This place was amazing from service, ambience to food quality. The combo B was fire , and it was a lot of food. The special thing that others may not realize is that they serve "minari" (water celery) with pork belly, which we only had in restaurants in South Korea. We haven't seen "minari" anywhere around the US until we came to this place. Definitely this place is worth your money. We enjoyed everything here: the meat, banchan and the sauces. I would recommend for the restaurant to not overcook the steamed egg and that's about it. We would like to gate keep this place too, but at the same time, we wanted them to have more customers.

We went to try a new to us spot for Korean food. The "pancake" appetizer was soft and cold. A wee bit disappointing. The galbitang with vegetables had no flavor and the meat was tough. The combo of cold noodles with pork was mid. Nothing notable about the flavor or taste. The mixed spicy noodle was a fail. My son took a few bites and ended up taking it to go (into the trash). The best thing about this restaurant is the side dishes. They were well made.

Nice decor. Place was clean. Restrooms clean. Had the B combo. Service was amazing. Some meats were pan seared and others were grilled. Nice touch given the variety of meats. Pancake was a bit soft. I got used to expecting crunchy pancakes. Kimchi was great. Not too spicy and filling flavor. Ended with cold noodles and it was much bigger than expected. It was a lot of food.

Looking for the perfect hearty meal that not only is good for the soul, but also for health? The flavors and comfort of these dishes will definitely hit the spot, especially when looking for a tasty Korean meal. I had to go with the classic Dwaeji Gukbap, Korean Pork Soup + blood sausage, and it was perfect! You can add in the side of chives and season it to your liking with salt, pepper, and together it becomes the perfect heartwarming meal. With the tender and thin slices of pork, each bite is one worth savoring. The banchans are also refreshing and tasty! Especially the kimchi as they actually use oysters, which really gives it a subtle sweetness. We also got the Jeju Style Pork Noodle, which had a generous portion of pork slices. The broth was a bit creamier in comparison to the Pork Soup, but similarity, you would add the seasoning to the level of your preference. We also got to sample the chive pancake, which I think had little bits of seafood in it! This was savory and crispy, especially when paired with the dipping sauce. Compared to the restaurants that used to occupy this space (Jinsol Gukbap), the menu has more variety with more combos on barbecued meat options as well as large soup specials where you can share with another person. The dining area is pretty spacious and the service was super friendly. Will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

Decided to stop by for lunch during my break. This place took over another korean place that was here, and the sign is in Korean, so you won't see "Dondam". The place was empty during lunch, but service was quick. Food came out pretty quick after I ordered and tasted good!

Authentic food! It was so delicious! Th flavors are bold and it s good amount of food for 2 people. $50 and we got so much! Pork combo set comes with ramen, scalion pancake, steamed eggs. All the sides! The restaurant just opened so it was empty! I hope more people come! It was very good!

Came on a weeknight and there was no wait. Service was good and food came out quickly! Ordered the Korean chives pancakes which were super delicious - on the thinner side and crispy around the edges. Also got the spicy cold noodles - it was HEAVY on the horseradish moreso than other naengmyeon dishes I've tried. The flavor was pretty much mostly just horseradish flavor and my nose was burning - still yummy though!

I ordered 2-2 Meat Combos at $46.99 each. I adjusted the number of ribs in the order for a full rack on each order, which was an $14.99 per order. We also ordered the brisket in both combos. We had 7 people in our party and the amount of food was just right, with a few ribs to take home. The sides that we ordered were: Mac and Cheese, Brisket Beans, Chuckwagon Chili, and Salt Potatoes. We also ordered 3 cornbread muffins on the side to share. The brisket is a 10/10!!! So tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned! The ribs were also delicious but a tad spicy for me. The meats were so good just with the rub! All the sides were yummy but the standouts were the corn bread muffin with the maple butter! Kevin was our waiter-attentive, fast and funny! I love that Ruby Red's BBQ was so understanding about our family's nut and seafood allergies!! When I made the reservation online, they had a list of about 20 allergens that I could let them be aware of! Kudos to them for being so careful!!

I had a really pleasant experience here and would give it a solid 4 stars!…read more The absolute highlight for me was the venue itself. The interior of the restaurant is very cool, definitely channeling an old Western saloon environment. It features beautiful dark wood, an old Western-style chandelier, and high ceilings that give the place a spacious yet rustic vibe. The inside is just really cool to look at while you eat. On top of that, the service was very nice, and the servers were all very cute and attentive. For my meal, I ordered the beef brisket sandwich, which came with one side. The flavor of the beef brisket was good, but the meat itself was actually kind of dry. I tend to prefer a much more moist brisket, so that was the only real letdown of the food. The restaurant is located in a huge shopping center surrounded by grocery stores and other restaurants. Because the parking lot is shared amongst all the different businesses in the area, finding a spot can be a total hit-or-miss depending on the time of day you visit. Overall, it was a very nice experience with a great atmosphere, and I'd definitely stop by again!

The rice tasted like Filipino garlic rice, which was a nice touch. Overall, really good. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and didn't need extra sauce, which I always look for in good BBQ. Portion was solid for around $15-$16+. Customer service was great, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It's a bit of a hole-in-the-wall in a plaza, but there's plenty of parking. Inside is dim but clean, and the wooden seating fits the BBQ vibe. I'd definitely come back.

My 13 year old grand daughter and I had lunch there and neither one of us liked our food. I don't think I ever tasted brisket I didn't like.... Until now! 6 hours later I keep burping up smoke. Like I drank a bottle of liquid smoke. My grand daughter had the brisket bowl and she said the rice had no flavor at all but she ate the brisket and she said it was fine. The funny thing is that her brisket wasn't as smoky as mine. It was pretty dry though. I had the sandwich,,, I think it was the 405. Anyway I took most of the meat out because it was very dry and very very smoky. The dressing and greens were good. The brisket was All smoke no flavor, no juicy, no wanting to eat the full sandwich. I also ordered sweet potato fries and they were good but the portion was very small for the price. There was no one in there but one other guy taking photos with a ring light and making it look better than it tasted. All smoke and mirrors if you ask me. The service was good but then again, no one else was there. They could have given us more than one napkin though.
