I will never go back, place is dirty I had acrylics done not a single one was glued on properly, the were uneven. So I went back and asked for someone different to fix them. That was not any better, $35.00 down the drain and now my own nails are horrible. Don't waste your money. read more

Unfortunately if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been bringing my 90 year old client here for over a year to get her nails done. The only good thing about this place is one woman who I believe is named penny (she is the mother of sue who us usually at the front desk and answers phone calls) Today I called ahead of time to see if they could fit my client in for a manicure. Sue answered the phone and when I asked if they could fit a pink and white manicure in she starts going off about how expensive it is and that it takes some time. WHO DOES THAT? I got the vibe that she didnt want us to come in however I persisted and she said they could take us in 10 minutes. So we get there and sue is sitting on her phone at the desk, another male employee is sitting on his phone and theres one other lady possibly named Julie or Jenny who has done my clients nails before but she was finishing up a customer. Sue told us to wait for Julie so we sat and sat and then sue came over asking about my clients hand & and of she could stick it in the little dryer because Julie said she couldn't. (NOT TRUE) We asked sue if she could do my clients nails and she said she had an appt in 10 minutes. Then Julie comes over and tells us to wait for sue because she's going to take care of us. I told Julie sue said she had an appt and I needed to know who was doing my clients nails since we had called ahead of time. Basically these two ladies were avoiding providing service to my client because she had said ouch a few times when she stretched her arm to put it under the dryer. Sue asked Julie again to do my clients nails and julie said "no no no". Paris nails lost a long time customer today. It's a shame, I dont think Sue's parents would be happy with how she neglected a 90 yr old customer and how Julie refused to do my clients nails for no good reason. Horrible service. This place is absolutely horrible. Their service sucks, and their quality is even worse. The lady, Julie is her name to be exact, tried scamming me for ten extra dollars when it clearly said on the board that the nails I got were 30! She felt so embarrassed when I confronted her about it that she said "okay 30 for you." NO! It clearly says 30 right there. And on top of that, my nails came out extremely crappy. I got black gel and she didn't even bother cleaning up the sides of my nails where the black escaped. Horrible just horrible. This place takes 2 hours to do your toes and nails. They tell you 10 min....they are liars. Messed up on my nails and wanted me to sit down so they could redo them, at this point I had been there for two hours in 2 days getting them to finish my nails. I tell them no after being very patient for days now, I just want my money back, I'm on lunch and they refused to. It's under new management and it sucks!!!! Good luck! I use to go here with my grandma for pedicures and they were always friendly, attentive and did good work.....until I came by myself and it was the complete opposite, not friendly, bad mouthing people in their native tongue and what's disgusting is when they're soaking your feet in the tub they put the cuticle and toenail clippings in there too!!! Ewwww! And they didn't even do a good job on my toes and it was just a pedicure. This place is terrible. I went there because is was convenient, close to my home. Wrong, wrong, wrong! Do not go here!!! Went in for pink and white fills, left with the worst nail job ever! They don't clean under or around your nails when finished. The lady that did my nails had no idea what she was doing, took her almost 2 hours to complete. There were ridges in my nails, they weren't shaped right. The pink and whites were not pink and whites. The nail art was crappie. Lines weren't straight, you could see the lines from my previous nail job as well as the previous through what were supposed to be white tips. She cut my nails so short that they were right at the quick. And she made me bleed under several nails. I left the salon, once I got home, you could see the insanity that lay at the tips of my fingers. So I went back in to talk to the manager and show her how terrible they were, you had to go outside to see them because it was so dark in the shop, I asked for a refund on them and they both started talking in their language and refused to return my money. The manager said "If you want refund, we have to cut off you nails.". I looked at them and said "cut off my nails, there's nothing left for you to cut off!". Then once I told them I was going to call my bank to stop payment, they threatened to call the police. So I went to my car and proceeded to dial my banks number. While on the phone with my bank, the owner stood at the door and glared at me until I left the parking lot. Do not go to this salon. They shouldn't even be in business!!! Century Nail Salon, kiddy corner across from Paris Nail, fixed my nails for me and did an amazing job!!! I was also told, that this happens often and they end up cleaning up an repairing the awful job they do at Paris Nail. Again, do not use Paris Nail for anything. Go to Century Nails! read more

If I could give this place negative stars it would get minus 10 firstly i really couldn't find a polish i really liked then once the guy got started i told him I wanted my acrylics medium length and I even showed him exactly how long then he started to cut them down and let's just say they were all different lengths and I said I wanted square well he tried to give me squoval so I tried to get him to fix the length and I kept telling him they are too short and my thumbs were so short that there was almost the same length of my natural nails so he took my thumbs nails off and then he proceeded to do them almost just as short then they were so crooked that it looked like he forgot to do a portion of them and let's just say they were so lumpy that my nails looked like the mountains and he was so rough he even cut me with the hand file and he also just left all the extra acrylic on the underside so it was all over my skin and underneath but by this time I was so mad I just was ready to get out of there I just quit saying anything and then he started to polish them I swear my 8 year old could do a better job he missed huge spots and he also got that all over my skin and my cuticle the polish was so bad it wouldn't dry even after 30 minutes then my daughter got a pedicure it was supposed to be 22 well he overcharged and he rang it up as 32 so after all that I walked out with my nails looking like a blind monkey did them I am so mad this was supposed to be a nice thing to do with my daughter for our road trip to West Virginia and now I have to spend the money to get them redone somewhere else so needless to say save yourself the frustration and go somewhere anywhere other than here please read more

I have been to this salon for a quick mani/pedi at least 10 times over the past year and they have always done a good job. Unfortunately my experience last night was an EPIC FAIL.
