Don't come here! It's a horrible place with terrible service. The owner will ask you to pay him cash or zelle so he won't pay tax. He will promise you that your tires will be warranty by the shop but if you have a problem, it will be very difficult to claim it. Stay away from this business.The staff and owner are both very rude and unprofessional.

We came all the way down from Tracy and had an awesome experience working with Joaquin! He was super friendly, upfront, and offered me a great deal on brand new tires. We spoke with another shop and their deal was almost double the amount his shop offered. The whole process was quick and efficient. Him and the team got everything done smoothly without any hassle. We came to VIP Tires to replace a tire and get an alignment on our Tesla Model X. After the replacement, we realized the new tire was a different model than the one Tesla had installed just days earlier. Hung, the owner, said it was the same type--just a newer version--but it was clearly not the same. We weren't informed of the change beforehand, and communication afterward was a nightmare. After trying to resolve it, we eventually gave up and decided to just drive with the mismatched tires. Today--almost exactly a year later--we had a flat on the tire VIP Tires installed. The Tesla Service Center said the mismatch may have contributed to the issue. They also noted that another tire, also a year old, was badly worn--likely due to poor alignment. We trusted VIP Tires to do the job right, but the lack of transparency, poor communication, and questionable alignment have caused long-term issues. With EVs, tire compatibility and proper alignment aren't optional--they're essential. read more

Been going to their 1st location for years Joe ( the owner ) is very knowledgeable about tires and super honest . No bs . You tell him how much you drive a year he will give you what is suitable for what you need . He will some time advise againts what you original wants if it's over kill for your application. . Rarely you find a tire shop that has good customer service, fast and courteous and also competitive prices..but Vip tires is one that meets all those elements and fulfills all your needs as far as tire service amd complete car wheels alignments. My first time purchasing new tires, I looked for months at tire offers from tire dealers, including Amazon, and Offer Up, comparing tires for my F-350 truck, which I knew would cost a pretty penny. With so many variables such as tire brand/type, cost per tire, discounts for purchasing 2 and 4, installation fee, disposal fee, balancing fee, warranties, alignment, bargaining/no bargaining allowed, wait time, etc., to consider and evaluate, it was not easy deciding which offer was best. 15 minute installation, location, and most importantly Joe, the owner's prompt, responsive and accurate replies to questions by text finalized my choice to try VIP. When I first arrived at VIP, I was greeted by friendly employees who assisted me right away. The restroom was newly modeled and clean. The big comfy couch in the indoor waiting area felt so good resting my weary back and legs. Driving way too long on balled tires, I requested an alignment. After testing my alignment, Joe said the alignment was A ok and did not need service. I was happy. My truck was ready in no time. Joe quoted me one price, the "out the door" cost without a single additional cost. His price was just under the base cost of the same tire, everywhere I looked. Now, when I need tires, I won't spend months shopping and deciding. My decision is VIP Tires! read more

This place is terrible. Not only did they fail to balance my wheels and had my car shaking like no other. They scraped my wheels when mounting the tires. And they stole my tire stem valve caps. Definitely do not go here. read more

I went in for an oil change and to ask some questions about the routine maintenance. They were helpful at first but quickly changed the tone of the conversation into serious/urgent to flag "needed" repairs. First they told me that my front tires were balding and close to 1/32 tread, needing replacement almost immediately. I thought this was odd because I replaced those tires no more than a year ago. I don't drive aggressively and I've made sure my alignment was correct. I included photos of both the flagged tires to show they are nowhere close to 1/32. Then they told me that the rear shocks also needed to be replaced because one of them was leaking. I'm aware of what a leaking shock looks like, but I wanted to trust them. I confirmed with 3 other shops that they were fine and not leaking. Together these would have costed me over a thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs, leaving me extremely disappointed and frustrated with this shop. The oil change was fast/proper. I no longer trust this location anymore and think others should be aware of what they're doing

I got to speak with Sal during drop off. He took a look at the wheel and said that while the damaged looked rough, they would be able to make it look "pretty" good. He was straight forward on what they could and couldn't do in terms of reshaping the lip and matching the paint. This was an understatement, when I came to pick up the wheels, I could not even tell where the original damage was. These guys worked magic. I did end up finding some spots that had some minor paint pooling when drying but they were quick to schedule a follow up for touchups. I got to speak with Francisco for a bit as well and he was also great to work with. If you have expensive forged wheels that need repair and want a shop that offers fantastic repair service, great communication, and very reasonable pricing this place is it.

I just came back here to get my tires balanced. I had two tires that I didn't purchase here. They helped me immediately, and it was inexpensive.
