Tried this place recently and had a good experience. They're open from 7am to 7pm. They charge by the pound so a load of laundry for me was about $20. I hate dropping off laundry because my clothing is filthy (I work out constantly, I work with animals), and no drop off services ever seem to get it quite as clean as I get it myself. Have to say, as much as I like the guy that owns / runs the place, all my whites get ruined here. The first time it happen, all my shirts came back with these yellowish / brown spots. I confronted the owner, and he said that absolutely didn't happen there. I thought to myself ok, maybe it was something I put something bad in my laundry bag. I bought all new whites. Made the mistake of bringing the load back, and same thing happened.... all ruined, this time with even bigger stains. Also my bedsheets which are white. Did a lot of research on this, and called jockey and sent a shirt. They said it's most likely they're using very old machines and the pipes have years and years of mineral formation on them, which has been shown to stain clothes in this way. Anyhow, I'm out hundreds of dollars of whites. Unfortunate, as they're close by to me. Luckily there's a million other places near by. Sorry. read more

Would visit this place regularly for wash and fold. Didn't have any issues for the first three months, then they started consistently losing my socks. Eventually they lost actual clothing and would not do anything about it except tell me that the odds of finding them were very slim! Very disappointed. Hours on the store Say 7am to 7PM. Yet when I went to go get my clothes at 615 pm yesterday evening. The store had been closed and locked up. The next morning I went to pickup my laundry at 8am and the store.. still closed. No notice of time change anywhere on the establishment either. Not a great look for a business. read more

I was so excited when this place opened right across the street from my building. However, a lot of my clothes was ruined after I sent them here and all my dark clothes come back lighter with soap residue. They use way too much softner. All of my lace garments literally just fell apart!! Last time I went, I specifically asked that my clothes would be washed cold and not too high temperature for drying. I got back my cotton dress looking like a t-shirt... I will never use them again. If you care about any of your clothes do not drop off here! read more

Their prices are great and everyone is very nice. However both times I've dropped off my clothes, they've been returned with stains. All my whites have weird yellow stains like a highlighter exploded. The second time, one of my towels had these strange small brown stains that were hardened/sticky. Have had a few things done here (including standard hem, pocket repair, sweater repair), and have always been impressed with the quality of the work. The people are very gracious too - I had to bring a pair of jeans back for a re-hem after the first pass because I underestimated how much needed to be taken off, and they were nice enough to give me a discount on the second hem. I messaged them just last night not expecting a quick response, but they proved me wrong!
