    Butternut Squash

Stopped in for dinner. I was hoping to sit at the bar but it was full! We sat near the fireplace and had the Pearfect (pear martini) and Smokey Johnny (bourbon/brown sugar). We had the butternut squash app from the seasonal menu as well as the Hot Mozzarella and Ribeye Spring Rolls. Everything came out hot and fresh! We ended dinner with espresso martinis. Ridgewood is such a cute town and I always stop in here when I can. They're cocktails are on point and the food is just as tasty!

This is my second time here while I was in town for work and the food was pretty exceptional this time around. However, the service was not that great with my waitress. She got part of the tables order wrong. Ambiance is lively and classy. It's a vibe.

Lunch with my team and nicely located in downtown. Nice ambiance woke Ty of seating. Quick service for lunch. Good 5/5 definitely will be back. All the food good size and plenty of flavor. The almond chicken nuggets were so good and great for sharing. Lots of seasonal drinks and the cider mojito was different and tasty.

I went on a quiet Sunday evening. Long story short, I'd come back but only for appetizers and drinks. Started off with a Peach Green Tea and a Bourbon drink. Both were great! For appetizers, we ordered the rib-eye spring roll (good) and the almond chicken nuggets (great texture, chicken was a tad dry so ask for ketchup/Mayo/ or more of the aioli mix they provide). For the entrees, we ordered the seared bronzino. I understand that fish should be naturally salty but this was VERY salty. The white beans were salty as well, so the only thing that wasn't salty was the broccolini (too few). The schnitzel was pretty good overall but had a generous portion of mustard - so if you don't like mustard beware! I hoped the dessert would be saving grace, but no... bread pudding is usually moist- this was not... maybe because it was a corner piece, maybe it was old? Not sure.

Something I will not order again

The wine is sold in half or whole bottles (not glasses), so I opted out this time. The menu is a mix of traditional Spanish tapas as well as American and Latin American mixed in. Our original Resy was canceled due to a change in business hours, so we were offered a complimentary dessert. We tried the cheesesteak empanadas, croquettes, bbq pulled pork arepa, garlic shrimp, octopus, short rib gnocchi and finished with tres leches cake. My favorites were the octopus, shrimp, gnocchi, empanada, and tres leches cake. Croquettes were the least favorite, just not exciting, and they were kind of smashed. The octopus was very tender and enjoyed the sauce and sundried tomatoes that came with it. Everything came out at the right temperature and at a good pace to not overwhelm the table with dishes. The restaurant is dimly lit. I found the booth backs to be very hard and uncomfortable - could use an upgrade. Prices per dish are high for the size, but to be expected with tapas in the states. There are a lot of choices so there's something for everyone.

Went with my wife and she had a cocktail ( I drank water). She is not a big drinker and she gets tipsy after 1/2 glass of wine but she didn't feel anything after this cocktail. She didn't think there was actually any alcohol in the drink. We then split a chopped salad and when they brought it to the table we were in disbelief. It was so tiny there were only a few chunks of lettuce. Tasted great but it was literally a child's portion. For our main course she had the filet with lobster tail and I had a petite filet. We both ordered medium rare. The lobster was awful. So heavily spiced that it was hard to eat. The steaks were both significantly over cooked. They came out close to well done. The side dish of Mac and cheese was completely dry, very little of any sauce. We skipped desert. So for 1 drink, one salad, one side dish and 2 entrees our bill with tip was $300. Walking out I just felt like we had been ripped off. The service was fine, the food wasn't. We won't be back.

She was very attentive and made our meal pleasant and comfortable. I started with a Blood Orange Margarita (Calirosa 'Rosa Blanca' Tequila, orange liqueur, fresh sour, blood orange). This drink was VERY GOOD. The hint of blood orange was the perfect amount of sweetness and I was content with my selection. The appetizer was the Slow-Roasted Meatballs (porcini-dusted veal, pork, grass-fed beef, tomato-basil sauce, brick-oven bread). Each meatball was tender, flavorful, well seasoned, and the sauce was sufficient to accompany every forkful of the delicious starter. The entrees were: Caramelized Sea Scallops (broccolini, mascarpone risotto). Next was the Seasonal Brick-Oven Gnocchi (roasted mushrooms, truffle oil, roasted tomatoes, Marsala and provolone sauce, green onions). The final entree was the Mediterranean Wood-Grilled Chicken Salad (arugula, toybox tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onions, chickpeas, quinoa, feta, lemon dijon vinaigrette). For dessert, Seasons 52 graciously offered a free dessert for my birthday. Another nice touch that places Seasons 52 on a pedestal. I chose the Key Lime Pie Mini (graham cracker crust, whipped cream). The mini dessert was deliciously sweet, the graham crust provided an appreciated different texture, and I highly recommend these mini selections.
