    LAMB CHOPS*
    Marissa P.

Went here with a party of 4 for a lunch on the Vegas strip, and although most of the food was tasty, it was so outrageously expensive and overpriced that I couldn't justify rating it any higher. I know that restaurants on the strip are pricey, but $45 for the Milo's Special which is just a vegetable tower of thinly sliced and fried zucchini is wild. If the food was incredible I would be less critical, but the taste and value for the money just didn't match up here for me. My relatives seemed to enjoy the restaurant overall, but I probably wouldn't have gone here if they hadn't chosen it, and I certainly don't see myself coming back.

One of the professional vendors at the conference that I attended, had a reception here for the people in my industry. We were invited before the conference and it was nice to come and enjoy some of the seafood here. The setup is around a major bar right in the middle of the restaurant. Also, there are seating areas on the outer perimeter of the bar. Inside they had carving stations with very fresh salted fish, beef/prime rib, and other Mediterranean (Mezzo) type charcuterie, board/platter items. The drinks were all free, but I did not partake. I ended up having a soda, since they had no 0% Alcohol beer at the bar. It was a bit crowded because this event had so many attendees however, I really like the way that the restaurant presented. The fresh food was nice in the seafood is their signature item.

Had the opportunity to dine here for lunch on Saturday during our weekend Vegas getaway. It's located inside restaurant row at Palazzo/Venetian. The ambiance is upscale and the restaurant looks spotless. They specialize in fine dining Mediterranean cuisine and primarily focus on seafood. We were able to get a lunch reservation for 11:45am and were seated promptly. Food We had a party of four so two people ordered off their prefixe lunch menu which is around $45 for an appetizer, entree and dessert. Two of us ordered off the dinner à la carte menu and picked our own fish for an entree. Upon seating staff came to fill the olive oil and basil plate for fresh bread. For appetizers we ordered fried calamari, chargrilled octopus, Greek Spread. The Greek spread came with 3 different dips and my favorite was the red pepper feta. Octopus was tender and skin was charred perfectly to give it a nice texture. The fava bean puree with capers and red onion paired really well with the octopus. For our entree we got a 2.5lb branzino that was prepped table side. The fish was perfectly cooked and very minimalistic in seasoning so you can taste the freshness of the fish itself. Service We ordered a bottle of sparking wine and the pours were constant without having to ask. The captain experienced with giving us a run down of the fish selection was fun and the person was very knowledgeable. Our server was also very friendly and constantly checked in with us.

Wow! This place was wonderfully pleasant. We came for a quick bite since we really wanted to check this place out. The service and food was impeccable. Wished we had the time for their signature baked fish but since we were catching a show, we had to skip on that this time. Would love to be back again!

Just stopped in for a mocktail/wine with some friends. Atmosphere felt very elevated and classy with a large well appointed bar. My mocktail was a good mix of flavors while the made my friends off menu based on her preferences. Service was attentive following up on our drinks to make sure they met expectations.

I've came here in the past a few times, and i do have to say i am impressed that their quality is still being top notch to this day! I wish i remembered our waiters names- service was exceptional. We had a few plates as tasters such as the tuna tartare and the raw fish tasting plate, i have to admit i wasn't a fan of the tuna tartare but the fish platter was SO delicious! The halibut really stood out to me. I also ordered their lamb chops, which i have to say were extremely juicy and cooked to perfection! Their rose was also one of the best rosé's i've ever tried. Overall everything was over the top such a great experience and service that every dollar spent here was worth it and i will keep coming back! -:)

