If you want your pets to be taken care of, literally take them ANYWHERE but here. It's been 2 years since my dog got treated here and I still have nightmares about what they did to my dog, not to mention the 10k+ I had to spend on pet care because of them... Anytime I've come here I've had a beyond TERRIBLE experience. You feel the terrible vibes anytime you step into the place. It seems NO ONE (not even the workers) want to be there. First terrible experience: I bought my dog peanut in for routine vaccines that should've been a very simple process. They gave him 4-5 vaccines at once (pressured me into getting random vaccines I knew he didn't need) and he had a terrible allergic reaction. Because they were closed by the time this happened, I had to rush him to the animal hospital, after a huge scare and $2,000 they let us go home. Second life changing/ TERRIBLE experience: I took peanut in for what I thought was an ear infection. They looked inside his ear and didn't see at the time, that he had a foreign object in his ear which was causing the head shaking and itching of the ears. They shoved ear meds down his ear, and during the appointment I had a really bad feeling in my stomach; the girl that was helping put his ear meds in literally looked like she hated her life and didn't even want to be touching a dog. It was altogether just a horrible vet visit. The next morning, my dog woke up only able to open one eye, and was squinting his other eye. Long story short, I took him to an actual ear and eye specialist and they told me every time they were shoving the medication in his ear they were pushing the foreign object in his ear deeper, which caused him to get experience KCS of the eye (dry eye and nerve damage). I had to pay 5k for a surgery to remove the foreign object and now he has to be on eye medication for the rest of his life. ALL BECAUSE they were so careless and didn't have the correct tools to see what's actually going on in his ear. I still get nightmares about the day I made the mistake of taking him into this place and will regret it for the rest of my life. Now I have to pay the price, and so does my dog. If you care about your pets health at all, DO NOT take them here. In my opinion, this entire pet clinic should be shut down and closed. If this even helps one person find a different vet then I've done my job as a dog mom. read more

Our first visit was pretty good, but not sure if there's just been in influx of patients for Parkview but we went four or so times after and each time got progressively worse. Always waited a minimum of 10-20 min after our appointment time. Even for tech visits, the receptionist would say it's a quick in and out visit, we say waiting for almost half an hour. Also realized that the prices are insane compared to other vets. Don't bother coming without insurance to be honest. The prices seem inflated to compensate for insurance holders. Really not a pleasant experience overall. Wish the quality of care could have stayed the same over time. Maybe they need to consider capping the patient load just so they can provide proper care and answer their phones for appointments... read more

TAKE YOUR PETS ANYWHERE BUT HERE, ITS ALL ABOUT BUSINESS....From the very beginning i knew this place was pricey, but you would assume for the high premium prices you'll be getting the best vets and the best customer service around. It's in fact the opposite. I've been bringing my puppy rocky here since he was 2 months old, hes almost a year old now, and almost each time was a bad experience. His vaccines went well with them and they prescribed him food once when he had an upset stomach, but all our other visits have been disappointing. First off the front desk is extremely unhelpful, They'll never give you any information or let you speak to the vet. They would rather have you come in to rack up as many bills as they can. My first bad experience was when I came in with concerns about his bladder. My buddy Rocky is potty trained and well behaved, but randomly started peeing everywhere, even as he walks. When i brought him in for it they weighed him, listened to his heartbeat, and somehow determined that he needs to be neutered, quoting me around $1200 for a 7 pound pup. They tried to reassure me saying hes fine and just marking territory, charged me 200 for the visit and sent me on my way. I called them a week later saying the problem is getting worse and they told me they can get him an appointment to be neutered tomorrow to fix the issue, I declined and said i want him properly checked theres something else going on. We got his appointment in for two days later, took him in and they felt his bladder and said it was extremely inflammed, they did an ultrasound and found a benign growth gave him fluids and a urinalysis and charged me 600 dollars gave me some meds and said we need to wait for the results. Over the next few days I waited for results calling them every other day to check on them. Today i got news the results came back with no infection. I called them and they said we need to reschedule for another ultrasound, but the vet that saw him isn't in today and I cant talk to any other doctor. I kept persisting that they put me on the phone with ANY vet and they only let me relay messages. The front desk lady then said the vets