Wanted to book like I always have online. However, this time their square app was rejecting my payment. Naturally I called and they couldn't help me book any other way. Looks and feels like they are giving me the cold shoulder. I think they got upset I brought up to their attention that my right thumb nail was lifting less than 24hrs. after having Natalie do my fresh set... If I'm paying you, do your job well, and if you didn't, be professional and fix it!! I don't care if there's "cultural differences" stop being IGNORANT and unprofessional. Sickening.

Came in for a gel pedicure. They're very strict, no kids and you need to pay before the service. I don't mind because I don't bring my son and prefer to pay in advance , it leaves no room to be over charged or mis led. Overall I didn't have a problem with the establishment. They weren't to friendly but whatever I don't expect them to be friendly lol. The quality was great.. shaped, painted and cleaned pretty well. I'd return.

I made an appointment Sunday night and put down the required $40 deposit, which was fine. On Tuesday, I called to confirm that they got my note on my appointment and if they are going to do my gelx and pedicure at the same time since my Thursday appointment was time sensitive. The response? They said no and hung up on me super unprofessional and disrespectful. I decided to call back and cancel the appointment, and that's when they told me I wouldn't be getting my deposit back, even though their cancellation policy is 24 hours. It was still Wednesday, and my appointment was on Thursday, so how could they claim I was a no-show? To make matters worse, the man I spoke to yelled at me and cursed me out. When I told him I would be leaving a review, he just told me to do whatever I wanted. Definitely not the kind of service I expected, and I won't ever be coming here. Give your cash to a business that's deserving of it.

Very upset about the integrity of the employees as well as the service; the service that was not provided. They refused to do my nails simply because I asked for a receipt of my payment. I came in for a gel full set for my younger sisters birthday. The total for the nails was 101 and since they asked for the payment upfront I payed cash. So since I payed cash they said I was not able to get a receipt. I asked the nail technician how much was it for the black French tip (that was included in the photo I showed him) and he said it was $85. Then he told me that the total was $101.. I was a little confused. I wanted to see the breakdown since he said that the extra charge was because of the design, but there was no design- it was just a black French tip with glitter at the base of the nails. After a second nail tech approached our table, she told him to return our payment. Once he returned the payment, I asked him why he was refusing and he said because we were "Very hard to please". I then told him I'm not, I just wanted my receipt because I want to see what the rest of the up-charge was because he was not explaining that. All in all, ZERO stars would be the appropriate rating.

DONT COME HERE !!! If you wish not to be racially profiled do not come here !!! I made an appointment for my 15 year old sister for her birthday and drove an hour away just to try this place out. I dropped her off and went to do laundry across the street when they proceeded to then kicked her out because I didn't PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF $80 IN ADVANCE FOR THE FULL SET AND SERVICE BEFORE THEY DID THE NAILS. Nowhere was this mentioned on the website, yelp page ,or even on the phone call when I booked the appointment with the staff. I called the shop letting them know I was on my way to pay and they STILL CUT HER GLIED TIPS WITH NO POLISH ,NO DESIGN before I could arrive AND FOUND MY 15 YEAR OLD SISTER SITTING OUTSIDE, they then argued with me saying they didn't think I was coming back to pay and it was thier policy and that's how they operate . I STILL PAID THE FULL PRICE AFTER ALL OF THAT even though I knew we should left just so that my sister could have her birthday nails because we drove an hour out of the way for the art designs they offer and i also wanted show they can't just be racially profiling people and charging whatever they want prior to the appointment regardless of the shops past experience with theft, the nails weren't even half as memorable as the horrible experience that my sister had here. No tip, RUDE STAFF, with no regards of how unstructured they operate nor how to professionally run a business.

I got a gel pedicure with Michelle. The price was reasonable at $35. My toes look amazing and she really took her time in cleaning them up. I walked in and was assisted right away. The service says it will last 50 mins on their website but it really only last about 30 mins. The only disappointment was the massage was seconds long, wish It would've been at least a few minutes. Great place and nice people!

I have to say that I always go back to YELP to look for the best place. So trust me when I say that Paris Nails is the best in the IE. The service is amazing, nice & friendly. I have never been so much in love with my nails as I am today. Very clean, air conditioner was good with the heat out here in IE. I'm definitely returning to pamper myself. I highly recommend it. Schedule your appointment in advance. That's something I didn't do. But they were amazing with taking me in.

I have been coming here for over a year and they always do an amazing job. Natalie did this set but T and Justin are also really good. Love this place!