Dined here recently with a small group, and we had a wonderful experience. We had one diner who didn't want to go for the "big fish" spread, so we did a selection of starters for our meal: Tartare - featuring tuna and salmon in a lovely little tower, this dish was simple yet full of flavor, with nicely cut small cubes of fish nestled in a very light bit of sauce to just hold things together. I shamelessly devoured the whole thing myself (well, OK, because I was the only raw fan at the table) The Spreads - A trio of wonderful spreads, including a thick tzaziki, taramosalata (a new one for me, a creamy spread made from roe), and htipiti, which I initially mistook for hummus, but is actually made from roasted red peppers and feta cheese, so it's more dense and rich in flavor. These were served with pita wedges and vegetable sticks, and all were delicious. I especially loved the taramosalata, but I can see how it might not be for everyone - it's quite salty, but packs a sea-sized punch of flavor. Milos Special - The one everyone talks about. Impossibly thin planks of eggplant and zucchini are delicately battered and fried to a light golden brown and arranged in an artistic interlaced tower around tzaziki. This was the hit of our table, and was gobbled up completely. Also present were some small wedges of saganaki, a fried cheese dish that featured strongly flavored and seasoned cheese that was firm yet gooey when bitten into. Pretty sure there were only scraps of tzaziki left after this one. The service was impeccable, and the decor and atmosphere were elegant yet not stuffy. The spread of fresh fish smelled only of the sea and the eyes were bright and clear; I'm sure they would be lovely. Put this place on your must-do list the next time you're in Vegas!

This restaurant is located inside the Venetian, next to the Grand Canal Shops. It's a high-end Mediterranean restaurant, and when you first walk in, it's deceiving how large the space actually is; it can accommodate a lot of people at once. The decor is simple and elegant, immediately reminding you of Greece. They even display fresh seafood market-style, very similar to European seafood restaurants, where you can see and choose the catch of the day and know exactly what you're being served. The seafood here is superb!! Everything we ate was excellent. The restaurant recommends family-style dining, and what really made the service unique was the playful tableside presentation of each dish by the waiter. Even the olive oil dipping sauce was an experience: they brought out a whole fresh oregano plant and clipped the herbs directly into our bread sauce at the table. To start, we were given a delicious amuse-bouche (bite-sized) raw seafood served on an endive leaf. I loved the texture: biting into the crisp endive paired with the delicate raw fish made for the perfect opening bite. It was a great start to the meal. Next, we had the Milo Special, which was a tower of perfectly fried, crispy zucchini slices. The waiter theatrically spun his spoon to collapse the tower, revealing a creamy cheese spread in the center. As part of our appetizers, we also ordered the grilled octopus served with hummus and sliced onions. It tasted incredibly fresh and reminded us of the octopus we had in Spain. We also tried the Greek salad with vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes; simple, refreshing, and well-balanced. For our main entrées, we ordered the salt-baked fish, which is deboned tableside, and the Bay of Fundy lobster pasta (Athenian-style Astakomakaronada). The pasta was made with a whole lobster, but to be honest, the lobster flavor didn't stand out much. The dish was good, but not particularly exciting. The plating was probably the highlight of the dish. For the salt-baked fish, you choose the type of fish and the weight, based on what's available that day. Both the fish and lobster are market price. We hadn't planned on eating so much since we had all-you-can-eat X-Pot for lunch, but everything was so good that we ended up ordering more than expected, including dessert. The couple next to us couldn't stop raving about the baklava cheesecake, calling it "orgasmic." As a huge cheesecake fan, I had to try it. It was very good, though I'm not sure I'd go that far. It had great texture and definition, with crushed pistachios on top, a creamy cheesecake layer, and a flaky, layered crust. Our total bill came out to $670 including tip, and it was well worth it. I highly recommend this Mediterranean restaurant.

This earns 5 stars for our experience with Major! From start to finish he was full of information on all the diff kinds of fish and guiding us through the entire menu to feed our party of 6. So great, that our dinner the following evening was so underwhelming. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. The Milo's Special, crab cake, and salt baked fish were the table favorites. Ready to come back soon and try the other preparations available!