there aren't bladder specialists and that they will have to see me again and charge me an arm and leg in order to refer me to a specialist. I kept asking her to please get any of the vets to recommend any specialist to see my pet, they refused saying i should come in for a recheck. They have shown ZERO sense of urgency in my pups health. i've decided to draw the line here and look for a new vet that would actually care for my pet. My poor pup has been suffering with this issue for a month now and they act like it's no big deal. I also overheard the front desk bad mouthing another customer as i was sitting in the lobby. She was 5 minutes late to her appointment and reluctant to spending 200 dollars or more on her visit because her puppy started feeling better. She asked if she could wait 5 more minutes to see how he's doing before seeing the vet and they said at this point its too late you'll have to make another appointment. After she left they started talking crap about her for bring a few minutes late and not being able to afford this place. They should be prosecuted for the prices they charge here with subpar care. Seems there has been a turn-over of ownership or something in the last few years, and now the prices are outrageous. My family and I want to thank the amazing Doctor, he was so nice, helpful, understanding and supportive. Bella our poodle mix had a bad cough. The staff was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. I spoke to patty, Michelle, and a very sweet and kind nurse that brought Bella to our car. I think her name was Marlene, I'm sorry if I'm wrong. The staff did not take advantage of us and the situation Bella was in. A month ago we took Bella to a veterinarian on Los Feliz on the way to Costco, and quoted us about $1,200-1,500 to run test. I said I rather go to Park View and get a second opinion & I'm glad we did. Dr. Was amazing and with the quick X-ray he was able to tell us her throat was inflamed and gave medication. I do not recommend Parkview. I was a client for years and avoided going a lot because I don't believe in taking my cats to the vet unless something is really wrong with them. They did correctly diagnose my elderly cat with hyperthyroidism over the summer of 2020 which was useful. However they always push for the maximum number of tests and the most expensive options, so you get spun around and have to hold your ground and feel like a bad pet mom at times when it seems excessive. I brought him in this fall to check his kidneys b/c he was drinking and peeing a lot. Dr Delvecchio examined him and told me dramatically that he was "covered in flea poop" which made me feel horrible and horrified both so I agreed to a long release flea injection, and then he said his ears are infected with different fluids coming out of them, making it seem really bad, and suggested cleaning them and medication. I agreed to this. When we got home my cat started vomiting and falling over and only got worse - didn't eat for a week, his pupils were different sizes, he couldn't walk and fell over. It was HORRIBLE. I finally brought him back to Parkview out of desperation to get subcutaneous fluids into him. I had to really fight to get the fluids I knew he needed, and get them to show me how to administer them. He saw a different doctor who wanted to do a variety of things and I agreed to an antibiotic long release injection. He didn't get better and I finally went to an emergency vet where they gave him yet another antibiotic for an inner ear infection which I believe was caused by the ear cleaning. Also, I examined him after bringing him home from the first visit, and he did not have a single flea poop on him and I don't think his ears were infected, or needed that kind of treatment. I also think those long-acting injections are dangerous bc if the animal has a bad reaction, you can't stop giving it to them. Parkview found things wrong with my pet in order to charge me as much as possible, to keep their business afloat. This is understandable for a small business, but highly unethical and my cat nearly died. I will never go back there. Also I had to fight not to pay the full cost for treatment to remedy how sick he was made by the treatment they gave. They have someone on staff (who is going to reply to this email lickety split I am sure) whose job it is to deal with people like me who are outraged by being charged still more when I brought in a cat who was doing great besides drinking and peeing, and brought home a cat so sick he couldn't stand up. Whenever I called and asked for a call back, the doctor never called me back and they'd want me to bring him back in, charge me for the visit, and give me a strong sell on more treatments. Beware of this place. I have found a wonderful vet and it's such a relief, I can't tell you. The doctor gets right back to me, they believe in conservative treatment for such an old cat, and they aren't "finding" numerous things that need to be expensively treated every time I bring him in. It doesn't feel like I'm being pumped for cash at the expense of my beloved elderly cat. read more

