The restaurant did not feel clean or comfortable, and the overall atmosphere matched the poor customer service experience. Food safety should never be questionable. We pulled down the bed on the truck and nibbled a little bit before we hit the road. I was incredibly shocked of how good the ribs were. This is now my favorite rib spot in town for barbecue places. The meat was so tender It fell right off the bone and had a black pepper seasoning taste to it. I'm a sauce whore and love sauces but could definitely eat these without any barbecue sauce. Out of all the sides we got I would definitely get the potato salad again. It was probably my favorite I've ever had.