I cannot say enough good things about the beauty of dinning in a Mediterranean set restaurant that actually serves authentic Mediterranean dishes , a lot of places I've eaten have a facade of Mediterranean however they serve middle eastern food and it just becomes really confusing, however Estiatorio Milos is far far from those Mediterranean restaurants.... This place is authentic to the core ! If you're looking to try and Greek inspired dishes with authentic Greek taste and decedents ,this is the restaurant and place. For someone who knows what Greek food tastes like ... this place really takes you back to the Mediterranean. All the flavors just burst in your mouth from the appearance to taste ....it was perfection. The service was amazing and informative, we asked a lot of questions and our server knew most of the answers regarding Santorini spices and Greek flavors used in dishes . The olive oil was just amazing , cold pressed and flavorful with the bread ... perfect. The lighting was romantic and very cool colors/ambiance ... gives you the effect that you are inside a mermaid's lagoon.

We came here with family and everyone enjoyed their meal. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. In fact, that the moment you get up from the table, they immediately come by to neatly refold your napkin so everything stays looking fresh and presentable. It's those little touches that make the service truly exceptional. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

    Salmon with piazzi beans
    Stacey P.

My friend and I came for lunch and initially I was a bit uncertain as the bartender had very closed body language - looking down, not saying anything but a quick hello when we sat down, and put the menus in front of us and then vanished without a word for a few minutes. Whatever it was it lasted only a few moments because by the time he took our order he was looking us in the eyes and by the time we left we seemed to be fast friends, exchanging stories, talking about favorite dishes, and giving recommendations on best places for cocktails. The restaurant is a cool space. I found the bar captivating to look at with its large glass panels and granite countertop. I opted for the 3-course lunch because it sounded nice starting with the oysters. The oysters were fabulous. Next up was the salmon with piazzi beans. The salmon was cooked to perfection and was a delight! I've never had piazzi beans and really enjoyed them! The lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper while simple brought forth a bright bite that made me just happy. I have no pictures of the dessert, karydopita, because I ate it too fast. It was so good! Dense, but still moist, the cinnamon and cloves were simply magnificent. Highly recommend!

Amazing restaurant! Truly wonderful meal! Great selection of fresh seafood from all over the world. I had never heard of the fish that we had, Balada, but it was as flaky and buttery and delicious as the waiter told us it would be. Great appetizers and sides, truly a wonderful experience. As you will see from the pictures, the fish and the vegetables were ultra fresh and quite unbelievably good. Highly recommend this restaurant. As you might guess from looking at the pictures, not at all inexpensive, but not terribly so and definitely not overpriced for the quality of the food in the service. Venetian hotel food has been on point so far.

However, what truly elevated our evening was the outstanding service. Marcus, our server, was easily one of the best servers I have encountered in years. From the moment we sat down, he greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcome. He offered water while we reviewed the menu and, upon returning, took the time to highlight several signature dishes and engage us in conversation about the conference we were attending. Rather than simply taking orders, Marcus acted as a dining guide, helping us navigate the menu and ensuring we had a memorable first-time experience. He was attentive without being intrusive and checked on us throughout the meal to make sure everything met our expectations. His professionalism, personality, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Bravo, Marcus! As for the food, it certainly lived up to the restaurant's reputation. One of my friends ordered the signature truffle spaghetti with shrimp, while another chose the crispy chicken, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I selected the Alaskan king salmon with smoked dill oil, green beans, and edamame purée and it was beyond delicious. The salmon featured a slightly crispy exterior while remaining perfectly moist and flavorful in the center. Every component of the dish complemented the fish beautifully. It was quite packed inside when we got seated and they did well fitting so many tables. Evan was out server and he was great - very friendly and efficient. My wife and son shared the Whole Lobster and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience - very well prepared and tasted delicious. I had the PoBoy with Sweet Potato Fries. It was also very good. My daughter had the Chicken Nugget Basket with Sweet Potato Fries. She said it was good and the pieces were big. We also ordered Mozzarella Sticks to share with the table which were plentiful and cheezy. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and judging by the room, plenty of other guests were as well. Our server was fantastic and truly added to the overall experience. We're so glad we chose to spend our last night here -- and we'll definitely be back!