I've had a really good experience with Parkview Pet Clinic. Found them looking for a vet nearby for my kitty's teeth cleaning. I tried taking him to one of those non-anesthesia mobile cleanings and the lady said his teeth were really bad and hurting him & he'd need more extensive cleaning & most likely extractions so I'd need to go to the vet! This really freaked me out like omg how bad is it?! Is he going to be okay?? Plus she said it would probably cost me $2-3k! Ummm what?! So after researching & seeing another review saying they did a good job at a more affordable price I decided to try them out. First had to have a regular visit to get bloodwork. That all went fine although they weren't able (they tried) to clip my cats nails (he can get mean... especially since his tooth hurt) but the groomer has no problem so was surprised they couldn't do it here. There were no issues when I had to reschedule his cleaning (in advance) even though it was going to be a few days past the time they want after bloodwork but they said it was fine. They prescribed some meds for him to take the night before & morning of to calm him a bit but he wouldn't take them even in his food. Morning of cleaning we dropped him off and then got a call to pick him up later in the afternoon. The doctor was SO NICE & super explained everything he did. He did end up pulling one of his canines where he had a gnarly pus-filled infection that ate away his tooth like it was literally half missing under his gums. The doctor said it was one of the most necessary extractions he'd seen. I ended up paying around $800 for the whole thing. So relieved! And wow my kitty was so loopy from the anesthesia, he was extra lovey and adorable. He's literally gotten nicer since the whole thing since now his painful toofer is gone! (And they also did end up trimming his nails finally when he was under during the cleaning) read more

Fast forward to after covid. We adopted a new dog and of course tried to get an appointment with Dr. Kramer for puppy shots. We were told due to covid and since they were now owned by a corporation, appt. were limited we had to drop off the dog and would not be able to be there with her. So, we had to choose another Veterinarian . FAST FORWARD.. to a few months ago. We tried twice to call and speak to Dr. Kramer regarding our new dog and bringing her in to see Dr. Kramer. We called with specific concerns and ask for a call from Dr. Kramer. Someone called us both times and did not really give us any advice we didn't already know. Offered an appt. but could not guarantee Dr. Kramer unless we wanted to book it weeks away. When I ask could I speak to Dr. Kramer I was told no. This was my vet for almost five years and my dog's entire life... I gave them 2 chances after my first bad experience because I had such a great time 5 years ago when my dog was a puppy getting her fixed and even nasal surgery. I can't believe they have gotten so bad I recommended them to so many people but now I will tell everyone to never take their dog here. My dog had very typical signs of a bladder infection. I called and got an appointment right away. This is her 3rd one she's a bulldog so she gets stubborn if her water is not just right and wont drink it. The vet told us no it's not a UTI its kidney stones or a bacterial infection. He would NOT GIVE US ANTIBIOTICS instead wanted us to pay almost $1,000 in tests! Almost an entire week passes and $400 worth of tests they call us with her urine culture to say yes indeed she does have a bladder infection. I called everyday after her appointment to ask why I couldn't get antibiotics for my sick dog. The woman on the phone treated me like I was an idiot and I had no idea what I was talking about and just started talking over me. They put my dog at high risk of kidney infection which can be deadly! All because the vet didn't want to believe me when I said she has a UTI and wanted us to do more expensive tests for other conditions she had no signs of. The only reason my dog is ok is because I was able to get antibiotics from a friend who has the same type of dog while we waited for the test results. Bottom line they will let innocent dogs/animals suffer and put their lives at risk for over a week all for their greed. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

For the REAL reason of the 1 star, go in-between ***s for the main reason, if you don't want to read the whole thing. This place my whole family use to use - and loved. I had heard it was no longer the same owners, but I was use to going there and they seemed fine, despite my rare visits. Recently however, about 2 months ago, I brought my cat in. BUT after bringing my cat in - I chose to spend the over $300 on a blood test which seemed high but I wanted to know how I could help him. His symptoms being his right eye bigger and occasionally throwing up had peed in my bed. So, in the end I was told he had hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure :/ and developing Glaucoma in his eye. The total visit was over $500 with no medication included - I bought the medicine and eye drops at a local pharmacy, about $75 total. Then I requested that I put him on Hyper thyroid cat food I saw online - it said I needed a prescription because I was told that he*** would need another over $200 blood test for his hyperthyroidism and with another visit and all these other fees it was over $400 for the 2nd visit...I just could not do that, already working 2 jobs. So I requested please can we just go natural, and