So, just wanna say, the parking situation is massively underrated. Its really a bonus when you can just drive up and park your car, not wait for 10-15 minutes to get a spot. That being said, this complex gets relatively busy. Since my first visit, I have then discovered cheese foam, a magic ingredient I have been apparently sleeping on for the last ... 6 years or something, I have tried it with their matcha drink and its ... very good. Creamy, it tastes like cheese cake on its own and adds a volume to the drink that I really like. I think you should always get your drink with at most 25% sugar because some of these drinks get really sweet. The staff are nice and let you try stuff. I like that you can use Apple Pay and all of these new digital payment systems. Ive probably come back around 4-6 times since I wrote that review. Will definitely come back. read more

Although my second experience with this place wasn't all that great, the store owner was quick and attentive to fix the situation. The service is always remarkable when he's there. I really like this place but unfortunately the times that i've gone in i just feel like the service went down hill. I sometimes will add extra boba and pay for it without any issue but lately whenever i leave, my milk tea boba drink has barely any boba in it. I feel like for the cost and add ons it's simply not worth it anymore even though i like the flavor. Omg, I happened to be in the area and was craving boba (like always!) and discovered this awesome boba shop! It looks pretty drab inside and I wasn't expecting much, but the earl grey milk tea with honey boba and pudding, light boba, 75% sweetness was from first sip, was SO eye wideningly good!! The milk tea was flavorful, refreshing, cool, light and yummy. The honey boba was sweet and chewy. I'm from the 626 so I've tried plenty of boba places and am very particular, so this place definitely surprise and delighted me. And Large is 32oz!!! - Boba is soft and right amount of sweet, good texture and size - The drinks taste great (Kind of like Boba Time with better tea) - You can adjust and customize your own drink, I love strawberry black tea no milk and it's quite hard to find around town so now I know where to go when I want one - Top quality boba place in the area!! - Place is clean, moderate noise depend on what time you're here and what group of people there are but mostly on the quite side Cons: - Still small menu but they just open not too long so hopefully we will see more options in the future - Small size is huge!! And Large is super huge!! Sometimes it's a little too big. 1). You can't fit your cup in a car's cup holder 2). People who's on diet gotta watch out. I really hope there's smaller size as an option because "the more the better" isn't always true - Toppings like boba are add-on, so if you want some you gotta pay even after you have already paid about $5/drink. I do understand about the cost for inventories, place, utilities, and employment or even about time you have to spend on making it but seriously! I love cheese tea and I only go to Happy Lemon for cheese tea just because all other places I've tried weren't as good, but this hits just the spot! I usually travel miles for boba (I know extra), but boba places in the valley just don't meet my expectations anymore. Partea boba though is really good I'm really happy it's near my house. The Green Tea w/ Cheese Foam was a little too sweet for me even on normal sweetness so next time I'll get it less sweet. If it was Salted Cheese Foam I think the taste would be a bit different, but it's good overall. The menu also provides a wide variety of options and I love how they have Tiramisu Milk Tea which I don't see a lot of here in the valley. I've gone about five times now and I always been helped by these two beautiful girls named Janelle and Franzy. Let me tell you! These girls are one of the main reasons why I've gone back beside the delicious boba. It's really hard now and days to find a place that has great food or drinks but also great customer service. I'm a firm believer if you don't give great customer service experience it's makes it very difficult for you as a customer to want to return.