Michelle did my toes and Natalie did my nails and they looked so great. One pet peeve of mine when gettin g my nails done is that I feel like people try to rush the service and the results just don't come out with much effort. But these ladies were patient and took there time and the results were amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the moreno valley area. :)

I got a GelX set. It was good. Now pedicure not so much the lady didn't even check to see what kind of polish I had and she started using the filing machine which ended up thinning my toe nails. There was no need because I had regular polish NOT GEL. Then I asked twice for her to cut my toes and she only filed She wouldn't clip them even though I asked twice. (By the time I finished this while sitting in their chair I asked a third time and she finally clipped them even though she started talking to her peers about me after) Then after that she starts to put gel on my toes and I said I want regular polish. Since they had charged me for gel already she proceeds with telling me that "gel is better" which it is but I like to change my color on my toes a lot so I didn't want gel. They didn't give me a refund and said it the same price. On top of that I checked their website and it's not true their upgraded pedicure is the same price and I didn't receive callus remover I only received the basic pedicure but paid for the upgraded one. So ehh I wouldn't come again. I am used to my own nail salon and just came here for connivence since I was in this area. But never again. If you actually want to enjoy your experience go somewhere else. It's too many short cuts and lies here. I'm usually not one to complain but honestly It was that bad when it came to the lies and the pedicure read more

*note: fyi you book online with a $20 fee and pay the remaining before you are serviced I was a disappointed with my pedicure. The $35 hydrating pedicure is advertised for 50 minutes when I was in that chair for 30 minutes and the lady was sloppy with painting and didn't notice until the end after she already put top coat so I couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to sit there longer. Only nice thing was that my appointment was on time. read more

Service excellent prices great but pedicure skills ohhh nooo... Just no. I went through 5 colors and every bottle they opened they said was defective and to chose another color lol. She never cut my cuticles only drilled a little of the top nail bed. Her callus remover job was the bomb tho I can't lie. But filing was uneven and so short it couldn't be corrected. She polished sloppy to wear I just went along at that point like ok just don't go back. Then they make you pay first so it's no point in complaining they have your money already read more

understandable they're trying to protect their assets HOWEVER, having to pay upfront is asinine. i'm always skeptical about trying new places (new to me) and i was skeptical the minute i walked in and seen mosquitos everywhere. they charge you for using your own polish! i have a matte polish, they charged me for gel when i told them i have my own regular and matte polish i have a bruise on the my second toe, hope it's not an infection. i've done my process to keep it clean. however, over the next few days, if it gets worst then i'll take necessary actions. read more

I made an appointment with Natalie after seeing the incredible nail art on their Instagram. (I just recently moved and I'm looking for a new nail salon that can upkeep the style of nails I always get.) I pre-paid $30 online and booked the 2.5-hour appointment, knowing I needed to have my set removed and a new one put on. I expected an acetone and foil soak off, but I got the nail peeling kind of removal - unhealthy for your nails. I presented a picture, we discussed the design - green and black ombre with a design on two nails. I was quoted $130 but pre-paid $30 online. So I paid $116 in the salon (with a tip). Pre-paying for your service makes sense, it should give the customer confidence in the service, so that didn't bother me. Natalie presented me with two options, I chose one, and then realized these were acrylic colored powders. I didn't want that and asked for clarification where she explained with color powder I couldn't just get another color on top. I changed our plan by requesting a clear acrylic with gel polish instead. (I like to change my color monthly, so this makes sense to me.) We discussed again the design, and as the ombre no longer seemed like an option, we decided to skip the ombre and just do a single color with the design. I chose a dark green to still compliment the black center point design. She gave me $20 back, I assume for no longer using two different colored acrylics, and we moved forward with our new plan. I was given just the dark green with no design. As she put the top coat on, I thought she was beginning to rush as someone else who came in on a phone appointment at 3 (it was 3:15) was waiting. But I thought, 'oh maybe she's going to make the black point design matte, to make it complementary to the image.' Instead, she put cuticle oil on and asked if the color was pretty. The color IS pretty, so I said yes. It wasn't until she dismissed me with an "okay, thank you" that I realized she was done. So I looked at my nails confused, there were still 30 minutes left in my appointment and no design on my nails. After the $20 returned portion, I still paid $125 dollars (with tip) for a single color, thick and messy set. On top of that - someone who called was told they didn't do phone appointments, but the girl who quickly sat down with Natalie (before I could ask for my nails to be fixed as I processed my confusion) had come in on a phone appointment and was only spending $75 on her brand new full set. I really thought this was going to be my salon, and instead, I cried the whole way home. I get my nails done every month in stiletto shape, with design, and really had thought I'd have found my place here. I was wrong. Even after clear communication, somehow I ended up with the exact opposite of what I wanted. I will likely end up paying someone else to clean these up and I will not be returning. It's a shame really, Natalie was very kind. read more