when he dies , he dies, he is 15 - still active, loving and playful. The response I got I do not believe was the original VET Dr. I seem to recall the name being different, somehow I think someone unsent the message - BUT I was basically told that in that email that my cat would just get worse with pain and loose weight and that if I couldn't do what was given, I could come in and have him euthanized . I was shocked (I am sure that's why the email is no longer there). I could not afford the $400 they asked after already spending over $500, medication yes I would have...but I requested natural, and let him pass without all the meds - and was basically told NO. So now I am having to go pay ANOTHER VET to allow me to do what I want with my CAT. *** I will never go back to this place nor recommend it based on that last communication AND that I was refused a prescription for hyperthyroid cat food -the fact that they rather let my cat get worse since I couldn't come back than give me the prescription - or some how check the previous blood test to see how much medicine he might need so I could do what was asked from the DR...basically NO solution except the one that they could profit from. Alright, alright. Parkview, I sort of have a love/hate relationship with you, but through it all I have realized that there will be doctors that I like and dislike. So, so sad that Dr. Tang left this practice, but what can you do? My 6 year old siberian husky had been throwing up for about a week. I thought I'd wait it out to rule out upset stomach, etc. Finally, nothing was getting better, luckily not worse, but it was time to give Parkview a call. The receptionist was sympathetic, she made sure that we saw a doctor there that had a husky of his own, which I appreciated. I was incredibly happy with Dr. Yi. In so many ways does he remind me of Dr. Tang. He really got down and hands on with my dog, he spoke to her as if she was a person and she responded. I really like him a lot and I appreciated how he handled my baby. He did a blood panel and took x rays to rule out obstruction, within a few hours they determined my girl was diabetic and needed to be treated at a 24 hour clinic. He referred us to ASG in Glendale/Los Angeles, and we couldn't be happier with them either. Pets are expensive. This trip cost me $600, but it's getting my dog healthy and her quality of life back. It's hard to determine what's wrong when our pets can't speak to us, so we have these guys to thank for being able to look into blood and urine samples to help figure things out. DON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE! INEXPERIENCED, UNPROFESSIONAL, MEDICAL MALPRACTICE! Always late for appointments, double charges, extra non sense charges like "supplemental support", and inability to answer medical questions and return phone calls! They charged me almost $300 for an ear infection and couldn't provide me with a receipt, and when I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste, I was told I would be receiving one by Dr. Fedyniak and Noreen, yet somehow they "forgot". I've called 4 different days this week asking to speak to the Medical Director, Dr. Delvecchio. ALL front desk staff, noreen, Cindy, and Lacey are completely dense and lack common sense. When I called to speak to the medical director, Lacey kept questioning why, despite previously calling and explaining to her that I never had a chance to speak with the doctor yet, and still had questions regarding Dr. Fedyniak's assessment and treatment plan. Lacey cuts me off while I'm talking and says well looks like the vet already sent you a long email on the Sunday (which is before I asked to speak to the medical director) and so how is that email related to my current questions and phone calls? Did you even read the email? Had you done so before saying something so dense, you would know it was a copy and paste vague email regarding diet, totally unrelated to the medication he prescribed or why we were even there in the first place!! She wasted 15 minutes on the phone with me only to keep asking the same questions and then ask well what questions do you have with his medications? So now receptionist have the scope of practice of doctors and can answer my question of why Dr. Fedyniak is prescribing ear medication that is DOUBLE the dose and DOUBLE the treatment time of what's instructed by the manufacturer!? The medication was also more than double that of other vets and petco!!! They also claimed they cleaned the ears and charged $80 for it, yet I still saw debri in there. Dr. Fedyniak is an amateur vet with less than 5 years of experience. He called me PRIOR to his assessment to tell me his plans and if I was ok with the charges. I said ok and expected a call from him once his assessment was completed and to explain the medication he's going to be giving, but instead someone named David called, who did not identify his job title and simply said the medication is to be given. He had no idea if it was a steroid, or the doseage, or side effects. Come to find out it makes your dog DEAF. Furthermore, Dr. Fedyniak prescribed a doseage for a 60 lb dog, not a 10 lb dog!! If he can't resolve a simple ear infection, let alone follow the instructions on the manufacturer label then he should go back to school or seek continuing