Food was standard American breakfast food however the service and ambience took it to another level.

We had a delicious breakfast with very friendly service. Sweet family run business. Mother takes the orders and daughter cooks the food.

Took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our food and all of the chicken was raw in the middle. Had a terrible time. Will not be returning.

After asking 3 servers we found the one that could get the rolls baked a little more - huge difference! The service was attentive & cheery! The rattle snake bites were spicy & cooked well.

What we got…read moreinstead was a live-action gastrointestinal horror show that unfolded mid-airport like a rejected episode of Grey's Anatomy: Food Court Edition. Four of us ordered chicken. Two ordered steak. Guess which ones survived? By the time we reached the airport, all four chicken-eaters were simultaneously struck down like we'd angered a poultry-based deity. Sweating. Nausea. The kind of stomach rebellion that makes you question every life choice you've ever made. The food arrived looking greasy and discolored. We tried to flag down a manager, and instead we were greeted by Richard. Richard listened to our concerns with all the empathy of a broken parking meter and essentially said, "Yeah. That's how it is." Inspirational, buddy. We were on a tight timeline, so we ate anyway (our mistake, we know). And wow, did our bodies file formal complaints. Moral of the story, never eat spoiled food trying and praying it'll be ok pre-flight. Don't come here unless you have a vendetta against your digestive system.

I love the shrimp kabob. It has peppers, onions, and huge mushrooms. It may have had some squash or zucchini as well It's a fantastic value and is so good! I like the rice and black beans that are served with it. Fries are hand cut and served in large portions. Burgers are huge, well seasoned, and I'm pretty sure the meat is ground fresh in each location. The dining area has a diner type decor and is huge. It easily accommodated larger groups, but get there early! It's a popular place! Drinks are self serve-coke products, but also Diet DP Our family of 6 gets everything they want for under $100-that's with two kids eating the kids menu. They love the little boats that come with the kids meal. That's a pretty good deal for seafood!

I asked to have white sauce drizzled on the smokey pig pizza and it was a great addition due to it being a creamy bbq based sauce per our friendly server. She handed me 2 menus and pointed to the back door. We went out, but the tables were all covered with zipped up pads. So, we went back to the front. "I guess they haven't uncovered the tables, yet. Sit anywhere inside." We ordered a pesto pizza and 2 salads-Caesar and Apple Walnut Gorgonzola w/blue cheese dressing. The pizza was promptly delivered. After a few minutes we asked about the salads and, finally, received them. My Caesar was very good, but had a lot of black pepper- not everyone's preference. My wife found her salad inedible. The blue cheese dressing was very spicey. It did not look like blue cheese, because it had a distinct pinkish tint from whatever heat was inadvisedly added. Our server was pleasant, but inattentive. I was never offered a second beer and my wife had to ask for a refill of her Diet Coke. I don't know how long Utility has been in business, but looks like it's in serious need of a manager who can train the front end employees.

To the point where the cook in the window asked if she, the front food line employee, took my order- and she said "i already taken their order" then some people walk inside and she turns to the counter, points to the people behind me and my boyfriend and says "i can take the next person's order" That is when i looked at her and said , "that is us, we are next" and she looks at me and says "oh yall are next" and i gave her my order and i walked away. I don't understand what was so hard about asking me if anyone had taken care of us and/or if anyone took our order as we stand at the front counter right in front of the register patiently waiting for our order to be taken. I think her name is Dasha maybe-not quite sure. Cashier's name was Issabella. I've worked various places in the food industry and that just seemed unprofessional. She had no problem taking anyone else order after me. Took her 13 mins between my best friend's order being taken to mine getting taken. Speedy service..? mm that needs work.
