapes..I think this women had vision problems. needles to say, i will never return. read more

My first time here and was very disappointed and dissatisfied. First all my nails were cut different lengths. She rushed through my nails so quickly and almost didn't file the ends which were all awkwardly shaped until I told her. I selected a gel matte polish and after she was done you could see all the lumps and uneven parts of my nails even more. She said it was the polish but you can see it was the nail. Not to mention how the polish was all over my fingers because of how sloppy she was. As far as my toes, the man was nice but the massage was rushed and it hardly felt like a massage.