education and be under the supervison of a vet with more experience. With that being said I have filed complaints against both the medical director and Dr. Fedyniak to the California veterinary board to have their practice investigated. This vet is a complete rip off and tried to change me for 2 exams just to do a rabies titer! I called over 10 other vets and they are the only ones who did this! Every time I called and asked to speak to a Manager, or Medical Director I was told they would call me back and no one ever did. If you love and care about your pet DO NOT take them here! Dr. Fedyniak's inexperience and malpractice and Dr. Delvecchio's negligence may cost your pets life! They already paralyzed one person's dog, do you want your pets life to be at their expense!? Honestly, I'm surprised at a lot of the recent bad reviews of this place. I've been here three times now with my puppy and have been satisfied each and every time. I first brought my puppy in to get a simple exam to make sure he was healthy in case I had to take him back. The staff behind the front desk were very friendly and personable as I checked in my pup. My pup got a good bill of health, other than the fact that his docked tail was a bit infected. The vet, Dr. Yi prescribed him some antibiotics to help clear up any potential infection that could seriously affect his spinal cord if not treated properly. I was given the option to utilize this "Puppy Package" that includes all the vaccinations, nail trimmings, fecal examiniation, a certain percentage off their spaying/nuetering, and flea & tick prevention. There's probably more that I'm missing that it includes, but obviously I haven't used them all yet. The total for this package was $300 but I haven't had to pay these two other times because of this package deal. I really like the interior of the office. It feels cozy and very clean. It never smells of wee or animals, despite it being a veternarian's office. I've only met with Dr. Yi three times now, but he seems very friendly, informative, and caring about the wellbeing of my pet. The nurses and vet assistants are just as great and treat your pets with loving care. I think the prices so far have been resonable, which is a plus! The location is very convienant for me, because it's only 8 minutes away from my home. The only negative I have is maybe for the parking. They have very few available spots in their parking lot, and then you have the option to park on the side of the street and pay the meter. That can be a bit of a hassle to deal with when trying to get your pet indoors. Other than that, I'm fairly happy with this location. read more

My husband took our cat to Parkview a few weeks ago for a check up. Our cat is getting old and sometimes he gets dizzy and falls. The vet did all sort of exams (physical, blood, urine) and after not finding anything, they asked to do x-rays. Unfortunately, my cat was in no mood and was so stressed out, that the doctor decided to sedate him. Despite of the sedation, they were only able to get 1 x-ray. They mentioned that they couldn't calm him down and asked us to bring him back. My husband brought our cat home and we noticed that he was miserable so we decided not to return. Our cat couldn't move or eat for a few days. He wasn't sleeping, he was just laying down in pain. Not sure what may have happened to him at the vet, but whatever they gave him or the way they handled my cat, may have hurt him. We moved the food, water and litter close to him and encourage him to eat, but feeding him with a spoon. It was very sad to see him that way. After a week, our cat got better and now he can walk and eat on his own. But he still has the issue of getting dizzy and falling. On top of that, now we see that he is vomiting more frequently than before. We are going to look around for another vet. I'm concerned to bring my cat back again. On top of that, we ended up with a $800 bill! I'm more than happy to pay if we would have had a diagnosis. But this was not the case, and on top of that, my cat ended up worse. Careful. This is my vet 20 years. Now they are so overloaded they almost gave my puppy a shot he just had two weeks ago. Oops. When I asked to speak to the vet he refused to answer questions and told me I couldn't be served as I had called the flea recommendations for a 13 week old baby dog toxic shit. How dare I say shit. But they can misread the basic medical records, skip fecal and other basic work up, and not answer your questions, jeapordize my dogs safety and reject you as a client after 20 years and three dogs Cause you want to talk to the actual vet and get actual help and guidance before your give your dog the wrong vaccine. Use to be a great place. Now just not paying attention and could case less about their clients. read more

