I'm going to approach this review like a compliment sandwich. First off, definitely get the donuts here. There is such a wide variety, the ones I bought tasted fantastic. I'm offering this as constructive criticism as I wasn't too put off (you can see I still gave the establishment five stars). My service this morning was not great. My main interaction and the interactions that I observed while waiting in line that was negative primarily came from a gentleman who was in his mid 30s with blond hair and beard. He was very short with customers and myself, tended to cut us off mid order as if to rush us with what we wanted to get, and was slightly condescending in describing how things were run there. For example, where to order donuts and to order food and coffee. And then he was the same one who brought by breakfast sandwich order out when it was ready. He called my name, then tossed the sandwich on the counter as he was turning back around and going to the kitchen. I was lucky I was fast enough to catch before it rolled onto the ground. I'm a simple guy when it comes to my service. Especially service early in the morning. I'm not fully awake, so I don't need to engage anybody in a bunch of conversations. But I do take note of when it isn't great service. The reason I am still giving this establishment five stars is because I know we all have bad days, I know we all act different under stress. This is a newer donut shop, so they might not have ironed out all the wrinkles of what a busy morning looks like. I'm hopeful that this feedback will be received with open hearts and it could be applied in the future. Perhaps he could learn some stress management or be moved to a role that is not guest facing. Finally, the last slice of the compliment sandwich! The atmosphere was fantastic. I love what they did with the inside furnishings. We got the vegan donut assortment and as flavorful as the icings were, the donuts themselves were held back by the fact that they were both gluten-free and vegan. The donut base was dry and dense and very tiny for the price. I love how many options they have but I definitely would not go back here for the vegan/gluten free donuts as they seemed like a last minute effort to be inclusive of dietary restrictions. If you are a matcha lover, I would also not recommend the matcha from here, tasted very grassy due to the fact that they leave their powder in a clear glass jar, leaving it to oxidize. I visited parlor on the grand opening yesterday and i can say i was pleased. The location was nicely decorated and the doughnuts available to choose from are right there on the counter behind the glass so you can see what they look like before ordering. The workers were very nice and helpful with any questions i had. They have a merchandise like cups, shirts, etc to purchase as well. I am not a big coffee person, but they do have an array of different coffee to order as well (cold, hot, etc). We ordered a bunch of different doughnuts to see how they tasted. They are more like croissant doughnut over a cake or yeast doughnuts. This was different but the taste was good. The doughnuts on the sweeter side were French Toast, Strawberry Shortcake, Bourbon, Blueberry, Sandy Beach and Honey Glazed. The Turtle Cheesecake had a really nice balance of sweet and non sweet. What i can say about these doughnuts are they taste exactly how the name describes them. The French toast tasted just like French toast and etc. They also have vegan/gluten free options and some friends we met there ordered those and said they were good and were glad to see they had a good variety of options to choose from. Last but not least, the bacon egg and cheese sandwich was good as well. I have an allergy so I went to go order GF doughnuts for me and my friend who also has an allergy. The first thing that we noticed was that instead of the GF doughnuts they gave us one of the regular donuts. Already a big flag because if either one of us took a bite of that normal doughnut having had trusted them we would have had allergic reactions. Once we realized that we moved on to enjoy our GF doughnut. Not a fan. The dough taste like it's raw with not great flavor and super dense. I wouldn't recommend getting these. We tried some other flavors we got and realized they use the same base doughnut for some of the flavors just top it with different glazes. Over all not a great experience. read more

The behind the scenes is atrocious. The public needs to know the disgusting habits this restaurant has in regards to prep, storage and delivery of their product. If and when the department of health and food safety investigates this establishment, heads would roll. Expired milk used in latte's, refrigerated food left on dirty floors, thawed egg, sausage temps above 45° and not rotated, rotten strawberries (in mold/fuzz cartons), buckets of sugar sweetened mix for maple, lavender, vanilla pumps are left open and knat ridden prior to refill. Sanitation practices are NOT followed. From the rag that cleans the toilet, then wipes down the tables, to the burnt microwave that heats your "sandwich"...forget about the aluminum residue off of the sheet trays that IS ON YOUR DONUTS when the fry cook handles the UNWASHED TRAYS, then your food using the SAME "disposable" gloves used to glaze and decorate your "delicious" marvels... Want more? Hair in the glaze, hair in your breakfast sandwich, hair in the sugar dusting bin... More? Look at the staff... They also serve specialty coffees/lattes/all-the-fixins. My dad wanted to try the honey glazed donut. The cookies and cream and blueberry hills donuts were also calling my name but I tried to focus on getting just the one since they are GIGANTIC! They also have keto and vegan options, making this a solid choice for people of all dietary preferences. When I got home I cut into the donuts and they are much more airy and light than I realized.
