    PRE-OWNED BUYER BEWARE…read more I want to start by saying my experience actually began really well. I was purchasing from out of state, found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price, and my salesman Kevin was great. He was attentive and went above and beyond, even sending me screenshots of the vehicle's full service history to put my mind at ease. Brian in finance was equally great, very straightforward about the extended warranties and he even overnighted my paperwork to get everything finalized quickly. Up until that point I had nothing but good things to say. That all changed once my down payment went through. I arranged my own auto transport to have the vehicle shipped to me. When my driver showed up to the dealership for pickup, he did his standard pre-transport inspection and found damage that nobody had ever mentioned to me. Not once during the entire sales process. It wasn't in any of the listing photos and it wasn't on the CarFax. The salesman on site reviewed the findings and signed off on the damage report before the car was loaded onto the truck. The vehicle arrived to me with mild hail damage and significant paint and door damage on the passenger side, all of which was known by the dealership and never disclosed to me as the buyer. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I have called the dealership every single day since. I've left voicemails for both sales managers Eric Marbley and Josh Lynn, as well as Kevin and Brian, and I have not received a single call back. Not one. Complete radio silence from everyone involved in my sale. This isn't just a lesson about not buying a car without seeing it in person. Plenty of people buy remotely without getting burned like this. This is about a dealership that knowingly sold a damaged vehicle without disclosing it and then went completely silent the moment the deal was done. That says everything about the kind of business they run.

    The water pump in my 2022 X5 randomly failed. BMW had it towed here from the hospital I work at…read more Less than 24h later, I was back on the road with a warrantied water pump. There was no runaround or back-and-forth. They honored the warranty and I had a great experience.