I am beyond angry!!!!! My beautiful boy got sick suddenly, he was having trouble breathing, had episodes of losing consciousness, all this within a few days. I called and got a appointment at parkview pet clinic to take him in, they had the soonest appointment out of all the other places I called. When the vet saw my dog all she did was listen to his heart and right off the bat she told me he had end stage heart failure. I asked her if she could do more tests maybe, but she insisted it wasn't necessary. She prescribed two different kinds of medications and sent us home. After the first dose my boy seemed to have responded well to the meds because his breathing got better by the next day. However, after the second dose, only two days after we saw the vet, he got progressively worse and within a matter of hours my dog had a heart attack, collapsed and died in my arms! I was devastated to say the least, still am, I miss my baby more than anything in this world!!!! At the same time I feel angry and guilty for taking him to this clinic. My beautiful boy passed at 6:50 am. on Feb 3rd. an hour or two later parkview pet clinic opened and so we took his little body there to release him to them. After we handed him to the receptionist in the front, we were asked if we wanted to have him cremated separately or not, I said no, because I have zero faith that these people actually cared enough or have any sympathy to cremate each animal separately! I only asked my kids to ask the receptionist for his paw prints, she said they can't do that there at the clinic, and that she will put in a request for the crematory to do it. She said they will probably be ready within two weeks and that they would call me and let me know to go pick it up. Fast forward almost 3 weeks after my dog died, i didn't hear back from the vet so I called them myself. I asked the girl on the phone about my dogs paw prints and if it was ready, she asked me if it was for Luca, I said yes, she put me on hold and disappeared for 15 f***ing minutes!!! Immediately I knew something wasn't right, so I hung up and I called them back. She finally picks up after many rings, and starts giving me all kinds of bullsh*t answers. "Oh we were trying to contact the crematorium to ask for a update." then she proceeds to tell me "oh actually, I spoke with one of our other employees, she said she called and couldn't get in touch with you, so she mailed the paw prints to you." Without even confirming my current address they claim to have sent his prints to my previous address. Thankfully I still have access to the mail over there and so even though I knew these people are lying to me at this point, I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I let a few days pass and went and checked the mail at that address, and was not the least bit surprised that there was no mail with my dogs paw prints from anywhere! Short and simple, these people are disgusting liars and they either didn't put in the request for the prints, or they lost it or something of such sort, and then lied through their teeth about it! I am devastated and angry beyond measure! I'm heartbroken, I hate that I left my baby with them, I hate that I trusted them!!! My guilt will eat at me for the rest of my life because of this! My pets and I love Dr. Yhi!( sorry if I am spelling his name incorrectly) He has spoke to me on the phone many times and during our office visit spent as much time as needed answering my millions of questions! He never made me feel rushed and I felt that he truly cared about my babies and any concerns I had. The girls at the front desk are helpful and I would like to give a special thanks to the vet tech ( not sure her name ) she was working The day both Daisy, and our newest member of the family Matzah had appointments! Always great coming in! Love this vet!!! The only time I had a bad experience there was when my Pom daisy came in for shots, she had 3 at once and we had to go back an hour later due to an allergic reaction/ bad response to all the meds given at once. We had to pay for another office visit and another 3 shots to counteract the reaction, so I wasn't happy about having to pay again. It can be very pricey, but once you find the vet you and your pets love it is worth it! Also, they don't have a lot of parking so when the lot is full you have to pay for the meter, so have quarters with you just Incase :) read more

Never thought I'd write this review but well, its only fair if I do because I don't want anyone going through the same trouble I did. My cat and dog have been going there ever since I adopted them which is 4years and 6months respectively. Doctors and technicians are really good but we all know its the front desk that acts as the bridge and if the bridge isn't good enough its no use. My dog went through a neutering procedure recently. He was cryptorchid and since both his testicles were hidden (which they told me right when he was in the OR, I only knew about 1. It's ridiculous because when I had asked the front desk days before surgery if doctor needed to check his testicles and let me know how severe the cut would be and how that would impact the cost, the front end told me "doctor knows where your dog's testicles are so just bring him on the day of" well apparently he did not!) But I let this one slide and gave them my okay to go ahead & do what they needed to, the price btw went up to $600+ but that's not why I'm writing this review. Post surgery my dog was sent home with a cone that wasn't the right size. Consequently he managed to lick his incision (which is pretty big btw) and get few staples out so that the area right around his penis is kind of exposed, not bleeding but not sutured either. My workplace does not allow a lot of work from home. So on my 3rd day working remotely, I kept calling their clinic asking