    Pepperoni pizza

My group of 3 enjoyed a pepperoni pizza from Parlour. It was flavorful and primarily from the abundance of sauce. My favorite part was the crispy, seasoned crust. We ordered delivery to 3rd Turn Brewery. While there wasn't a slice left, it also wasn't memorable; however, we'll definitely order again and make a trip to the location.

    Chicken Bacon Ranch (Cauliflower Crust)

Went on a Friday night and had a reservation. Was seated fairly quickly. Had an attentive and friendly waitress throughout the night. Our drinks and food came out quickly. Really enjoyed the cheese sticks, hot honey pizza, and chicken bacon ranch pizza. I also got the cauliflower crust and it's pretty good (but $3 extra). The place fills up quickly on a Friday night and can be loud.

Place look very big and fun to watch games and do gatherings. Service was good and present. The food was hit and miss. The wings was smoked and nice size however a bit over crispy. The artichoke pizza was good however I think the artichoke should've been cut a little bit smaller pieces. The Alfredo calzone crust was cooked very nice. (Great presentation) I thought it would have Alfredo sauce or some type of Alfredo texture. However, it was just chicken cheese and sliced tomatoes inside the calzone the chicken tastes like it was canned chicken . I do have to say the marinara sauce was amazing and made the calzone taste a lot better

6 Smoked Wings* with sriracha bourbon bbq sauce

We were greeted immediately as we walked in and it seemed like everyone talked to us while we were there. Our waitress was awesome and they helped each other out. We were never without anything. Plenty of free parking and seating on the inside and outside. They had a singer outside on the patio playing on Saturday evening. Really nice ambiance. Felt really comfortable there. The food was delicious. If you get the Parlours app, you can get free breadsticks- thank me later. So we did and we got the garlic butter sauce either them. Those were probably the best breadsticks I have ever had and the garlic butter was loaded with flavor. I got the sriracha bourbon bbq smoked wings fried well. Yum!!! The flavor was packed in these too. The sriracha gave it a kick and the bourbon bbq came right behind it. They got the sauce right with these. I also got the peppercorn ranch half salad. It was good but felt like it was missing something. I did get no onions but maybe it could've used some banana peppers. Still good though. The croutons in it were kind of sweet which I like. Very delicious place! I will definitely be back. This was my second time.

    10" Big Four Meat

Enjoyed a Saturday of college football and pizza. The 10" pizzas are loaded and can feed two easily. They have a nice full bar along local and import beers. Between the bread sticks, pizza and smoked wings it was a full meal deal. (I forgot to get a pick of the wings because they were so good). The restaurant is big enough that the amount of people doesn't drown out the conversations at your table and there multiple televisions to watch. The staff were very friendly and professional always at the ready.

Service was ok. Smoked wings err very tasty, habanero sauce spicy and delish. Next time will not ask for well done. The artichoke thin crust was great. The calzone was so-so, the sauce made up for it a bit. The place was clean and comfy. Outdoor seating available.

Very cute house limited parking very unassuming neighbourhood to a out-of-town. Client service was fantastic. Everyone was so pleasant. Food selection was great. We wanted to try a little bit of everything so we got the meatballs, the Arancini balls, oysters, kids pasta and three pizzas. The meatballs came with its own pita homemade delicious. Honestly, it would come back just for that. Of course had to get the tiramisu for dessert even though we were so full and it was so good. Super comparable to pizza and food in Toronto honestly, I was so happy great way to end my two week trip

Tucked away on Frankfort Avenue, it's a little off the beaten path, and parking can be an adventure. There's a small lot by the restaurant with overflow parking further down the hill. Somehow we managed to snag the only open space right outside the front door, which felt like winning a very specific Louisville lottery. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and the place was already buzzing. It was packed with locals, which is usually a good sign. While our table was being bussed, three different employees checked to make sure we were being helped. We let them know we were just a little early and waiting on our table, but it spoke volumes about the attentiveness of the staff. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a neighbourhood pizza spot: relaxed, lively, and unpretentious. The soundtrack quietly floating through the speakers was a crate-digger's delight, full of songs that have been sampled throughout hip-hop history. Hearing Lynn Collins' Think (About It) while waiting for dinner felt particularly apt following the recent passing of Rob Base. The song's iconic break became the foundation of It Takes Two, one of hip-hop's most recognisable records, and it was a nice reminder of how deeply great music connects generations. To start, we ordered the Olives & Togarashi, a bowl of Castelvetrano olives coated in a wonderfully aromatic blend of spices with notes of fennel, sesame and citrus. My son tried his first olive and was genuinely shocked by the flavour. He'll come around eventually. For the main event, we ordered three large pizzas: the DOP Margherita, the Funghi and the Original Sting. The DOP Margherita showcases imported buffalo mozzarella from Campania alongside basil and San Marzano tomatoes. The Funghi is loaded with an incredible blend of mushrooms, taleggio, pecorino cream and mozzarella. The Original Sting combines soppressata, fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato and spicy local honey in a sweet-and-savoury combination that completely works. Now, let's talk about the crust. It is perfect. Pillowy and light, yet substantial enough to give you that satisfying chew. The wood-fired oven creates just the right amount of charred bubbling around the edges. Our server offered house-made ranch and other dipping sauces for the crust, but we politely declined. This pizza doesn't need any enhancers. The balance of flavours across all three pies was exceptional. I've eaten pizza all over the world, and Pizza Lupo belongs in that conversation. It really is that good. We had a plan: sample all three pizzas and leave just enough room to split the tiramisu. Thankfully, we stuck to it. The tiramisu was fresh, light and beautifully balanced. Not overly sweet, nicely moist, with just enough espresso flavour coming through. It was the perfect finish to an outstanding meal. The service was fast without feeling rushed, friendly without feeling scripted, and genuine throughout the evening. We left full, not bloated, and happy as spring lambs, already talking about what we'd order next time. We'll defo be back. Cheers, Sam

My book club met at Impellizzeri's this week, and upon discovering several of us have dietary limitations, the server and kitchen staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure our ongoing health. A wonderful kitchen wizard ventured out into the dining room to talk to us personally, and confirmed that all the traditional pizza doughs, pastas, and red sauces are vegan. He offered to create a custom pasta dish with a variety of vegetables (spaghetti pomarola with garlic, spinach, and mushrooms), and ensured that the breadsticks that accompany the pasta dish (traditionally made with garlic butter and cheese) were vegan, prepared in a separate location in the kitchen to ensure no dairy contamination. For those with other food allergies and intolerances they ensured every detail was correct, even noticing that a pizza that was inadvertently prepared with an offending food item, and remaking it before it was even finished baking. Pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quantity and the truly excellent service, which is what truly made the experience special. My pasta dish was tasty. Is it the best pasta I've ever had? No - but it wasn't trying to be. What Impellizzeri's does well is serve good food at reasonable prices, in a location and with people who have an eye for detail and a passion for excellent customer service. Well done.

This is a terrific deal, plus it makes us get out of our rut at eating at our favorite place all the time. I will be honest, I have not been to Impellizerri's in years. We've been to Italy and Italian Switzerland many times and love their very thin, fold in your hand pies which have fresh tomato sauce and flavorful local cheese. I was hopeful- Impelliizeris had a thin crust option! Unfortunately, it was as disappointing as I remember. The crust is too doughy, the sauce is bland and the cheese was thick and tasteless. We didn't even eat our leftovers. I don't understand why so many like this, perhaps I should order something else if I return. Just a no from us!
