So it's impossible to get a custom sandwich where you pick and choose what's on it. But they were extremely nice answering all my questions about the food. I could maybe get some focaccia and a side of broccoli if I was desperate and nothing else was open. But I was in no rush and just went home and made something for myself. But my partner really enjoyed it so I'm glad we stopped by to check it out. It's definitely unique and convenient if you don't have so many food allergies like I do. It came with a light, citrus salad and delicious hand cut fries with 3 dipping sauces, which were very fun to try. I loved the buttery pie crust but the filling tasty very tomato forward- I was missing the heat of a traditional red beans & rice and wished there was more seasoning. Still good.
