When an issue at the factory meant that my suit would be delayed for 2 weeks, Nick's called me up to apologize and offered me an off the rack suit free of charge! I was surprised and happy to receive such excellent customer service and ended up getting 2 suits for the price of one. I would definitely come back should I need a third suit.

Brands that do not compare to KanCan & low rise KanCan jeans were thrown into my dressing room. The associate also threw in some shirts for me to "try" and assumed my size without asking. The shirts were 2 sizes too big and completely opposite of my style. I asked for a discount- after consulting with the other clerk (manager) , I was told I had 2 options (ROFL). First, the could order one for me with a $15 charge but no guarantee I'd get it in 2 days.
