The food came out quickly and was very good. Our table had the scallops po' boy, smash burger and quesadillas. Everyone enjoyed their meals that were tasty and plentiful. They also have their own ale that was very good, had a few of those! The band sounded very good, singing "oldies" that was perfect for the atmosphere. The best comparison I can make is a slightly more upscale Golden Corral charging Brazilian-steakhouse prices. I came here expecting unlimited quality cuts of steak. Instead, I got an endless parade of cheaper meats and had to practically beg for the thing I actually came for. Extremely disappointing. Premium prices, mediocre food, poor service, and nowhere near the Brazilian steakhouse experience I expected. Don't waste your time or your money.

We have been visiting North Myrtle Beach for over twenty years and, sadly, have only found one restaurant that we enjoy going back to year after year. Finally, we have now found another one! The Parkway Bistro is Italian Food at its best ... no chain food restaurant here! The restaurant is small but very nice ambiance. The service (we had Kay Lee) was excellent and food truly was exceptional. We had a picky 7 year old grandchild, and two picky teenage grandchildren with three of us adults and each and every one of us enjoyed every bite of our food. The value makes it affordable for a large family to have a great meal without using their weekly food budget on one meal! We all loved this restaurant and already look forward to returning next year when we come back to the beach. read more

My boyfriend and I found this place just driving along one night 3 years ago while visiting Myrtle beach, I was amazed by the service, and the care taken to make the food. It was so good, He fell in love with this pasta meal with mussels, shrimp, etc. and the chicken parmigiano was amazing, the sauce on both was perfect. This has become our place to go when we make it to the beach.... And I will be going to get something to take back home with me, It truly is worth making the trip.... This distinction helps to mitigate the high cost. We began our meal with a shared tuna tower, which was of excellent quality. It was evident that the fish used was sushi grade, fresh, and delectable. We also shared a side of broccolini, which was enjoyable but not exceptional. I opted for the Chilean sea bass, which is consistently excellent. Although I am not a fan of Beurre blanc, I was offered compounded garlic butter as an alternative. However, upon reviewing the bill, we discovered an unexpected upcharge. In my opinion, 21 Main should reconsider this practice, especially considering that the ingredients are not significantly different. My husband had the NY strip steak, which was satisfactory, but it was not served at the requested medium-rare temperature. Instead, it was closer to medium.
