Just wow. I have now been twice and the doughnuts are absolutely amazing. First time we had the coconut cream and a raspberry pistachio. The coconut cream was perfect and not too sweet perfect smooth silky cream filling and perfectly sweet whipped cream on top with toasted coconut. Yum the raspberry pistachio was amazing sweet and tart with toasted pistachios. Today we had a Oreo cookies n cream and a raspberry filled and they were both on point. perfectly flaky and just the right amount of sweet. great coffee drinks and a cool lil spot to sit and just people watch. today we got to sit in the window. i love this place and I love downtown pensacola. so cute. read more

My girls love donuts but can never get them because of a gluten allergy. Parlor is the answer! They have GF versions of anything they make just about. The picture below is a sampling we picked up for them as I surprised them by going to this shop. It was one of the food highlights of the trip for them. We moved our son to the Ft. Walton area, and he loves doughnuts, so the first thing he did, the next morning, was to pick up some doughnuts for all of us from Parlor Doughnuts. To me, the doughnuts are more like beignets, which I prefer over doughnuts. They are layered in butter which makes them even more delicious. He ordered a dozen and picked a lot of different flavors for all of us to try. I loved the churro, french toast, cookies and creme and turtle cheesecake flavors. After taking a peek at their website, I saw that they also offer doughnuts for dogs. Something to think about if your out and about in Ft. Walton with your dog. read more

I was in PCB last week with my family and found myself come across this shop that gave me one of the best experience with their doughnuts. The doughnuts are basically cronuts that are exceptionally light, fluffy, flakey, and filled with just the perfect amount of flavor! You have to check this place out when you get the chance. This is a must when in town! I think they recently opened. The vibe is cook, it's an old dinner. Plenty of seat down space. They also have outdoor seating. Everyone is greeted by the staff as they come in. The staff was very friendly and polite and helpful. I am a coffee snob, the coffee was amazing! We ordered the avocado toast. It was delicious. This was a treat of a find! Stopped by Publix and wanted coffee so we drove over here because the donuts looked lit So worth! I just have to share this experience I had today. I went to the Parlor Donuts in Fort Walton Beach Florida this morning. I ordered a 10 pack of minis, half coconut half cinnamon. They gave me jelly instead of cinnamon. I asked for it to be corrected and the woman said she was told mixed. She took the box in back brought another that was the same thing. I said I need cinnamon I can't have the jelly filling due to an allergy. Next a manager brought it out. They used the same box each time that was now sticky because no one was putting on clean gloves. Inside cream and jelly filling was sloshed everywhere. I asked for a clean box and the manager told me no. That they had spent 15 minutes on the order already and the box was fine. Without even raising my voice I told him it was their mistake that cost the time not mine. He then told me I was not welcome in there and he was going to call the police. Warning!! These will change your life. No donut will ever do it for you again. Went here twice while on vacation. Got a dozen the first time and 18 the second. While vacationing we had to satisfy our donut cravings and decided to stop into Parlor Doughnuts. The decor is super cute and has that classic black and white Parlor look that other locations demonstrate but it also has the unique "beach feel" you would expect from a FL location. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location we clean and well kept and most importantly the donuts were amazing. Their famous layered donuts were wonderful. These donuts are not your dad's old donuts. Their flavor pallet is creative but the size of each donut is immense. Our family got a half dozen to cut up, pass around and share. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that has tried Parlor before or even more so to somebody that has never had the joy of experiencing this donut adventure. read more

This is not your traditional donut shop. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that the donuts were more like croissants than traditional donuts. They had so many different flavors such as maple bacon, churro, glazed, French toast and many more. I would venture to say that this was one of the more enjoyable points of being in this area. You can get coffee and donuts here so I would recommend this as a replacement for the hotel breakfast. We stayed at the Beale and unfortunately, we didn't find out about this donut shop until we were leaving on the last day. This was a much more economical breakfast, and more enjoyable than the overpriced hotel breakfast. That's my opinion, but either way I recommend coming here if you ever visit the area. read more

They're famous for their multi layered donuts and I prefer it over Krispy Kreme. I've been to 3 locations and have returned but I just got some from FWB location and it's not what I've had as before. I've always gotten the raspberry filled and it was so good however, this time it's more crispy than soft and not as much fillings either, kinda of disappointing. I also got my chocolate chocolate as I love how rich of chocolate it is, hence I always get them. I've also recently had it at another location and it was delicious. However, this time it's less chocolate covering. It now taste like their typical chocolate and not chocolatey chocolate goodness with lots of chocolate chunks either. We went to this location in the afternoon on April 25th. When we walked in there were no employees to be seen and 2 customers already waiting. It was so strange and felt like the place was closed. We waited a while and finally the lady in front of us stepped behind the counter to look in the kitchen area and politely called out to see if anyone was there working. The employees came out, told her she should have seen and rang the tiny bell on the counter and was now refusing service. When the customer politely said "are you serious?", the employee said "leave now or I'm calling the cops". The customer asked for the manager. The manager came from home and asked the customer to leave, which they did. The manager then told the cops the lady was yelling at his employees, which was not true. I'm writing this now bc I feel bad for not leaving in solidarity with the other customer. We stayed quiet bc we had our young children with us. Our donuts and coffee were delicious, but I hesitate to go back there if this is how they treat people. I looked online to find an email address to reach out to management, but couldn't find anything. read more

We have passed this shop since we have moved and I wanted to try it. Boy, am I glad I did. Now these are not your typical yeast donuts, but more like a layered and flaky type of donut. The service was speedy, the location was clean, and while it was the staff member's first day, she did a fantastic job helping us pick out some options!