Tee did an awesome job. Nails were shaped nice, around the cuticle was filed right and nails looked smooth and even. I do have a complaint though, is it says no children welcome on the door. I have kids so I probably won't be back again unless I'm alone and really need them done. Having to get my kids picked up was an unexpected inconvenience. It was 70 bucks for a new set which was kind of a lot considering I only got a solid color lasted well but one nail broke randomly. That was my experience. read more

I came when they opened so I was attended right away. What I will say is if you have an appointment, it is more convenient for them so they stay organized and work efficiently. Went in to have my old acrylic nails removed and have a gel manicure and pedicure done. The pedicure was nice overall, I did get two cuts on my toes when the technician was using the high speed tool to remove my old polish. She did apologize but it scabbed and is healing better. Natalie did my hand manicure and she did an amazing job. She was so delicate and careful when removing the acrylic as to not remove extra natural nail. I love the color and will be returning again! read more

Came here to get Gelx toes, lady was upset I didn't like how short she cut me, asked me why I was being to picky , when I thought when you pay for something you get what you want, stopped doing my nails, very cold in here told me I need to wait for someone else cause I am making her uncomfortable, now I'm still here waiting 30 minutes later oh an they make you pay first. Gel X toe cane right off no secure, cut my other toe nail down aswell to had a toe nail on top, I asked her to stop so that she wouldn't damage my toe nails and she got mad moral of the story is don't come here. 10 STARS - This is my second time here.. I have been following them for about 7 years on Instagram. Let me tell you they are as good as you he pictures they post!!! I could not believe the quality of the product and the work!! Natalie is incredible!!! I had her do my nails in October and I didn't post and I had soooo many compliments- she did my nails with "Venom" which are pictured on her site!! They are worth the price and wait- I had no chips, no cracks and the gel was solid without lifts and I waited five weeks for a fill- QUALITY!!! read more

The people who work here do not know what they are doing. My service was rushed, painful, and this place is expensive. I came here because the reviews were good but sadly that was all a lie. My previous set was a full-color set, but when JEFF asked if I wanted to do full color again, I clearly said that I wanted a French tip instead. He agreed, but seemed hesitant about it. While preparing my nails, he brought up again that he thought a full-color set would look better. Since I had already stated my preference, I felt a little uncomfortable being pushed toward a different option. Later, when it was time to apply the color, he asked, "Full now, right?" and I ended up agreeing because it felt like he was rushing through the appointment. I later realized I was his last customer of the day, which may have contributed to the experience. After I agreed to the full color, he proceeded to paint my nails but didn't clean up the polish around the edges or cuticle area. As a result, there was visible polish on my skin around several nails, which made the finished set look messy and unfinished. The service felt rushed overall. When applying the cuticle oil, he was standing and not really paying attention to where he was putting it, and the appointment ended with a quick instruction to wait a few minutes and then wash my hands. The nails turned out okay, but I left feeling like my original request wasn't really respected and that the service lacked attention to detail. I believe clients should feel comfortable getting the design they ask for without feeling pressured to change their minds, and I also expect the final result to be clean and polished.

I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I booked an appointment with Justin, who started my acrylic overlay, but halfway through I was sent to another technician. That technician had a very rude attitude and rushed through the rest of the service. The salon double-booked Justin, which clearly caused everything to feel chaotic and careless. I was rushed out, and they completely forgot to give me a manicure with my acrylic overlay. The work was sloppy, uneven, and poorly finished. By the next day, my nails looked like a 5-week-old set, not something I had just paid for. What made it worse is that they charge upfront, so once they already had my money, it felt like they didn't care about the quality of service at all. Overall, the attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor-quality work made this one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Good Think I went in last week so that I could get just a regular new set with no design whatsoever. I get there and one of the employees was fighting with a customer over another layer of polish that they would refuse to give the customer. I said whatever to that, and waited for my turn.. well, I just got a white set, and yes I do get my nails a little longer, since it is the new trend. Little did I know that I was going to pay $50 for that, and I was not expecting that. Not to lowball or anything, but I've never paid that much for nails with no design right, but I said whatever, maybe the gel is amazing and maybe so is the acrylic.. well some days later, my nails started breaking and even the color of my nails were chipping off, which is weird for gel. Lynn does my nails and I always get complimented on them. She always makes time for me even when I don't make an appointment. I drive all the way to Moreno valley from Disneyland area every two weeks to get my nails filled and get a new gel nail polish done it is so shiny and lasts even 3 weeks when I push it off or cant make the trip.
