The vehicle looked great when I got it back. Unfortunately, the problems started about a week later when one of the bumper tabs came loose and the bumper began hanging. Since the repair was covered under warranty, I returned to have it fixed. They reattached the bumper by tightening the tabs, but only four days later the bumper came loose again and started hanging for a second time. I returned for a third visit because I couldn't keep coming back for the same issue. Before the first two warranty visits, there was no damage underneath the bumper that could have explained the problem. I asked whether they could replace the damaged tab or replace the bumper altogether since simply tightening it wasn't solving the issue. During my third visit, I was told there was "fresh damage" underneath the bumper from scraping that supposedly caused it to come loose. They even mentioned contacting my insurance company to determine whether it was significant damage. In my opinion, the scrape was very minor and unrelated to the repeated failure of the bumper attachment. What was especially frustrating was that another employee, an older gentleman at the shop, looked at the same area and stated that the damage was not major and that it could be repaired. I understand that bumpers can be damaged from road contact, but after three visits for the exact same problem, it felt like the responsibility was being shifted away from addressing the underlying repair issue. While the paint work was excellent, the repeated bumper problems and the handling of the warranty repair left me disappointed. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and focuses on fixing the root cause instead of repeatedly applying temporary fixes. And yes I'm still in the process of this issue

I had a document from the other driver's insurance that I brought with me and I was able to get my car in without an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome. The guy who works here is friendly, easy to talk to, and an expert in his field. I felt he was very trustworthy and honest. He was able to diagnose and inspect the car quickly. I was able to save some money by going with Hiep Hoa rather than have the insurance company fix the car. The bad: I was told the car would be ready in 4 days but then called and was told it would take another 5 days. I called 5 days later he said it would take another 4 days. Then 4 days later he said 3 more days because they needed insurance to re evaluate. He could've called me sooner to tell me if that was plan since apparently insurance came several days ago. I came during opening hours but the worker wasn't there and the other folks who worked there weren't able to help me. I waited around 15 minutes for him to come back. I came with a quote from Farmer's Insurance with how much they estimated the damage on my car was and he said it'd require the full amount they quoted for the damage plus a few hundred more for wheel damage that they didn't report. His analysis took maybe 5 minutes or less. I was hoping that he'd be able to fix everything for a cheaper price so I could pocket some of that returned money from insurance. I called twice and no one picked up (voice mail box was also full). The interesting: There are other people at the shop other than the main owner but it seemed like no one could offer help or services besides him. When I came and he had stepped out, they just told me to wait around for him to come back.
