I was able to input my insurance information before our appointment so they knew exactly what our dental benefits were for braces. Free consultation included an x-ray and all of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. The office space is lovely with a giant fish tank, and parking is super easy with a garage immediately behind the building. The payment options, cost and plans are very easy to understand and the office is not pushy at all and does not oversell other products. They give you options but do not pressure at all which I really appreciate. During the actual braces procedure, Dr. Lyotard spoke quietly to my daughter explaining everything she was doing. It kept her calm during the process - my daughter adores her. She seems extremely knowledgeable and explains everything. Will update this review when we are done with phase 1 is braces, but we are very happy with this place!

I needed to get wires and bands to pull my teeth back together. and of course straighten a few crooked teeth in the process. Both Dr. Harris and Dr Rochester were great, they both explained everything, answered questions and made me feel comfortable with the treatment I was getting. My dental assistant was Brigham who did a wonderful job. He had such a great attitude! My dental hygienist was Taylor and she was gentle, yet thorough.
