When I picked them up two days later, the crease only extended a few inches above the knee--and worse, it was misaligned with the original tailored crease that was part of the pants when they were made. When I pointed this out to the staff, I was told that this was done "aesthetically" and that it's their standard practice. We looked at the pants together, and while I could have insisted they redo the job, it became clear this is simply how they work. I didn't ask to speak to the owner, but I may do so in the future. The only reason I even considered coming back is because the location is convenient for me. That said, they acted like I was a new customer, even though I've been coming here since before the current ownership--back when the previous owner ran the place. I usually bring in a large number of clothes around this time of year to get ready for summer. As I write this review, I've had to re-iron both pairs of pants myself. For reference, I press the crease down from at least 4-5 inches below the hip. What they gave me was creased only 4-5 inches above the knee. That's unacceptable for anyone expecting professionally pressed clothes. If you just need basic laundering, this place might be fine. But if you're looking for your clothes to be properly pressed, look elsewhere.

Since I had a couple of scarves and heavy coats, it would have been such a hassle to have to carry them into a storefront. So the fact that Coastal Cleaners picks up and delivers was such a godsend. I scheduled for a Thursday before a holiday weekend and didn't have a garment bag large enough since I had just moved in. I gave them a call to see how to handle this. They delivered a garment bag the next day, which was awesome. I left the clothes with my doorman and at the beginning of the next week, the clothes were done and delivered back to me.
