We see the owners working alongside the other staff every time we go and it's to a point they recognize us :) good coffee, great service, and the brunch options are delicious! COVID-19 DINING: when restaurants were able to open back up for dining-in, they were one of the best in terms of taking it seriously to keep their employees and patrons safe. Servings are plentiful! I had veggie omelette hash browns pancakes and a side of bacon. Door dash said it would be 36-48 minutes. Food arrived in 29 minutes and it was hot and fresh. Omelette was loaded and veggies were delicious! Lots of mushrooms and peppers just the way i like it. Hash browns delicious! Crispy cooked to perfection. Sooo much food I had to give the pancakes to someone else so i can't give a rating for those. The bacon was meh because I like thick sliced bacon but it was cooked well. Crispy. You can work up an appetite trying to figure out the way to get in here by car, it's really peculiar. If I wrote this right after I visited I might have been able to describe the circuitous path in but now looking at my Yelp notes, my own notes, they don't make sense. Head for the hotel behind it and you'll wind your way in. It's worth it, friendly service, clean sunny interior, good traditional American breakfasts. Parking lot approach way is a total pothole. Food (I and my friend both had the crepes) was mediocre at best. The crepes were flavorless and rubbery. The fruit topping was like canned pie filling. If you are looking for a family friendly option for brunch this is the spot for you. The entire team was friendly and everyone says hello. They have a really cool machine that makes fresh squeezed orange juice, I have never seen anything like it. They do not serve alcohol so if you are looking for a mimosa with your meal sorry for you. I will dine here again but I really think they should take checks at the table. The closing out process is a bit annoying, you have to wait in line to pay and the area gets a bit congested. This place changed names recently? It looks like the same people working there. I've been here twice during weekend brunch. The parking lot may look full, but both times there was little to no wait. This place is huge. Maybe call ahead if you have a big group. Standard breakfast and brunch with solid ingredients. This place has its portions figured out. I believe that you get what you pay for here. Cons: no TVs no bloody Mary's, at least I don't think so- but is that a con? Hard to get to if you don't know the area. Will I be back, yes! read more

OMG!!!!!! This place was amazing. When we first got into the parking lot, we thought 'Dang it is pcked, we are going to be waiting awhile.' We parked and went inside, gave our name and sat down to wait. We waited about 5 mins and were seated (mind you the place was packed) The service was so fast and prompt, the owners took the time to talk to guests and helped the wait staff with things instead of standing around thinking they didnt have to do things. The food took a little while but seriously it was packed so it was understandable...it was fresh and tasted great! Not once did we have to ask for drinks or anything. I will most def be coming here again and again! They are only open until 3pm but i think that is good because they are able to keep the energetic and postive vibes in the establishment! read more

Find a trustful individual to check out your tabs so, the patrons don't have to get up and pay at the cashier. Pay at table. Have waiter/waitress offer the brown sugar you have. This small family owned brunch place just opened up in June 5. Their menu has a huge variety and has something for everyone. Formerly a Ruby Tuesday they brightened the place up and renovated it. Plenty of parking all around the building. Great customer service. The owner was very friendly and walking around making sure everyone had a pleasant experience. Great service! I liked the service value and MOST of the offerings. Good coffee. The pancakes were very good. (With what appeared to be real butter.) My Denver omelette had a nice balance of veggies, ham, & cheese. BUT, my hash browns had a peculiar taste. It seemed to me that the "liquid butter" that they were grilled in was a bit old. Maybe I'm overly critical, because the manager said I was the first to complain about it. But I hope they keep a close eye on it, as I would like to have a local restaurant that focuses on breakfast, and serving potatoes with that taste will not help with their business. read more

Stumbled on Broken Egg Family Restaurant by accident on Yelp. It was very busy but only had to wait ten minutes for a table. The menu has many selections and I honestly want to try them all. My food and my fiance's food looked as good as the pictures in the menu. As for the taste it was probably the best breakfast I have had in any restaurant without a doubt.