I paid in advance and even left a generous tip because I appreciate good service. Since I was working, I sent one of my employees to pick up the order. The online ordering system stated my order would be ready at 8:37. Despite arriving at the estimated pickup time, the order still wasn't ready, and he ended up waiting. When the food was finally ready, the pickup experience became even more frustrating. My employee was asked for ID before they would release the order. While I understand businesses have policies to protect customers, the way the situation was handled was unnecessarily rude. He was spoken to as if he had done something wrong and was told, "Next time, make sure you bring ID." What made this even more frustrating is that the order had already been paid for, including a generous tip. Realistically, who walks into a restaurant and randomly asks to pick up an online order under the name "Nobody Jones"? A simple confirmation of the order details or a more courteous explanation of the policy would have been much more appropriate than treating my employee like he was trying to do something dishonest. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the experience. The Cajun seasoning on the soft shell crab was flavorful, but the crab pieces were extremely small and barely resembled soft shell crab. The sweet potato fries were cold, bland, and lacked any flavor. To top it off, the "cocktail sauce" was nothing more than plain ketchup. Overall, between the delayed order, the unpleasant pickup experience, and the disappointing food quality, this was not an enjoyable meal. I expected much better and was very disappointed.

Yes, we made a beeline to one of our favorite eateries in Vegas. We love eating in Joe's Mall Cafe, a place where you can see and be seen. It is located just off the bar area with a view of Forum mall shops, Joe's is like an old standard bearer, it is always steady and never disappointing. We were hoping to catch up with out favorite server, Steven. Unfortunately, he had the day off, good for him! Our server tonight, Dean, was great. Welcoming and attentive and offering good men item suggestions. We started the evening with Sauvignon Blanc and glasses of ice tea. Next up were our appetizers, We went with Lump Crab Cakes and Stone. Crab claws. Both were delicious!! Our entrees consisted of the Seafood Platter (lobster, prawns, scallops), and the Seafood Chopped Salad (prawns and romaine). My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed both. The seafood in both dishes were perfectly grilled and succulent. I added Joe's cole slaw with my entree. It turned out to be a nice addition. Dean, our server, talk us into dessert. For the uninitiated, desserts at Joe's are huge. So we opted for half slices of banana cream pie and key lime pie to go. Yes, we will be back!

It is comforting to see excellent service and a customer-first attitude result on longevity in the hospitality sector. This is a theme with the Park MGM and in a town like Las Vegas, there are many choices for employment, seeing so many of the same faces every time we come back speaks volumes for the leadership here. All this capped by the fact that Park MGM is a smoke-free resort, so you won't feel like you are licking an ashtray between bites. Yes, the food was spectacular. My go-to for Chinese take-out is General Tso's chicken and I avoided it here for a long time for that reason. I shouldn't have. The chicken was juicy, delicious, appropriately sauced, and had a touch of flavor I haven't identiifed yet that differentiated it from any I have tasted before. Even the vegetable fried rice, which you expect to be a simple side, competes for first billing with fluffy perfection, excellent, and (amazingly) the freshness of the scrambled egg! The house knew it was our anniversary and we were presented with a celebratory mochi sampler that was a perfectly balanced ending to the meal. It's outside on the corner of the streets if you're looking for it. We ordered the lobster flight. This came with 3 small lobster rolls in different flavors: original, truffle and hot honey. My favorite was the hot honey. I like the sweetness of the lobster and the honey together with just a tiny kick to it. They were all good though. The man who helped us was friendly and prompt. We ordered and he told us he would bring out the food once ready. So we found a table nearby. It was maybe a 10 minute wait, so not super long. He brought out our food and we enjoyed every bite. I would recommend checking out Luke's if you're in Vegas and looking for some delicious food. There is plenty of seating around the area. Will definitely be back.
