They give you constant updates on whats going on and answer any and all questions you may have, even if yoh are a very picky person like me. They never skirt around anything. After…read moretwo misdiagnoses They replaced the engine. there was a fire under the hood three days after the car was picked up. This was caused by a short circuit in the alternator plug. First, my son was told the alternator bearings were bad and the heat had caused the fire. When we ran the car with no heat or vibration on the alternator we were told that the bearings were bad when they checked it. The discussion ended with the proprietor telling us that if we did not have 100% proof that the plug was damaged in his shop that he was under no obligation to work with us on the alternator replacement. After showing the car to another auto tech we were told that we had been overcharged for the engine replacement by about $1500.

Then ended up in the ER again then admitted to the hospital for 3 days. So in and out of ER and hospital for 8-1/2 days. I couldn't remember what he said. So went a dropped it off to them.
