DO NOT PARK HERE! I choose to park my car here as the description of their parking lot didn't mention any fees for crossover SUVs and seemed affordable. When I arrived they charged me $40 extra dollars for my car even though when I paid online no additional fee was mentioned. They wait until you are on your way to your flight and have no other option and trap you into paying the fee. Immediately upon arrival the people were rude and unhelpful. When I asked where to park my car the man vaguely said back there, not clarifying if I should leave it on the side to be parked by them or if I should find a spot. The site says there is a shuttle every 5-10 minutes to the airport. We waited over 30 minutes before calling an Uber after being told its 5 minutes away over and over. When we landed we didn't bother calling for the shuttle back to the car not wanting to wait for an unknown amount of time. I will never park my car here again. read more

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Charged us more claiming we had an SUV. Driver tried to make everyone get out at Terminal 1; all of us had flights out of Terminal 4. We revolted and he did drive us to the terminal. It took one hour and forty minutes (and 5 calls) to get picked up upon return. It is now 10 pm and rather than exit the airport and head to the lot, he takes two more laps around the terminals picking up others. A horrendous experience I wouldn't wish on anyone! All of these reviews are true. At least we didn't have any damage, but I'm fairly certain that they did drive our car as seats were in unfamiliar positions and we were missing gas. read more

worst experience ever. made us wait forever and didn't bring enough vans to pick up all customers. employees were the rudest people I've ever met, they were short and giving us attitude, hanging up the phone when calling for pickup. the one man tried to fight us in the parking lot when we told him to slow down since he was speeding through the lot with our car. Very unprofessional. The men were sitting in a trailer and ignored us for several minutes before addressing us. They assured us a shuttle would be coming within fifteen minutes. We waited for half an hour and no shuttle. We had to take an uber to make our flight and they refused to reimburse us for the uber. Use a different parking area!!! read more

It's advertised that they are .5 miles from JFK, but the driver soe t more time talking with his family then getting me to my terminal. It's run out of a broken down trailer. Still waiting to be picked up after the driver told me 5 minutes, which was 35 minutes ago. NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!!! read more

Do not park here unless you have an old car you do not care about. They park the cars tighter then a can of sardines. They damaged my rear bumper on the car chipping the paint in 2 places. They said a manager would call me within 24 hours and I waited for 48 hours and never heard a thing back. I left CRV for four days and when I returned the vehicle side view mirror was hit and damaged. The inside of the vehicle was dirty, the seats were pushed back like they were laying down inside the vehicle. The fender bender was door was scratched, and when I realized it, I complained about it with the individuals working in the place the gentleman that I spoke with stated that he would pay for the damages to go home and get a quote and when I get a quote to send it to him because he would pay that he is very responsible and that things like this happen all the time because there's a lot of vehicles when I gave him the quote he blocked my number and said I should come with authorities because he was not going to pay. pictures were taken in the beginning, which prove that I did not leave my car in that condition and I have pictures of the day. I took the vehicle to the parking lot that it did not have that damage. The person I spoke to today, laughed on the phone and said they were not going to pay it. read more

The parking attendants were extremely rude when picking up my car. not to mention my lanyard and other keys are missing and no one can tell me where they are or why they were even taken off to being with???!!! going home with only the car key. I am beyond disappointed for what we paid and delt with!! When asked about it they said they have no idea and there's nothing they can do. with attitude. THE WORST off site JFK parking. DO NOT , I repeat, DO NOT leave your car there if you want it to come back in the same condition that you brought it to them. There is a good chance they will drive it off site somewhere ( they did mine ).. When I returned from a trip, I was shocked to discover yellow paint all over my car. The body, the wheels, wheel wells, etc... Apparently, they drove it over some roads that were freshly painted and hadn't dried. My car was an absolute mess. Feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to share photos. When I alerted them of this issue, I was told the manager would review the video feed and contact me in 24 - 48 hours. I've yet to hear from him and it's a week later. I had to have my car detailed ( just the exterior ) and sent them the bill for $ 150.00 which did not include tax or the tip that I gave to the shop in Port Chester NY. Bramex did a great job and deserve a big round of applause for their service and professionalism. I don't expect that I will ever get reimbursed at this point as Park AC doesn't seem to care.. Another note, when I asked to come down and see the video feed, they hung up on me. Just sharing my experience and hope that it's helpful to you. TERRIBLE, BEWARE!!!! I parked here for the first time this month, I usually use Airpark. However this place had a better deal at $132.46 for the week. The parking lot, is a hard to find, overcrowded uneven dirt lot. With a broken down sketchy trailer as an office. Upon arrival they charged me an additional $60 stating my car was an extra large SUV, which my husband witnessed the guy put in his pocket, Due to the fact we were running late, I just paid it and moved on. The shuttle sounded like it was going to fall apart, everything was rattling. Upon my arrival back from vacation, I was picked up quickly around 11:15pm. I left my family behind at the airport to wait for the luggage to save time. Well speed racer almost gave me and two other couples a heart attack speeding to the lot. Once we got there it was super dark, the cars were running, and the lot attendant was standing outside. I asked him if I needed to sign out, or if he needed to see my ticket he said no. I thought that was odd, but I walked over to my white SUV, took a quick walk around, and left. It was not until the next day I saw the damage and immediately called. They told me to send the tix number and a picture of the damage. Needless to say no one ever called me back. Finally got a hold of someone today and they are refusing to fix the damage, stating I should have reported it that night. I explained it was not visible due to the lack of lighting in the lot. Needless to say, I now understand why the lot attendant didn't even verify the car was mine, he just let me jump in and leave. Do not use Park AC JFK, they are rude, sneak in hidden fees, and will not secure your vehicle! What I thought would be savings cost me so much more. read more
