Best pizza I have had in Southern California!…read more Location/Parking: ample amount of parking and easy to find the restaurant. In a safe area. Service: servers are very attentive and kind! Wait time on a weeknight was around 15 minutes. Vibes: chill and very family friendly. Casual pizza spot, but also great for date night. Food: The crust of their pizza is very airy and doesn't sit heavy in your stomach plus it just tastes great. I ate the Garlic Paradiso with sausage, which was rich in aromatic flavors from the rosemary and creamy. It does lean more on the salty side compared to their red sauce pizzas. The meatballs are so good and I highly recommend ordering some. They're flavorful, juicy, and the tomato sauce that they are in is delicious. The salads are good too, my favorite being the Caesar, although it is on the heavier side due to the dressing. Delicious food, great service, chill atmosphere, and good parking. Can't complain!

All the ingredients taste fresh, high quality, and the pizza dough is to die for. If I had their rosemary bread as my last meal, I'd die happy. The vibe is always poppin and full of laughter. It's loud, but in a good way, people seem happy to be there enjoying a meal together. The servers and front of the house staff are always positive and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say. Hands down my favorite pizza place.

I've also had their Cheezee Garlic Bread, Cheezee Pesto Brad, and Cheezee Garlic Rolls. Out of the three, I love the Garlic Rolls the best! By default the rolls comes with their garlic sauce, but you're able to swap it for their dips such as pesto sauce, chipotle sauce, Kogi sauce, jalapeno ranch sauce, mango habanero sauce and more! They have an app where you can place your order and earn points, and they also have DoorDash and Postmates available. Every time I come here for pick-up, staff is very quick to retrieve my order and always makes sure that my pizza is fresh and still hot. I haven't tried dining in yet but there's plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas, shared with neighboring shops, offering a relaxed spot to enjoy the pizza!

They covered the bad layer of lettuce with fresh stuff, that is an intentional move, not an accident, too bad. I was cheated out of a salad, cheated out of the time that I waited for it, and cheated out of the cost of it.

We went for dinner and ordered a large pizza: half Big Kahuna for my husband and half Brooklyn Bridge for my son and me, along with a glass of wine for me and a beer for the boys. We grabbed a table outside on the nice little patio, which made for a perfect evening. Well... my husband immediately started eating my half of the pizza and loved it so much that we ended up ordering another large pie -- yes, another Brooklyn Bridge -- and not a single slice was left by the end of the night. The crust alone deserves recognition: easily one of the best-tasting pizza crusts we've had. I've heard the gelato is top notch, but after the boys demolished two large pizzas, dessert was simply not happening. We'll definitely be back soon to try the New York Bagel Deluxe. The short rib lasagna sounds amazing, too! Service was top notch -- very friendly and welcoming staff -- and it's great that they offer both indoor and patio seating. Highly recommend!

Pros: fresh ingredients, tasty pizza, yummy Caesar salad and dressing…read more Cons: super soggy crust, tip machine starts at 20%, lettuce a little wilted, but not brown. I find it absolutely insane that a FAST-CASUAL restaurant would START THE LOWEST tipping button at 20%. The only thing the staff does for service is bring the food to your table and bus afterwards. You get your own utensils, your own drink and refills, and you order at the counter. The audacity of starting the tipping buttons at 20% for that is insane. It's part of a greedy mindset that turns me off from any fast -casual business that would do this. And that's asking for a minimum of 20% off a fairly expensive meal. I don't blame the restaurant for that. Everything is expensive these days, but I certainly wouldn't call the food a value, just on the expensive side of fair.

I wanted a sandwich and decided here because of the vegan cold cut. The bread was a traditional sub style with an absolutely delicious crispy crust. I chose the Italian which came with mayo, onions, tomatoes, pickles and a seasoned Italian meat substitute (not sure if it was tofu). My husband got the vegan supreme pizza and it was loaded with veggies. It's a take away only spot- which we didn't know but the wait was reasonable and the service was friendly. They offered paper plates and disposable flatware. I would absolutely order from here again!

Gluten free crust. Vegan cheese. $28.99... The menu says $14.99 +$5 for the crust $4 for the cheese. $23.99. The website shows it as $23.99 when you build it online. But the cashier made excuses and took my number down despite verifying the pricing. No fixing the price. Let's be clear: The Supreme I got was mediocre at best. Costco made a better tasting supreme... I didn't eat the margharita pizza, but it definitely wasn't worth $28.99... The price gouging for gluten and dairy (actual food intolerances, not a fad) is pathetic. Not honoring your already exorbitant prices and charging even more is not acceptable.

However, the way online orders were handled left me extremely frustrated. I placed my order online around 11:00 AM for a scheduled pickup time of 6:30 PM, giving the restaurant more than enough notice. When I arrived, there was already a large crowd waiting for orders, many of whom appeared to have also ordered online or by phone. When it was finally my turn at the counter, an employee asked for my phone number to locate my order. After that, she disappeared and never returned with an update. I stood there awkwardly for about 10 minutes while another employee continued helping customers behind me. Eventually, I had to interrupt and ask someone to check on my order status. A few minutes later, I was informed that they had only just started making my order. I sat down and waited. Forty minutes later, I went back up to ask for another update. After another trip to the kitchen, I was told they were still working on it. Roughly 10 minutes after that, my food finally came out nearly 50 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching customers who checked in after me repeatedly ask about their orders and receive their food before I did. It created the impression that the only way to get your order noticed was to continually go up and ask about it. If customers place online orders hours in advance for a specific pickup time, there should be some system in place to prioritize and organize those orders accordingly. Instead, the process felt completely disorganized. There was little communication, no transparency regarding wait times, and no visible effort from management to address the overwhelming number of orders or keep customers informed. I understand that busy nights happen, especially during major events. What disappointed me wasn't the volume of business. It was the lack of organization and communication. Waiting nearly an hour past my scheduled pickup time for an order placed seven and a half hours in advance is simply unacceptable.