for help/guidance as to what to do in this situation since I really want my dog to recover ASAP and stop licking the incision site. If I can't leave him unattended for 5min what's the cone good for! Sent them emails with FOUR pictures so that they could tell me if the area needed restapling (which would be so much more painstaking in this current situation) They never got back to me, I had to keep calling back to check with them. And each time the front desk response was super casual like it's no biggie woman, just chill! I don't pay couple hundred dollars to a place to receive this kind of post-op service for my dog. There were many places willing to do this for much cheaper. But I wanted to go with a place I could trust. Anyway in my last follow up call (that I made btw, they never cared to get back to me!) I told the lady that I needed to return to work next day so it'd be nice if they'd just fix my dog's cone so I could leave him alone for at least half a day, she said doctor told her that I'd better know what the area looks like and if it needed restapling or not, it's not something they can tell by the pictures (well whatever happened to "email us pictures if anything seems off we'll be there" and blah blah!) and for the cone she said I could just go get one from Petco. WTF! I lost it after this call. There's no way I would accept to be treated this casually!! I finally decided to go to their clinic after logging off from work, which was at 5PM. I called and told their front desk I'm on my way and GPS showed 1hour. I knew they closed at 6PM so the call was to let them know that I'm gonna BE there, wait for me no matter what, the dog needed attention! Lady kept saying "we close at 6"!! I had to be little impolite to convey that she needed to wait for me until 6! So she said "well then see you later!" No shame at all ! Politeness? Forget about it! And absolutely classic was, when I entered their facility at 6, the lady at front desk told her coworker, loudly enough - "it's literally just some cone readjustments!" So listen up lady - my dog did not need mere, "literal" "readjustments", he needed a new cone because the one you sent him in was too small. Small enough that he was able to take staples off of his incision despite my 24*7 vigilance. This may mean nothing to you, but I "literally" drove more than an hour to get to your facility despite all the attitude your people threw at me all day to get than damn thing fixed. Your doctor added another antibiotic for him because of that and the recovery may be slower now who knows! So anyhow, I have enough reasons to not go there after this. I gave them really good business all these years and this is how I got paid back. Doctor and technicians did apologize, but how does that make it any better. Wow wow wow just loved this pet clinic and was recommended by my hairdresser and so glad I came on the weekend for both my dogs . My Veterinarian Dr. Fedyniak ( Chicago fan ) lol won't hold that against him lol was so wonderful , he was calm, informative and recommended so many different options . He spent over forty five minutes with both my dogs and am so so happy I could come on a weekend . The office staff truly love their jobs as they laugh and treat each other awesome and outstanding phone skills !! I have two cats that are 4 years old, the only time they've been to a vet was when they were neutered almost 3 and a half years ago. But one of my cats started showing medical problems, and out of all the vets in Glendale I thought the reviews for this clinic looked best. I have to agree with all the great reviews by adding one of my own! They made the experience personal and tailored to my cat and I, nurses and other technicians would stop by in the waiting room or while I was placed in an exam room waiting for the doctor, since my cat was obviously curious and wandering around, to say hi to my cat and comment on how handsome he is. The doctor was very nice, very friendly to me and my cat and treated my cat like the child that he is to me. Everyone at the facility did. When it came time for the tests and the medication to be dolled out I ended up on a 3 week plan for it, with different dosages every week. The nurse/technician who helped explain the medication to me went above and beyond and got me three syringes, and then after marking them he wrote on them for me, so that I wouldn't be confused. It was greatly appreciated! Being my first official vet visit on my own I had lots of questions and concerns and they answered them all honestly and with genuine smiles. I highly suggest this place as I'm so glad they have my cats health in their hands. read more

Dr. Martin sold his practice recently. Three veterinarians who own this place now. She handled my cat with ease and checked every single area of her body. She gave us options of what medications are more important first so our bill doesn't go sky high. They still kept the clinic clean and tidy from a few years back. I'm so happy with the new office hours. Now they open 7 days a week from 8a-6p. Maybe that's why they charge more because the facility has 3 vets working. I own 2 dogs and 2 cats and the cost can get pricey but who cares. As long it's a reasonable price for every visit, I don't mind because my pet's health is my number one priority. read more
